I am very pleased with the mattresses, pillows, and adjustable frames, I have purchased over the years. They have great sales and keep their prices reasonable. The employees are friendly, attentive, and determined to please the shoppers. I’m very happy they have a barrel visible near the door for clothes, shoes, etc. for foster children and so thankful the kids are blessed with these gently used or new clothes. If you shop there, you will probably be happy as well.

I was in town visiting my Mom and decided she needed a new mattress immediately. I went to Mattress Firm Poplar Market after visiting a few other mattress locations. The sleep consultant Shae was so helpful!! Very knowledgeable about all of their products, and most importantly to me she was not pushy. I got a great deal with excellent service! Great service! I called on the phone to see if the location was open due to the pandemic. The Collierville location had limited hours and Covid-19 guidelines. Daughter had ordered a bed and didn’t have any sheets because many stores were closed or out of sheets. Ladies are nice but this place cant seem to manage their deliveries. They ordered the wrong mattress from the start and then when the truck came for delivery they didnt even have the mattress. A week has passed and we still dont have a bed.
