Very helpful and extremely well stocked.

Stopped in this morning and the young man was very helpful. Got me setup with a few items I needed and also picked up a several good cigars while I was there. Also joined the loyalty program which seems like a great incentive to shop local as opposed to online. I will be back very soon!

A awesome place for a Piece of mine, having funmeeting new friends to building bigger Contact profile Sharing each other thoughts and issues; Breaking bread together. The Managers and its staff treat you like a Guess not their customer; And most of all I would give them a 6 Star for knowing their Cigars and finding the one thats great for your taste!!

The customer service is ridiculous. Employees are rude especially the one with the long hair and scraggly beard. I will only shop at the wolfchase store from now on even though selection is not as good.
