First of all our sell person was great, Chad was very patient with us while we picked out the right product he also explained the differences and what would be best for our needs. Very quick, easy process using C&C granite. We drove out to the store & got to look at all the different countertops in our price range. We found the perfect one within about 10-15 minutes. They got us on their schedule to install & we LOVE them! I would recommend keeping your entire day open for install, as they did get behind with a couple of jobs the day of ours, causing them to be a few hours late, but they showed up & got to work immediately! We will use them again for future counter top needs.

I went to C&C Granite to start looking for new countertops. Turned out, I never had to look anywhere else. From the time i walked through the door, Chad flawlessly managed the process to its completion. He showed me every material they offered, including the slabs in the workshop...and was very patient. The guys at C&C Granite are top notch! They have a large selection of slabs and remnants. The installers were super quick and efficient. My sink drain was larger than the standard hole they drill. I called to see if they could drill it bigger and they were at my house in 20 minutes! If you need granite countertops, this is the place to go.

We needed some granite in our kitchen but didnt want to have to change our cabinets or backsplash. We brought in a picture and C&C Granite helped us find the perfect granite to coordinate with what was already in our kitchen. The results are gorgeous. We are very happy with the results and we also stayed within our budget. C&C Granite made the whole experience easy- getting our ktichen measured, choosing our stone and installation.

Highly recommend C&C Granite in Collierville. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful, and our new granite buffet top looks terrific. We just needed a remnant, but they have slabs onsite and lots of custom order options to see in their showroom.

Our experience started out pleasant. We were looking for a remnant to use for a small vanity. We picked out a piece of granite, and about a week and a half later had someone out to install. Upon installation the piece broke in half because the sink saver was removed too quickly. It happens, no big deal. However, when we went back to select another piece we werent able find anything close to what we wanted. When we inquired about having a piece cut from a slab, Mark became extremely rude, loud, and above all completely unprofessional. Ive never been spoken to in such a manner by a business owner. He continued to argue and voice how cutting from a slab would cost him money. At one point he told my husband, you pissed me off I would never do business with this man again. He doesnt respect others, has no concept of customer service, and has no intention of taking care of issues when they arise. Buy your granite, cabinets, etc. elsewhere, youll be glad you did.

I am very please with the granite that was installed in my kitchen. Everyone who works for C & C is extremely nice and helpful. I especially appreciate how friendly and helpful Carley was every time I have come into their shop. Thank you for doing such an outstanding job.

Originally I was very pleased with the work that CNC did for us. We had three bathrooms and an entire kitchen done by them. Unfortunaetly, they did not instal supports under the hangover piece on our kitchen island. The piece completely broke in half and we had to redo our island with a different granite that does not match our counter tops. As a granite installation company, you should be responsible for installing the proper supports to ensure that something like this doesn’t happen.

Ive used these guys several times. Great work and prices. And as other reviewer stated, this is c&c not c&g.
