Great resource if you need a stage for a band! And an extra bar! We just used Affordable Party Rentals for our daughters wedding and they did everything without me having to even think about it! This place is amazing. We were hard pressed finding something in the short amount of time when we found out our venue wasnt going to reopen in time during the Covid. Emily was truly a godsend. She not only helped me with a checklist for our wedding, but went above and beyond to make sure we had all the colors and accessories. It was supposed to rain that day, but last minute changes (3 days) she was able to change. The delivery drivers were very helpful and it was super convenient to have them drop off and pick up. We definitely will be using them again for future events!!

7th Year Wedding Anniversary

A friend loaned me tables and chairs, so I just rented table cloths and overlays for a backyard rehearsal dinner on October 4. Using the beautiful linens made all the difference to the party. When the guests arrived, they felt like it was going to be a special event, and it was!

Wonderful company and service! They delivered 400 chairs to the field where the event was happening, and picked them up as promised. They were punctual and easy to deal with!

APR is affordable in comparison to other places I called. The service was great! Even the guys that dropped off and picked up the tables were nice and kind enough to ask how everything went. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the hours. My event was on a Saturday and since they are closed, delivery was not as convenient. We used Affordable Party Rentals for a seminar downtown last month. They were reasonably priced and had what we needed for our event. They delivered and picked up as promised. I was given a job to decorate tables at the last minute! I called Affordable Party Rentals to rent 20 green and white gingham table cloths. They had them! Dianna was very courteous and helpful.The loading crew was exceptional. They loaded my car in the pouring rain and nothing got wet and they were business like but caring and nice. They were great. I went back and forth for a few months while I decided which company to go with and they were so patient and understanding. They helped me make the right choices for my wedding and everything was just right. My wedding was very small, but they didnt make me feel like it was any less important.

We had my husbands Celebration of Life at our home, and we arranged for tables and chairs for 100. We also rented the big barrel fans, to help keep the air moving.From the planning and arrangements to the delivery of the tables and chairs, everyone was first class. The delivery folks were unable to back up our driveway, so they had to roll all 10 huge round tables and 2 dollies of heavy chairs up the drive, and they did so without complaint. They were both super nice and offered to pray for us.When they picked up the equipment, they were just as pleasant. I found the cost to be more than reasonable, and they were courteous, kind and professional. They were also so very compassionate, and caring. They went out of their way to ask my son how the Celebration went. First class all the way. Thank you!

We hosted a wedding reception in our backyard. Affordable Rentals offered the best service and best rates around. They were timely with delivery as well as pick up. It was easy, breezy! We rented tables and linens for the tables - definitely need the linens with the tables to make them pretty. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

Affordable Party Rentals fulfilled an order for Main Street Collierville (nonprofit) this past September. I reserved a rental order last week for a dinner party for family and friends. This past weekend, my aunt, an important guest at this planned gathering, contracted bacterial meningitis. As I was exposed to the infection in caring for her, I had to postpone the event and asked Affordable Party Rentals if I could modify my reservation for a later date. The manager not only refused to modify my reservation, but she also insinuated that I was blaming Affordable Party Rentals for my beloved aunts illness simply by asking for a postponement of our reservation. (I have this accusation in print.) My aunt is literally on her deathbed, and the unprofessionalism and lack of empathy Affordable Party Rentals has shown is truly astounding. I called APR immediately once we received my aunts diagnosis this past Saturday and have done everything in my power to handle this in a respectful way. I refuse to use their services and HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a reputable party rental company to go elsewhere in the Memphis area.
