Had a very short interaction with them over the phone. called about a problem and they told me exactly what to do over the phone and were honest enough to tell me that they unfortunately werent staffed enough for the job right there and then but pointed me in the correct direction. I was speaking with previous mechanics and they pointed me in one direction but having a completely different mechanic know what your problem is and then explain to you how the results should look like and pointing you in the right direction is sadly something not done too often.

Spoke with Alex about a 2004 GMC Yukon for my friend, Alex knew exactly how to explain what was involved in the rebuild, in a way for me to understand and relay it back to my friend. He took his truck in and the transmission runs like new! The price he was quoted was the price he paid and it was a complete rebuild, not slapped together with old parts. I def will rec. I had my transmission rebuilt last year by another place I will not mention their name but I had nothing but problems with it I finally gave up, this place had no clue what they were doing. I found AB Automotive Transmissions through a Facebook ad. At first I was skeptical due to my last experience, so I needed to make sure this guy was legit. They patiently answered all my questions and I could tell that this guy knew his stuff, this was the place to go. Alex rebuilt my transmission for my F150 and it runs smooth like a baby bottom. I recommend him without any reservations good quality good cost.

My 2004 Mustang was having trouble getting into first gear. Havent had many problem with her and I was afraid this was gonna be a major repair. Took to AB and thankfully they spotted right away that it was mostly just a fluid leak. Needed seal replaced and also a worn out clutch. 2004s arent always easy cars to get parts for, but they had her back to me the same day. I am very happy with my service and would highly recommend to anyone dealing with any kind of transmission issues.

Call for a estimate he was very nice on the phone , said he knows exact what I wanted and will call me by the end of the day witt the price .....two weeks and did not hear from him yet ....

Poor workmanship on my 200 4R transmission. It failed with roughly 150 miles after the supposed rebuild. Alex did not honor his warranty with an additional charge on the second rebuild.

5 star ad. clear concise and strong graphics. A winner. Next time I need work done I will be going to A B Automotive.
