The associates were friendly. The store was pretty well stocked and pretty clean considering it was 10:15pm and about to close. Good Job Collierville!!

Terrible!! Nothing on the shelves, aisles are full with boxes, its Terrible. The customer service is awful, its a hand few of employees that are so sweet, Sharon C( floor ), Ms.Christine(front door), I promise Im there almost everyday, first thing when they open and nothing on the shelves. Terrible customer service, I just dont understand, God forbid if you cant work self checkout, no open registers, and OMG, DONT ASK FOR HELP WHILE DOING SELF CHECK OUT.. I pray for the world.

It’s 11:30 in the morning. The bakery lady was on the phone for seven minutes I was waving at her when she came over I said I needed a cake for my son‘s birthday,she said that she does not bake cakes but the cake lady is on lunch who in the hell takes lunch at 11:30 in the morning and she will not be back for 30 minutes. Who has time to wait around for 30 minutes when you need to order a cake so I was like all right Kroger better. I left

October 2021, Doesn’t have any milk, tea, Hardly no eggs no creamer for your coffee. No frozen foods. Store is a mess. I don’t know what’s happening to this place

This store is okay but stocking is always down in the grocery dept. The staff are great people. Its clean, stocks new clothing styles and colors. Has a great pharmacy and staff there. The automotive section is fast and helpful.

The lines are always super long but I love the staff. Theyre so friendly and always smile. The lady that often works the self check out is absolutely the sweetest and always remembers me:)

Just another Walmart. Unhelpful associates. Did not have exactly what I was looking for. Not enough cashiers. Half the self checkouts did not accept cards or cash cant remember because it is always one or the other. Out of shopping carts. Pallets of inventory blocking the isles. This is why I avoid Walmart unless it is 100% necessary.

Store was a mess. Hardly anyone working. What few Walmart associates we did encounter were very unfriendly. Shopped the Jewelery counter for over 30 minutes, no one spoke to us. I find someone at the adjacent department-- couldnt help us, told me to talk to Customer Service.. I guess she helped us in some odd unhelpful way. Customer Service could not help me, but said he would page overhead with a 3 minute delay? 🤷🏻‍♂️ Idont know what that means.. Never heard the page go out. Waited 15 more minutes. Left.Shut this place down, clean house, and start over with a full tilt renovation. 👎🏻👎🏻

I went to the store with a tax exempt status sheet. Ive gone to several other stores with a tax exempt status sheet and the cash register was able to take it or a manager was able to take it and work with me from there.Walmart sent me to the customer service station because I needed a tax exempt card not just my tax exempt sheet.I then waited in line for 15 minutes only for the person to be unable to get me a tax exempt card... Remember I already have a tax exempt sheet... And then proceed to tell me that my federal tax exempt sheet isnt going to work in their store because Im in a different city.I would not recommend going to this Walmart if the service of the store is anything like the service I received.

Im never disappointed when I go. A wide array of items for the entire home.

We went at lunch and had great service. The tacos were delicious and they were fast at getting the food out. I think next time I will order the quesadilla because it looked amazing!

Its ok but they never have enough lines opened,sat in line this afternoon for 30 mins after having to hunt the unstocked shelves. Aldi across the street is definitely a better experience.

Some areas needed stocking but its understandable since staff is limited.

My 92 year old Dads mail order prescriptions (from another company) hadnt arrived over the 4th of July holiday & the Walmart Pharmacy & staff were very friendly; helping us to solve this crisis. I was visiting from out of town and was also pleased with the quality of groceries, bakery goods, clothes, make up, honestly almost anything you could want at great prices.

Surprisely, pleasant experience. Found everything I went for They had ample check out lanes open and my cashier was pleasant.

Not too crowded, has just about everything you could want at a lower price...

Does anyone really love going to Walmart? I mean, maybe when they were open 24 hours and you couldnt sleep. You went there to get exhausted while realizing how broke you really are. Then go home and sleep.

I Looooove this Walmart because it is usually always stocked with my favorite items, BUT I am recently a little disappointed that they have not stocked the GREAT VALUE brand of White Cheddar Cheese Crackers and neither have they had the Maple Turkey Breast in the deli. I have just returned to Memphis, and I pass a Walmart to come to this one because they USUALLY have EVERYTHING I want and need. I hope in the very near future this Walmart considers my request to put those items back on their shelves. I Really Appreciate Your Service. Thank You

Their plant stands and pots were priced wonderfully. I also found some pretty cute plants for a nice price as well.

Went to Walmart in Southaven Ms . I was handed a mask and was told the CDC recommend it . I told them I was fully vaccinated and they screamed at me saying that didn’t matter . So I left because I felt they were verbally attacking me . So I went to Super Lo’s right down the street and was treated with respect. Walmart you will loose my business if you continue to allow employees to be rude to the customers.

