I took in a laptop with a power issue and was told that it was probably an issue with the hard drive and that they’d get back to me. Over the course of a week, I was the one who had to call to check on my laptop and they didn’t inspect it until two days later. After a week, I called them again and they just then told me that it was a motherboard issue and that it wasn’t fixable by them before charging me $40 for absolutely no work done. In fact, the “diagnostic” charge was completely ridiculous as I was the one who told them that it was most likely a motherboard issue beforehand. As if it were icing on the cake, when I went to pick up the laptop they locked the doors for no reason, making me wait in the rain. I basically paid $40 for them to recommend another repair company to me. The issue could’ve been fixed days ago if I had went to another repair company.The only credit I can give this company is that the customer service was good when I ended up being able to contact them. The two people I talked to were really nice and seemed to at least somewhat care about my situation, which brings it a step up from Best Buy’s Geek Squad.

Took our laptop in about two weeks ago now i paid the diagnostic fee no problem. That day I was told that would get looked at that Monday. I call Monday hasn’t been looked at. I call through the week I get told the same thing every time We haven’t made any headway on finding the issue yet, I’ll call you later. I’ve received no phone calls at all just a run around. If the laptop was just for fun we can talk about it but my wife works from home and she uses this laptop. Because of the lack of communication my wife doesn’t have a paycheck. The least you can do is tell me what’s going on

I cant express enough how convenient and helpful their services were, extremely cost efficient as well. I was leary at first to have my phone fully repaired, but honestly I walked out with a brand new phone. If I should ever have to need my phone repaired again Im contacting them 1st.

Great service! I had to get the screen replaced in a Note 9 after a bad fall. They had a new one in stock and had it replaced in less than a day. My only regret is that I should have had them replace the battery while they had it taken apart.

They gave me a price to fix front and back screen, charger port and battery on a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 of $453.00 and I know its higher than that I just cant find the receipt. Very expensive, he said that the front screen was going to cost the most because they didnt mass produce them but yet he had a screen ready to replace mine. Im just going to shop around for a new phone with more bells and whistles before I pay over $450 to get the ol girl fixed.

My charger port had broken off into my iphone. I went to my carrier to receive service, they referred me to CPR. The store hours were to close at 6:00 pm on Saturday, and I arrived at the store at 5:46 pm. Within 2 minutes I walked out; phone fixed, no wait, and I was pleased with Colins , ( the tech) customer service. I will definitely return for any future phone repairs.

Brought my cousins phone here over 5 times and they have broken it several times. They have horfible customer service skills and horribly trained staff. Not worth the money nor the time to waste coming here.

Cool and professional fixed an issue Ive had for 2 years in 10 minutes

Originally, I left there unsatisfied. I was in a time sensitive situation of needing a laptop repair. After 2.5 days, I return to a computer that wasnt fixed. I get an automated email asking for a review of my experience. It was not a nice one. Fast forward to a few days later, I get an email from the owner asking me to call him. He says he has someone that he is confident can fix my computer and will do so at no charge to me. I informed him that Ive gotten the computer fixed at this point, but appreciate his effort. We have some additional, pleasant conversation. And he goes the extra mile to ensure that I will be a returning customer in the future. And I will! You cant ask much more than to have a business owner to call you unprompted. I told him sometimes its not about the product, but the customer service! And the customer service I received today was top notch and a classy move made by the owner. After speaking with him, I will definitely be giving them another opportunity in the future.

My S9+ got ripped out of my hand and hit a rock screen first. They were able to replace the screen and LCD in just under an hour. I wanted a screen protector that was not in stock at the time. One of the employees that was getting off work drove to another location and brought one over for me. Great customer service, and the screen is great. Thanks guys!

I had a great experience here. Aiden helped me with a new screen on my iPhone. He was really nice and helpful, knowledgeable about the process. He was able to get my repair done fairly quickly and for a good deal. Definitely went above and beyond what he could have done. We need more like Aiden in the service world.

They fix my phone about 3x every 2 months (crazy right) and they are always efficient, fast and friendly! This weekend I took my phone and they didn’t have the basic screen so the premium screen that they had they discounted it so I wouldn’t have to wait 3-5 days for them to come in . They are awesome!!

The staff is super knowledgeable on all things electronic! Friendly and professional. The establishment is very well kept, clean, and tidy. I took my phone in to have a new battery put in. The guy ended busting my screen. Now it will be Tuesday September 8 before it can be fixed. A half hour job turns in to days before it can be fixed. I am very disappointed with their service.
