Great. Picked up from an online order. SAMANTHA helped us out at the pickup desk. Samantha was training another employee at the time it seemed. The service was super fast, super friendly, and SUPER HELPFUL. One of our items was damaged on inspection. Samantha secured the order fulfillment techs to get us a replacement immediately. Great experience, the service at this home depot is top notch, and the humans who are employed here are A+++ definitely recommended. Thank you!

This place have Everything You Need ! This review is solely dedicated to Alexa Who works in Order PickUp. I ordered and pick up my stuff almost every 2nd day at this location and sometimes order is not ready on time but she always have it ready on time. She went above and beyond. Her service was stella. I am giving 5 stars only because of her who helped me. I have been going to this HD for the last 2 years I have to admit that this is the best service i ever got from anyone in this location. Shes Absolutely deserves More then just 5 Stars !

Cant find help if you need it in Plumbing. Shelves not fully stocked, but close. If you know the store & what you need youre good.

Horrible experience with floor department that person name is nick he has no idea what is he doing he wasted my 3 weeks. first he order floor for me and confidently said it will get deliver in 10 days. after 10 days back when i went there he said the product is on back order until august end and that again he order another floor for me he said he contact the vendor and they will be able to ship the product in one week so week later i got to find out he did not order to vendor he order to home depot he doesnt seem he knows what is he doing . please train your stuff do not misguided and wasted peoples time.

If you placed a rental order, be sure to check your bank statement for random charges for the next month or so. And it will be hell to try to get them to refund the charge.This is also regarding their customer service. We placed a rental order after ida, and the next morning we were called and told they were flooded, and everything is destroyed and they need to cancel our rental. Ok, we can understand that.Then 20+ days later, they charged us the whole amount of rental deposit.I tried to call the customer service line, was told to call their credit card service line or homedepot online. So I did, and a frustrating amount of if you need to...dial this later, was told they dont know how to do anything, because its not a homedepot card.So I call back the store, this time customer service manager angrily told me they cant pull up anything to help me, I should call my bank, like my bank will know why HomeDepot charge me.As I asked if she can find out why I was charged , she hang up on me. Yeah, I wasnt even on the phone for more than 5 minutes, and she hung up on me like I wasted her time trying to get money back the store mistakenly charged.I contacted tool rental 3 times, and was told they see the rental and charge, but can only be refunded if the supervisor is there. Fingers crossed that I can get him maybe tomorrow. Though the tool rental guys were very nice, apologetic and offered actual help.Ridiculous how their customer service manager is the only one who is the weakest link and least willing to help a customer.

This home depot really need to work on their employees attitude.I was at this store with my husband shopping for out new home. We can not find the wallpaper section, so my husband went to ask a employee.This guy told uswhere do you think we are at ? 1980 .. ?? hahahha we dont sell wallpaper, you are out of your mind.5 mins later, i found their wallpaper section.can you believe this, what kind of people do you guys hire.I even write a email to complaint about this to the customer service and the cooperate email, but I never received a response. I am really disappointed.

Torres the manager from the door department has been very wonderful and helpful. Our door came dented and he rush ordered it for us. He is extremely professional and called to confirm delivery date.

The staff at this Home Depot location is always fantastic! Our last visit we were looking for tiles and Steve and Nick were so knowledged and helpful. We had to go back the next day and then Ed was there to assist as well . All three men went above and beyond to help us with our purchases!!!

Employees like Edward are hard to come by. I came in today to buy a new barbecue and was helped by Edward. He tried informing the customer service staff of the barbecue promotional deal, he ran around trying to find someone to bring down my grill, and he made sure I was accommodated. He went above and beyond every step of the way and I did not hesitate coming back to the store to make the purchase.Im sure Im not the only one who had such a positive experience with this coworker. Hope to see him around!

Flower where nice and not half dead for regular price. There was an employee going on a tirade about his wife and Facebook but the minute I asked him for a price on a flower pot he told me to lug it to the register myself if I wanted to know.. then walked away inside in true HD fashion!

Assistant Store manager refused to take a return after the original purchase receipt was presented. The reason of denying the return as per the assistant manager Art Bartczak, the items were purchased at the Union location store, the manager stated he was not taking any returns from another store because his store did not make the sale.

One of my favorite places to shop. Id rather be here, then the mall. I love this place for paint, and all my projects.I know the layout of the store. They also show a map, and have isle numbers if you look online.

Didnt have what I was looking for. Only had 1 type of dryer vent and was NOT what I needed. Service was 👎employees just stood around talking with each other and we ended up having to ask for help.

Waited for 20 min for someone to come cut a key for me until I finally just gave up and left. No key was made and an associate was called 4 times.

I give them only 1 stars.I come back to give them 4 starsAgain I had to go to the same store to finally pick up the kitchen cabinets But this time another manager attended me and he was worried about the situation that previously I had left empty-handed, he did not let me go from there until I found all the materials, if they are disorganized, but this manager went the extra mile together with the young lady who attended me at the cash register, I dont remember her name, but the two of them make a good team. Also two other employees who worked there .They also worked hard together with the manager to find all over the store the things that were mine to take with me that day, .. The system said they were there but they couldnt find it .They did a major effortto fix what others co workers made them hard time because they wasnt organized. . So here is the information, you make your decision if you go to that store again or not. The gentleman at the Tool Rental station in Colonia was very helpful.

