We love Baskin Robins ice cream, and first time at this location and never again. I bought my husbands ice cream cake for his birthday, first time buying the ice cream cake but we love the ice cream and thought it would be amazing. It wasnt and never again. They are available in the cooler but I wasnt allowed to look and choose what I wanted the employee gets it, I ask if they were made fresh daily he said yes! The ice cream was freezer burned and didnt notice until I got home and couldnt take back because they had closed. So much for the yummybirthday cake.

I thought it was ok. We ordered a cake and it looked fine. Nothing special. Handwriting a bit shaky on the design. Service was ok. Not super personable but we got what we needed.

Its a tiny place and can get crowded with families very quickly, but the kids behind the counter are very friendly and work quickly.

Dishonest. If you go with a coupon to buy a scoop and get one free, they give you kiddie scoops. I found out when the employee told me she wished I had told her about the coupon. I asked why. She said because they do not give regular scoops for the coupon. But they charge you for a regular scoop.

I am a loyal customer but not anymore. Rude employees. Didn’t acknowledge me when I came in. Always rolling eyes. All have attitude.

Always nice kids working in there. Always good ice cream and always good service.

Ice cream was delicious! My son and I went on national chocolate ice cream day. We had a good Tim. Store was clean. The service was good. The location is very small so when it gets busy, it can get a little hectic. They take care of people in an order fashion though. The kids who work there are nice. Havent had a bad experience any time Ive been there.

They serve kid-sized scoops in the sundae, banana royals, splits, etc but charge adult-sized prices. They are a bit overpriced!

We purchased two ice cream cakes. The staff was very helpful. We had an excellent experience and the cookies and cream cakes were great.

Its ice cream. Its pretty good ice cream and you get it fast most of the time. Go there and get some ice cream.

Employee was nice. Ice cream was scrapped down and looked appealing. I had a Sunday and my wife got a double scooped cup. Both were good.

Rarely offer anything other then same basic flavor selection. Most other BR locations offer wider range of specialty or classic flavors. Service is standard.

Never have chocolate fudge ice cream, and it is July 16 and they havent had the elevens heaven in a week and dont seem to have a plan to order it. You see how popular it is so you dont keep it in stock? This place is backwards

Went to Baskin Robbins with my wife and 4 kids. We walked in and were ignored by the two employee’s working behind the counter and the third employee was in the sitting area talking to some friends. First of all the floors were filthy and had dried ice cream on them and looked disgusting. We were not greeted and we stood at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge that we came in to buy ice cream. No one did so we left and went to yolo’s across the street. Note to owner you might want to go by and check on your business once in a while cause it isn’t doing well. 1 star because I can’t give 0 stars.

Mediocre quality ice-cream (some of them are iced in the bucket) with fake unhealthy toppings. For the price they charge, they should provide real fruits (strawberries, pineapples, etc.) in their toppings. The size of their scoop depends on the server. One day I got a really big scoop, the other day a really small one, both for the same item at the same price. I am used to Graeters stores in Ohio and this Baskins Robins is significantly lower quality in comparison.

Owner is very Cheap. Ordered 3 scoops of ice cream and received small scoops. When I said something about the size of scoops the employee said the owner is very particular about the size of scoops we give out. This Baskin Robbins keeps increasing the prices and hiving less. I would not reccommend that anyone visit this Baskins Robbins.

Baskin Robbins, low carb ice cream is pretty good.

The service is fine but too pricey.

Needs more space to run counter smoothly. Pretty much everyone stands and waits and no one knows whos being served or who trying to pay. Needs to be refigured.

BR31 has really good employees and the ice cream and waffle cones are top-notch! BUT..., I was in the mood for my favorite Blast/Mcflurry concoction-kind of thing with Butterfinger bits mixed in soft-serve ice cream. Baskin--Robbins has quit selling soft-serve, so no such luck. Thats why only a 3-star rating.

My daugther bought father’s day cake, when she get home right away we put in the frezzer, time we have to serve it the word father spell wrong “Happy FARTHER Day” ...”Baskin-Robbins” shame on you guys, even grabe one can spell word “FATHER” then when my daughter call they said to bring it back they can resale it, and said nothing wrong with the cake it just the spelling...yeah! right probably that cake that we have is a return from other customer...be careful if you want to keep your business...

Store was not clean. Music was so loud, customers had to yell their orders. Wont be going back.
