Always very nice employees and clean store love love love their sushi

Very clean store besides bakery case and cashier was fast and polite. But the cake was awful! Icing too sweet to eat and they added a cream filling I didn’t ask for…cake was heavy iced and stale not moist at all.Items in bakery case had flies and desserts looked like kids made them.

Love everything about this place! Excellent, exceptional customer service. My family and I love Bruce from the seafood department. He is so kind, helpful and polite, and makes you want to come back!The whole staff is amazing as well.Deli is to die for. Great chicken, mouth watering potato wedges. I can go on and on. Great place to come pick up dinner. This place is professionally ran. Always clean, always organized. No stress, no hassle. Everyone always looks happy, which is refreshing in today’s times.

Their produce selection is WAY better than other local grocery stores! They have a great wine selection, a great gourmet cheese section and all kinds of cool stuff! Very clean and the staff was super nice!

All I have to say is I love Publix. I loved it when I lived in Florida and I enjoy the fact that they are here in Virginia. Their customer service is great and I can get fresh produce.

It never fails, when I cant find it anywhere else, I can usually find it at Publix. Their friendly service & kid friendly bakery seldom allows me a solo trip. Also, thank you for the pride you take in your products.

Great store, but whenever I walk in, I get hit with the overwhelming smell of seafood. The whole store smells like a seafood market. Not sure why.

This was our first time to Publix. I went to the one in Colonial Heights, VA. Ty fixed up my husband and me with a delicious sub made special. He was so nice and patient with us. He took the time to find out what we liked and offered suggestions which were spot on. We will definitely be back!

Always clean wonderful produce. Workers are friendly and knowledgeable of products. Publix is a bit pricey in the meat and fish department, but they are fresh and unlike most stores there is no unpleasant odor. Took one star for pricing.

Nice store, its clean, fair $$, quality produce, and even the employees seem to care and like their job. It feels welcoming and warm also, easy to navigate along with spacious isles to move around in.

Whenever I am planning a special meal I drive out of my way to shop here. They have a great selection of meats, seafood and produce. Everything is fresh, the store is clean and the people are friendly and helpful. Large wine selection too.

Mom took me to Publix and says that this seran wrap is the best around. She raved about it all day and had to take me there and buy it for me. Mom is up from florida

Great place great food fresh fish fish I get at least 2 dozens of crab cakes every month every month and 2 pounds of the rainbow Trout 2 pounds of the steel Head trout out best food ever !

Always super clean, staff is friendly and well dressed. Prices arent always better than other stores. Love the quality of prepared foods. The meat and seafood departments are much better than say a Kroger. The bakery does a great job as well. Produce is usually very nice.

The store and shopping was fine. The women restroom was filthy. Toilets had feces on one and the other was not clean at all.

We ordered a weeding cake and found out the day befor that they (colonial Heights)did not put the order in.Publix in Nagshead made the cake and the top was leaning.Have to say talking to ManagerIn colonial heights helped he made up for the stress. Cake teased good just looked funny.

Delicious fresh made subs, salads, and hot bar. Met my friend and enjoyed lunch on their seating area.

Recently went here yo buy fruit. No issues. Recommended

If theres such thing as a super Publix this is it. Had so many selections of fresh and prepared food it was unbelievable! Even had a Starbuck inside. Extremely clean and people were helpful and friendly.

It was phenomenal! This super market is better Weggmans, Martins, and Food Lion put into 1 amazing store.There is a plethora of options for almost every item available. Its bright, clean, organized, and very modern.Theres a Starbucks and another sit down market to eat at. The freezers and refrigerators have automatic lights that turn on as you approach them.There is a great selection of produce, cheese, and wine.There is an event planner available and a pharmacy on-site.

They have great customer care and the employees are very helpful when your having trouble finding something. The cheese selection is the best in the Tri-Cities and the bakery is full of beautiful delights.

Zero carts or hand baskets were available when arrived, staff member shrugged and said someone was probably getting more. Lines to check out were long and slow. Stopped in for a few things and was only able to hold half of what I needed in my arms since no carts. Wont be stopping here again.

They are Always working hard to make grocery shopping a pleasure. Starbucks is a busy but happy place and the pharmacy people are always friendly and there to help make your day a little bit better.

Horrible cake experience!!!! Day of my party I could not pick up my sons 2 tier cake so i sent my sister they only sent the cake and it wasnt in the circle so I could slide it out strike one i let it go but then they forgot his smash cake and cupcakes and we stay like 5o miles from the store so u imagine how i felt on the day of his party!!! Never using them again!!

I GOT 8 CLAY DECORATED BIG PLANTERS AT $21.00 ON SALE, HALF PRICE AND I TOOK ADVANTAGE, SAME POTS LOOK ALIKES WENT FOR OVER $50.00 IN OTHER STORES. WITH THIS HEAT PLASTIC POTS OVERHEAT, BUT THESE CLAY POTS KEEPS THE ROOTS FRESH AND YOUR PLANTS ALIVE.

Some white manager/employee laughed and joked at my wife’s expense. He laughed at the grocery selection she had and made fun of her for the stuff she was buying. Sorry youre poor and work at Publix because youre life is going no where. Sorry we are loaded and could buy all the expensive cheeses, wines and seafood and you thought everything she got was sooo funny. I know personally I could make you bite the curb outside and stomp your head in, but as I said, youre another poor 9-5 employee that doesnt make enough money to even look in my direction. I hope youre stuck there bagging groceries for the rest of your life.

Okay, order chicken 3 weeks in advance or suffer. They may answer the phone if youre lucky.

Prices are higher than kroger or Walmart, we only tend to go to publix if absolutely necessary to get items quick.

Best store in Va. Everything is organized. Store is immaculate. Employees are the BOMB as far as assistance. When I do Instacart I always look for jobs at this specific store.

A very good place to shop. The personal there is always friendly, and know there job.I do enjoy going there to shop, the prices might be a little higher but, worth it. You save a lot when its buy one get one and so on.
