Hours went from midnight 12am before covid down to 10pm, then after a year was finally open a little later 11pm only for a week or so then they changed it to 9pm just recently.Your suppose to start closing later in the night not earlier 🤣🤣🤣 what a joke.

Only two checkout lanes open with at least 30 people in line. Shelves not stocked, deli closed, rude staff. Other schnucks are much better run. Store has been going downhill for a few years.

Some packaged meats on sale not available. But other than that most selves had items needed.Some produce didnt look the best.

The bakery here is one of the best bakeries in the entire area. It blows out every other schnucks in the area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I love the deli and the flower shop here as well. I highly recommend the Collinsville Schnucks!

I tried to order the Pure Beauty from their floral department for a sympathy arrangement, only to be called the day of delivery and told not only did they not have any of the hydrangeas pictured in the store nor did they have the succulents nor the berries, They didn’t even have the gold vase it’s pictured in! That’s literally the entire arrangement! They only offered a “designers choice” which is just a fancy way of saying what ever they have lying around and a clear vase with NO price reduction! This is literally a $90 arrangement after deliver, taxes, and fees only to get whatever reject flowers they have lying around. False advertising!

The baggers need to be trained better as they were loading things on top of delicate items like bread and cheese....

Good selection, prices are a bit high, considering in this day/age you can get the same items delivered from other stores for the same or less. They need to get into the pickup, delivery biz, or they will watch their base dwindle.

DONT USE INSTACART. Because if you leave INSTACART instructions to call you before delivery, FORGET IT, they dont read or follow those directions. I left a $50.00 bill in a protected area to avoid theft or blowing away. I NEVER GOT A CALL THE DIRECTION WERE NOT FOLLOWED AND A WONDERFUL NEIBOR HAD THE DRIVER MOVE THEM OUT OF THE SUN.best to have someone you know DO NOT USE INSTACART!

Schnucks in Collinsville is my favorite place to shop. I absolutely love my experience every time I venture out to Schnucks. The employees are always helpful and kind. The store is clean and well laid out.

Collinsville schnucks is my favorite schnucks location. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I love that they have maintained the store layout even through store remodels. Ill continue to drive the extra miles for great service.Highly recommend if you are following a gluten free diet. Very large dedicated gluten free section which is highly appreciated!

Nice employees, very helpful and great sales

The employees in the store are hit or miss. The lady who helped at the deli counter, appeared to be upset that she had to help purchase some fried chicken dinner. The seafood counter was already closed at 5:30 PM. The cashier and bagger were friendly and didn’t seem to have any issues helping us checkout and bag our groceries.When I visit other Schnucks in the general vicinity their employees always seem so much nicer and personable.Maybe it management or the employees who I interacted with were having a bad evening. Either way the employees at this store just seem upset and not really wanting be there.

The grocery manager of this store is EXTREMELY rude to the vendors I see go in and out of there. She talks to them like they are dogs. After seeing this yesterday I or my family will never shop there again. I’m also going to write a formal complaint to the head office.

So I have been doing instacart.. I recently broke my leg but still working.... I have to say this schnucks out of all are doing it the best. They bring the cart to you, store my crutches. Then follow you out to make sure that the carts get back in on charger. No worrying of is this cart going to die in the middle of shopping... cashiers are very polite and helpful!!!

The ladies working the self check have more time talking amongst them selves and washing the check registers. Wheb something goes wrong they want to blame you on the problem and lecture you that you are not doing it right. I had to wait five minutes twice for them to come help me and I was the only one using any of the self check out kiosks. I will go a quarter of a mile down the road next time to the Walmart grocery store.

The pricing is ridicules. 1 example, eggs are double the price. Nothing special.. Exact same brand ANYWHERE ELSE but I digress. The employees seem clueless and put off for asking for the one item I needed. I went to the deli and the woman looked like a deer in headlights. Its a special cheese I get that but come on. If you price gouge then pay employees training. Will not return...

Honestly, their queueing system is vastly inferior to Dierbergs. I actively avoid going inside Schnucks as I am concerned that queueing in line there will put me at risk for COVID. Othewise, the store is adequate. I wouldnt buy any baked goods from Schnucks, as most of their bread is not good and their frosting tastes awful.

A bit on the expensive side, but their meat is better than Wally world and they have better options. But noone needs these chips, they are gross.

