I called two other Once Upon a Child stores. The Memphis store the lady sound like she didnt want to be at work and did it want to help me, the Cordova store they were nice but they didnt have what I needed and didnt care to help me, but when I called the Collierville store they went above and beyond for me. They were out of what I was looking for but told me they will order it and when it comes in, they will set it aside for me! I came in today to pick up and they were extremely helpful and kind!

Let’s just say this : this location is not like the others. Maybe discrimination because i brought in 2 bags of things mostly name brand barley used and the said they was going to offer me $20.00 for everything ! I took it to the Memphis location same exact items a week later and was offered $60 dont try to sell to this location !!!

They are a rip off when I comes to selling them your clothes. Yes I know you getting wholesale prices so they can sell retail but its a rip off. They wanted to give me 2.00 for a pair of jeans thats worth 20.00 youre crazy lady and with the tag in place . Also, they didnt greet me upon entry. Smh no acknowledgement

This place is good and welcoming. There are multiple types of clothing for kids here with many sizes, styles, and colors to chose from. The only thing is that they barley sell strollers, blankets, car seats, and socks from what I’ve noticed.

Store is always clean 👌, All staff that I interacted with has been professional and respectful. Today I received great customer service from Kieara who showed great professionalism, and was extremely polite!

Went today and bought 18 outfits for my daughter. Looked at so many cute clothes and plenty of toys! They have a great selection of used clothing! The staff was polite and we were in and out quick. Definitely will shop here again! Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because one of the onesies we bought had a few holes in it which explains why it was marked down. But overall, I had a great experience shopping here!

Good store, but 2 stars because the employees behind the desk do not wear masks to protect the health of their patrons. Otherwise I would give it a much higher rating

My husband and I decided it was finally time to get rid of some of the baby stuff in our house. I was on the fence about a couple of items, but decided to let one go. When I was going through the boxes of stuff that was not bought I was completely heartbroken to see that one special item was returned BROKEN!! No wonder they didnt buy it....they broke it! I know it was in perfect condition when we took it because I took extra time to take the batteries out and wipe it down with lysol wipes. They could of a least explained and said they were sorry. :(

When I walked in today, I was unaware that the store was not paying cash and was doing store credit only. I was slightly disappointed but still decided to do the store credit and just shop around. I had 5 bags of clothes, so I knew it would take her a while to inspect everything So I spent 40 minutes walking around while the blonde young lady at the counter (I apologize I didnt catch your name) looked through all 5 bags of clothes. Once I was done looking around I asked her if she was finished looking through everything, she said yes and gave me an offer... $16!!!!!! Thats it! Thats all!! And the clothes were not in bad condition at all! They were gently used and only showed signs of use if you looked REALLY REALLY HARD!! Most my daughter literally wore only once or twice. I couldnt believe the offer. I then asked her to go over some pieces with me that she didnt take and explain why she did not take them. I picked 6 items back out and showed her again, 3 of the 6 she took, the other 3 had very very tiny ( Im talking maybe a speckle) of a stain and she explained Even though it doesnt look bad, the boss wants clothes this size (2T) to be perfect to almost new because they already have so many. UNDERSTANDABLE! Didnt even make her waste any more time going through the bag and re-inspecting in front of me. This wasnt what I was expecting from Todays visit. On the up side, although it wasnt very pleasant, the customer service I received today was great! They were patient with me and all of my extra questions, they didnt catch a attitude when I asked to look at a few again and the blonde young lady that assisted me the most was actually very sweet and respectful. Giving 3 stars for the customer service, besides that, I would give 0 for this location, My first time selling to Once Upon A Child and maybe my last!

Extremely poor customer service. There is a hispanic woman who works there who is very rude and shows racism towards hispanics. I went with a friend of mine and she asked for help and prices on discounted items she was ignored by her and treated rudely when checking out. This is the second time she acts likes this. Please train her treat everyone equally and work on her customer service skills.