July 21 - I know its not walmarts fault but they desperately need more lines open to checkout. Sometimes I can be in and out using the self checkout other times there are long lines and I have to wait 10 or 15 mins. Other than that, this is usually a great store.

Always an excellent shopping experience when I use self checkout. Most of the time, I can get in and out quickly.

This place is huge. Cant give it a better rating as everything you could buy there could be found elsewhere in an exponentially better environment.

At christmas i bought a ps5 game by mistake .. of cours e the kids opened it and it didnt work so i bring it back to exchange it for the correct version with the orignal recipt less the 24 hours from time i bought it and they WOULD NOT exchange refund or help me in any way... it was the worst customer service i had ever recieved and i will not ever spend another dollar there

Very nice store centrally located in collierville. Found everything we needed from garden supplies to groceries.

Pretty much the same they didnt have what I needed. What they did have that I needed was too expensive. This stuff was cold and unfriendly towards me. To check out counter was a nightmare as always.

Rude employee jumped in front people to block them from entering the door that was declared an exit several months ago due to COVID. People enter that door constantly. Maybe he should have been in the parking lot instead, grabbing shopping carts to take inside since there were none.

Stopped by to grab a few things on my mini trip & was blown away! This Wal-Mart was not only immaculate, but had very friendly staff working here. I enjoyed my visit and look forward to stopping by whenever Im in town!😁😁😁😁

If you want to have your pickup order delayed only to be canceled with no explanation, this is your store. Sadly this has happened to me at this store multiple times. When this happens, you will have absolutely no one able to help you, including their help line. The people who answer that line have zero information or ability to do anything.

On any Saturday night a checker should be employed. Not one. Self checkout only. Was told to see if a manager was at customer service. Thankfully there were 2 ppl working. I asked one if he would check me out as my daughter I had way too much for self check line. He obliged.If he had not, I wouldve taken the wrapper to the Dove bar I ate with me, left the full basket of groceries, and paid for the Dove bar the next day. Collierville Walmart is always understaffed. So glad a nice man helped us.

Visited the Garden Center. All of the plants look healthy. I selected a nice fern, a couple of hanging baskets, and some herbs. I will be back for more! There was a large selection of outdoor cushions and chairs. I was able to find a store associate easily for checkout. No complaints!

Fast response on pick up

I ordered groceries a week ahead of time, and they never arrived. Called customer support, and they say itll come the next day 8-10 am. didnt come, again call CS and the they say itll arrive in the next 2 hours. Guess what, it didnt, so again call CS, and they cant reach the store to figure out what is going on and say it could take the them 1-2 hours to figure out whats going on. At this point I told them to cancel the order, which puts a 1-2 hold on the funds since they use that to reserve the slot.So now Im gonna go get groceries from Kroger or Target.

Service was good. Associates were helpful and courteous.

Never anyone to check you out but on Christmas Eve my daughter got a flat tire in the parking lot. She called me and it was 6pm, cold and dark. I tried and tried to loosen the lug nuts but couldnt get them off. One of the cart guys, Solomon, came over and helped me change the tire. Truly a Christmas Miracle!!

Nice Walmart to shop at needs more cashiers

Really appreciate the Tuesday morning Senior Day for shopping 6am to 7am. Everyone is wearing a mask and the aisles are clearly marked to keep social distancing. The employees are super helpful. Everyone is checked at the door for mask and to make sure there is the right # of customers allowed in the door. Also age is also checked - so only seniors 65 and over are allowed in. Great time to shop. Shelves are stocked and the employees are very gracious to us seniors with mobility issues.

I love this WalMart the employees are so helpful! Large selection of just about everything you could possibly need.

Great in-stock and I can always get in and out on my lunch break with ease.

Extremely crowded at the few registers that were open. I went in to purchase luggage and the shelves were completely empty. Very disappointing

I mean, its Walmart. Theres really nothing to add about a Walmart experience thats different than anyone else.My Walmart issues would be online orders being shipped and delivered damaged...but, thats not a reflection on the stores.

They never have any mobile carts and if there are any, they are broken and not charged.

My husband ordered a tire for me. Unfortunately, I had to be the one to go and get it. Besides that issue, I was able to get it put on and balance within a hour and a half. That was with 3 cars in front of me. My tire sensor was not damage. One happy customer.

I visited to get Covid-19 Vaccination. I personally thank all the staffs and pharmacist who are doing their service for people.You may expect 20 to 30 min waiting time to get registration even you have an appointment.