The people in Cashiers were friendly. But your price gouging the public. Rulers had the meat I needed had a much better price. If you really want to help out drop your prices and stock your shelves it would probably help at this time if you put a limit on certain items so that everyone can eat. Ive been going here for years and they have always been very nice. This year Ive had more than a few bad experiences with a certain older lady cashier and a few of the deli workers being very rude.

Moved 3 mins away from Schnucks during the pandemic so this is my spot. Cashiers are awesome, stockers friendly, never a rude staff member. Never met a Schnucks cashier I didnt think was cool. I find what I need with ease (except canned artichokes which are in a weird spot).I like going to Schnucks for things like blue cheese, vegan meats, and generally a better quality of produce than Aldi (though I definitely spotted an entire moldy tomatillo display a couple of months ago)but honestly I bet the employees are doing their best so Im not going to be a Karen and one star them over that. Of course a lot of people dont give a darn about following the directions that the employees spent time and energy laying out, so thats annoying. The employees at least are taking this seriously and doing their best. I have really appreciated the staff here during the pandemic. They sanitize the carts and the store is just beautiful especially compared to a Walmart. There is definitely a quality to Schnucks that you dont see at a Walmart. For ex: you cant get red lentils at Walmart in Collinsville. Their sparkling water (Schnucks brand) is also surprisingly good and reasonably priced. Some customers are a bit extra prickly with the staff Ive noticed during the pandemic, but its good to remember that just because people work at varying levels, ages and pay grades at a grocery store, they are all humans and deserving of respect, courtesy, and thanks as essential workers. Thank you, Schnucks team yall are great. Keep your heads up Collinsville and appreciate you.

Why not have the store fully staffed on a Sunday so the line doesnt go around the store? There are unused checkout lanes available. Otherwise this is a solid schnucks.

Friendliest stores in town! They do scrip for charities and also rewards card. Checkout peeps are sweet to you. Great produce section and the big guy in frozen voluntarily put me onto some additional frozen veggie varieties which were also on sale.

This store had everything that was on my shopping list. The cashier and bagger were both very friendly.

They were very nice and especially to my granddaughter. My granddaughter was telling everyone Merry Christmas and was polite to everyone. The Store Manager gave her a a snowman balloon that meant a lot to her. I really appreciate the kindness of the Store Manager and the other employees and the shoppers.

As far as grocery stores go this one is top notch. Great selection. Great prices and seriously some of the speediest bag boys this side of the Mississippi. They are holding it down during covid and restocked on toilet paper as soon as it flew off the shelfs. Schnucks in the c ville is the bees knees. I would recommend anytime!

This is the only schnucks around that you self checkout and have to keep ALL of your groceries on the turnstile or shelf even when its packed full because you are purchasing a whole cart full of groceries. If you dont pile all your groceries on top of one another, it wont let you proceed! Thus schnucks sucks!!!

Store is pretty clean and well stocked. Staff is normally very friendly. However, check out process is very slow. The lines are sometimes long and check out can easily add an extra 10 minutes to your trip.

The Governor Pritzker one way aisles are never the direction I need to go. The deli counter is frequently understaffed, too long of a wait for service. Unreasonable covid hysteria is unnecessarily complicating the simple task of grocery shopping. When will it end? Apparently never.

This place is pretty much an overpriced Walmart market in my opinion. They do have some good sales sometimes that are worth coming in for. Their buffalo wings on the salad bar are amazing as well. I always check the ads in the paper for their best deals and come in time to time to get the buffalo wings. I do shop here almost once a week but I do my major shopping elsewhere.

The bakery staff was super great. I had a ridiculous request. They didnt even blink. Everything turned out perfect too.

Always a pleasure to shop here. Very clean and will have almost anything you need at any given time. Another plus....if you are a US bank customer they have banking hours until seven p.m. on week days and until 5p.m.on Saturday.

Excellent shopping. Has been remodeled without making store oversized as other locations in the area. Also, they have provided brand new full and half sized plastic carts that are pure joy to use and quiet. Things are located super easy for quick or big stop trips.

It bothered me that they allowed some customers to shop without masks.

Prices have went up. Cashiers are friendly but the other staff had isles blocked and werent concerned about being in the middle making it very difficult to shop.