A person from the equipment rental area caused me a big problem since I delivered the equipment and did not want to review it and told me that he only left it parked, the problem that appeared was that he had not delivered the machine and after 5 days he deducted money from the Account of my business as if I had the machine and closed the account due to a bank alert and m3 caused big problems so be careful when you deliver a team since they do not have qualified personnel

Worst customer service experience, Cashier Latoya was very unprofessional. She had a very nasty attitude and was rushing customers at check out.

Aisles are clean and tidy. Staff are helpful. This Store usually has everything I go there for. They do try to close early so wont recommend going close to closing, you might not have enough time to shop. ...I would want to go home on time too if i worked there :-)

That was so sweet. I always thought of Home Depot as just a huge chain of hardware stores. I usually don’t read this email but I’m glad I did. I’m not a fan of working for corporate America (had a bad experience) Home Depot is a corporate American company in my opinion. However after reading this email I’ve change my mind about Home Depot. Not only do you care about your customers and usually that’s all a corporate American company cares about. In my case where I worked you could tell him you’re bleeding out of your eye and they would tell you that’s OK do you have another I come in.I wouldn’t be surprised if they have the insurance specialists working now. But for you to do what you’re doing for your employees is awesome. Especially with the elderly. Giving them extra hours that they’re not working and paying them.That’s just freaking awesome and I applaud you In the corporate board for caring enough about your employees as not to get them sick. I love the Colonia Home depot. Everyone in there is super helpful. I dont feel overwhelmed when I go in. They take their time explaining things to me for my projects and seeing me up with the right products. Before Covid they had really good DIY seminars and I learned a lot. This location has the best selection of stuff of any of the home depots in the area behind the big home depot in Union.

No help in lumber department, limited selection, 2 employees passed by, said they would page someone to assist, never happened.

Went to get a couple of items for the house. I can always count that I will find what Im looking for or something similar. Store was pretty well stocked.

It took 15 minutes to get help then it wasnt even someone from the dept. Went to another dept and there selection was terrible.

Home Depot in Colonia NJ should be more informative when issuing store credits they should let you know that only the person that they issued the credit too can use it no one else.

Centrally located on St. Georges ave, this location is very well kept, and the employees are very helpful. If you are a Veteran, you can take advantage of a 10% discount. This is a busy location, lots of contractors, so parking can be tricky at times.

Not one of the better Home Depots in the area. Items showing in stock on the web site were not available. Parking lot is poorly laid out, catering to Pro pickups. Impossible to find a knowledgeable associate. It was a disappointing trip.

Bad experience in Customer Services in Linden. We call over 3 times nobody show up for help purchasing doors The lady from customer service did not make any effort to bring nobody for doors section. She though at 515pm they were in Lunch.

Don’t order for online pickup from this store. It takes days to process. I placed an order Thursday it’s Saturday night still no update. Calling the store is to no use, no one picks up. Better off ordering from linden or another store.

Like Home Depot more than Lowes for selection and price. However help needs to be more familiar with merchandise. Was sent to the wrong section of the store twice in my quest for a particular item before someone knew where it was. Have had mixed results with pickup. One item had packaging that looked like it had been dragged on the highway before being delivered for pickup.

Finally getting more inventory! Prices are reasonable.

Why offer same day store pickup if it wont be available, according to the rep from this Colonia store, till the next day?!? I placed my order the night before, I call the next morning a couple hours after they open for an ETA and Im told that they see my order but its not ready and he doesnt think itll be ready until one more day. Shouldnt they have someone or a team dedicated to on-line orders? Get with the times, store pickup is on high demand and people have other choices not only homedepot. Yes, its convenient and good prices but I need my items today not the next day. At least have the courtesy of marking your website that it wont be ready same day, I wont waste my time and make other arrangements. *By the way I recently moved miles away from this area and during this pandemic Ive gotten my same day pickup from my local Homedepot. No issues. Maybe better training is needed for this store.

It says they close at 8 but they actually close their store earlier. I went at 7:45 to pick up some bolts and nuts and they didnt let me enter. Poor customer service, they just want to go home.

Leo in tool rental today was awesome. He was working alone on a busy Saturday and was rockin it! He knew the exact tool we needed to rent for the job and even gave us some pointers on how to do what we needed to do! Leo was super friendly and patient with the numerous questions we had. He was juggling several customers at once (which Im not sure why there was no other help) and made us laugh in the process! 5 stars for Leo!!!!!!!!!

NJ Colonial home depot Store, dont have any good customer service, waiting 45 Minutes for some body to do a keys copy, 4 people waiting for and no body came, so all of us have leave, really bad service

My fridge broke down, i went to Home Depot they had nothing available in stock in any color and the salesperson didnt give me the impression that he was all that willing to really check stock. The thing that bothered me was,, that there was only one other person shopping in appliances when i got there, I was dissapointed. In comparison to the service i got at Lowes, there was none, Lowes salesperson was great and took his time to really look in the stock room and found me one.

Little costly but gets the job done when you’re short of time