This place is the best Walmart Supercenter in Memphis in my opinion. Reasons for that are the employees are actually kind and are working not just standing around or walking aimlessly. They have fully stocked for the most part products throughout the store. They have better updated checkouts and therefore shorter lines. Also they have more lines open and checking out people than any other walmart I go to. Also there are great stores all around the area and also its the only walmart Ive been to where traffic isnt so bad you go crazy. The store is laid out in a way that isnt confusing unlike others that have diagonally and vertically laid out isles in a maze it seems. The employees were happy to help even looking up online products and telling us exactly where to find them in the store. Also I have to say the environment is just more positive and not so chaotic. For example customers arent screaming, arguing in parking lots, or annoyed with long lines. I saw that customer service center was actually not backed up with a line with 10+ people. They had other businesses or sections in the store to help, a pharmacy, they promoted dilevery and also the ability to have your order brought out to you. They had the best openness of any Walmart or grocery store Ive seen. It gave people room to enter and exit the store, not feel crowded in lines, go to different areas through main travel lanes, and also there was the ability to have 3 rows in the aisles so that not only was there one going up or down but also if someone was stopped you could easily just move around in the center. Overall great store and this comes from someone with bad social anxiety

Long lines 3 cashiers not sure what the motive is for making people wait. During a pandemic people should be able to get in and get out quickly

Nice, clean and well organized.

Waiting for my delivery order that is an hour late. No one is answering the phone. Help chat lied and said a driver was just assigned and it still wasnt delivered. No one at the store is answering any of their phone lines. I am stuck sick in a hotel room with a tummy bug and NEED the things I ordered. I shop delivery at Walmart all over the country being a truck driver and this is by far the worst Walmart delivery I have ever had.Update. Now 2 hours late. Store still not answering any phone lines. Customer service is saying the 1st driver didnt have room for my order and they had to get another driver. That driver was being loaded an hr ago. Still no order. No email saying it was on its way. No sign on the ap that it ever was picked.Update 2. Gotta love when they are telling you the delivery driver has had to be changed twice and the latest 1 calls you to apologize that he is canceling because the store has had him waiting for an hour and they have not even started filling the order due to store issues. All while you are on the phone trying to get your order cancelled! Merge call. Yes I did. And said this is the driver. Tell me again how its doordashs fault for changing drivers not Walmarts fault for not filling the order...

So, I called to see if they had an item. After almost 10mins of trying to see if it was instock, the last line they connected me to hung up on me...Im about 20 mins away, hence the call. I will go to home depot instead.

Left Walmart in Collierville not because I didnt want to shop I COULDNT shop... the riders that they have, they only have a couple and they were both down everybody cant walk a football field..... you would think that during the Christmas time and people are out shopping that they would have all of their equipment and things in place available for people who cant get around well....I was wrong to think that so Ill just order what I need from Best Buy.  By the way, it was a TV....just money you lost🤗

Been sitting in the curbside pickup for 42 minutes since check in. Called the number to ask if I needed to come inside. The lady yelled “WE ARE RUNNING BEHIND!!!! DANG!!!” then hung up!!! So glad I spent my entire lunch waiting in a parking lot.

Im here to pick up an order. My pick up time is between 12 noon and 1pm. I been sitting here watching other customers come and go. The attendent says my order is being picked. Staffing should be a priority dealing in this process. Customers should not have to wait this long. Been at reaerved 2 for 45 min. This the 2nd bad experience at this store. This will be my last.

I asked 4 associates to scan for a price for vacuum. Everyone said I dont have a scanner and walked away.There was no one in site to ask.Typical of our society. Customer service has disappeared.

The customer service rep was fine the problem with this visit and many other walmarts not just in TN or MS is the lines at the return desk 1 employee working but 3 or 4 plus a supervisor will be jaw jacking instead of opening a register and the line is always 5 to 10 deep so it cant be a mere coincidence plan ahead

Always have what you’re looking for, orientation compared to other Walmart locations seems a but strange though.

The lanes are really close so in order to help with social distancing it would be a lot better if maybe they opened every other lane. Instead the have every packed on one end of the store which is causing overcrowding. People can barely move down the main aisle.

Registers were only open on the food side a Walmart. Im disabled and I parked at the other end. Even the self checkout was closed.

This supercenter is one of the better ones in the area. I always have a great experience when I shop in this supercenter.

Great food, carryout order was ready when I arrived.

This store was stock with everything I needed. It was clean and easy to maneuver throughout the store (no unattended stock in the floor).

Some shelves empty, however the employees are constantly working. Very polite staff, very fast service. I just couldnt find a few things, that I was looking for. But found a few things that did work for me, that I wasnt looking for. The store is super, super clean. I am really savings some bucks in the clearance area. This store is highly recommend.

This Walmart has not been very well stocked since I’ve know it almost ten years ago, but with the pandemic it’s been at its worst. At first I thought it was the pandemic but many Walmarts in other states keep their shelves in way better status. Maybe there are not many Walmarts around, I hope they improve their stocking.
