You can buy nearly everything they carry from Wal-Mart or Target for much cheaper. Their card selection is terrible. The only things they might have going for them are their selection of balloons and their larger party supply items, such as different colored table coverings.The employees, at least, were very nice.

I have never been treated so badly at a Collierville business in my life and I have lived here 14 years! So much for southern hospitality. I purchased a wig and bandana in same bag and when I got home all that was in the bag was a bandana. Went directly back to store thinking no problem they will give me a new one (spent $60 on junk)!! Walked up to register smiling and very kind…. even though I had to drive all the way across town to return. Lady at register basically called me a thief and said It wasnt like this when I sold it to you. Manager was right there and never stepped in but made excuses for the employees actions. The place was a mess all the wigs were on the floor and all three employees standing behind register doing nothing. Will never go back and will tell all my friends not to either!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible experience! Spent $75 then had to go back 30 mins later to exchange 1 of the items. Three clerks behind the counter and only 1 checking. The one checking had to go next door to get change for a $100 (really?). That left 2. One was pumping up balloons with a bicycle pump and even looked at me a couple of times but never stopped to wait on me; the other disappeared into an office behind the counter while continuing to talk to the one pumping up the balloons while I waited. Clearly this store does not put their costumers first. Shame on all!!

The staff is very rude. Immediately a I and my friend walked in they were rude and pushy. They rudely said thwy were closing and it was exactly 5:30pm! Who closes at 5:30pm on a Wednesday??? Very rude staff very cheap looking merchandise, will NEVER return to a branch again!

Well if any of you are wondering why the staff “doesn’t care” THEY ONLY PAY THEM MINIMUM WAGE TO DEAL W YALL BOUGEE SELVES. Plus if you walk in 10 minutes till they close there not gonna be happy ab it, they wanna go home too!!! Maybe y’all should think that people that work at stores are people to 🤭

Helpful staff and super clean store.

The store was messy and disorganized when we visited. It was difficult to find what we were looking for, and the employees were less than helpful.

Just tried calling the store, twice, to ask if they carried something specific. The phone rang both times, went right to the hold message, then immediately disconnected.This doesn’t bode well for actually GOING to the store so I’ll probably look for another place to shop.

Just came in to look around. Didnt really interact with the sales assistants but was impressed that they had some Hanukkah party ware!
