Always a good time. I get my ice cream quickly and they greet everyone in a nice and friendly way. I’m waiting for them to get that new hazelnut soft serve flavor. Yum!

Wow. Had a giant wafer cone with creamy soft serve. As good as it was fifty years ago..

This Carvel has a very pleasant counter staff and they are patient and helpful with customers, even when there’s a long line on a hot Summer day. The store is always clean and they have a larger soft serve selection than other locations. The parking lot is small, so at busy times, parking can be an issue.

This Carvel location is great! Customer service is efficient and always friendly. They always have cakes and take home treats in stock. Many businesses have made changes due to COVID-19 and this location has done a great job of providing hand sanitizer, reminding customers to remain 6ft apart and ensuring the safety of their staff and customers. They have signs and reminders for safety, its a shame that not all customers follow their simple rules! (such as max of 5 customers inside the store at a time).

Their new SundaeDasher is AWESOME!!If you love crunchies go for it!!

Compared to other Carvels this one is amazing. The line was a bit long but the service was amazing and the staff is patient and take their time with making and decorating the ice cream especially my favorite sundae dasher!

I order my childrens birthday cakes here every year. I normally buy the cake topper decor and have them put it on the cake for me. This year I was blown away with my sons avengers cake with roads added to the cake. Thank you for making my sons birthday so special. Your cake decorator is amazing!

Very helpful and friendly staff...even gave me extra chocolate crumbles at no extra charge. You highly recommend and go on their discount days to save even more money.

Ordered a shake was literally 80% milk. Maybe 1/2 scoop of ice cream if that. The most expensive cup of “milk” I ever purchased. Last time going there.

First time coming to this Carvel.... I ordered A large banana foster dasher... With wet walnuts.... The place had plastic GOIN around and they let 5 people in at a time... It was neat and clean... The service was GOIN pretty fast I felt a lil rushed cause I was looking at the menu.... I told the other customers to go ahead of me... Dont like to be rushed... Thats my only complaint... From this place .... Overall ....my Dasher was a HIT... IT WAS DELICIOUS... WILL BE BACK AGAIN... AND DONT FORGET WEAR UR MASK😍😊

The owner of this location is very rude for the past few weeks ive been printing edible image sheets here which they have a 24hour notice before you can pick up usually the staff are not good with dimensions and things when it come to printing the pictures so my orders dont get printed until i come in the store however i finally was able to meet the owner who was more advance at this stuff he seemed to be very startled that i am a women of color he was really rude to me he said he was super busy refused to print my pictures and barely gave me a chance to speak and he also didnt care for my business which sucks because had i known this owner was going to be difficult i would have came up with a 2nd solution for my order.

I live all the way in Monroe Township and I came to this Carvel a couple of times this summer while I was going to a job internship for Cutco at the Eastern Dental building. Ice cream is great as usual at Carvel but also the prices at this location are the lowest Ive seen at any Carvel Ive been to in my life.

I first contacted this Carvel by phone inquiring about a birthday cake. The young woman, Mimi, was pleasant and helpful. She took the time to explain different options available for custom cakes. She suggested I come in, which I did, and she helped me order from a book they have where edible images can be put on an ice cream cake. They have a lot to choose from including Disney characters, football teams, and other cute and fun images. They only needed about one day prior to have this ready.The shop was clean, they have parking in the front, and even though its winter and cold out right now, its always a good time for ice cream.

Im standing here in line for 22 minutes so far. I called much earlier in the day to order a cake for 7:15 pick up time. There are still 12 people a head of me who are getting sundaes and all types of the usual ice cream store preperations. I asked if I could pay for my cake and leave. The girl said no, you have to wait in line like everyone else (even though Im not ordering anything). I think thats pretty rude.