As consignment shops go this is one of the best. The clothes are wlk organized and look very gently worn or new. The staff is very friendly. If your on a budget, perfect place to go.

You can find almost anything and everything for a baby in this place! Great selection, great prices. Lower prices and better selection than the other locations.

OUTSTANDING STAFF. They are so amazing. They really help there customers as much as possible. And they deffently exceeded my expectations🤗 I highly recommend shopping there... p.s. the store is always super clean thats a plus in my book😉

The staff is VERY rude!!! Did not speak when I walked thru the door. No excuse! There were no customers at the counter when I walked in. I had to speak first and still not response. That is absolutely absurd!! As much as I shop here and all the other locations and to get treat like that is unacceptable. Customer service is everything for your business and I hope the OWNER not manager of the store reads this so the situation can be rectified. Needless to say I left with out purchasing anything.

Although this particular location is usually very far with their offers today’s visit wasn’t as pleasant and as fast as usual. I came in early (9:45am) on purpose so that I would be able to finish the rest of my errands for the day. I wasn’t greeted and it took a few minutes for anyone to even approach me at the counter. There were 5-6 associates in the store, behind the counter and only about 3-4 customers in the entire store. I was told that it would be about a 25 minute wait, even though there were many associates there. Insane. And here I am 50 minutes later still waiting. Not a great visit today.

Worst experience. I went in today to sell a tall kitchen trash bag of clothes and baby swing. I washed the clothes the day before and cleaned the swing. They looked at the swing while I was there and they didnt want to take it because I didnt have the screws for the battery covers and offered me screws that got stuck inside. And gave me an oh well. But thats not the worst part. I waited an hour for someone to check the large bag of clothes came back inside and she didnt check them . So I went to the back of the store for literally 5 mins she claimed she checked the entire bag and the clothes were dirty. She picked out 5 pieces and sent me on my way. Moral of the story. Do not go here. Maybe other locations are better but this one is unprofessional and inexperienced.

Terrible experience, so much clutter. I don’t remember it being so messy a couple of years ago. The employees don’t even acknowledge you. I walked out went to Walmart found super cute clothes not expensive at all for my new baby girl.

About a week ago, I bought a baby swing from another once upon a child and it was making an odd noise, so I decided to return it. I called the store to double check that I could return it to the Collierville store, even though it was bought at another one. I was told it would be fine as long as I had my receipt and it was less than 7 days since I had bought it. It had only been six days so I figured, okay great, Ill return it when I get my daughters hair cut. Thats where the good stopped.When I went it, I was helped by someone, and they looked at the receipt and didnt know if I could do the return because it had been eight days. I explained that it had only been six days since February only has 28 days in it. She then asked the other girls in the store for help, and when they wouldnt help, she went to the back to ask someone for help (whom I could only assume was someone in charge or a manager). She couldnt understand why I had brought it to that store and not the one I bought it from (after I explained that I didnt live close and I was down in the area running errands). The woman in the back came out, looked at the receipt and asked me why I didnt take it back to the other location. I AGAIN (for the fourth time!) explained that I called to make sure I could bring it there, was assured I could, and that I happened to be in the area running errands. She then gave me a nasty look, sneered and walked away into the back, saying nothing at all to me, and not helping the girl behind the register. No one said anything else to me the entire time I was there, and couldnt figure out how to do a return for another five minutes. I was in there waiting so long that my husband came inside to check on me since Im currently pregnant!Finally she was able to give me my money back and I asked for it to be put on my card and I left. HUGE MISTAKE! I checked my bank account this morning and they never returned my money to me!!! I was so mad, I called to speak to the manager and was told that the manager wasnt around. I asked when she would be there and got the response, I dont know, Maybe Monday? Maybe $35 isnt a lot of money to them, but it is to me. Dont waste your time or money here!

Arianna is very rude associate!!! Rolled her eyes the whole time we was there. And never went threw our items. Not only did she throw my items at me she made unheard of remarks. I just moved in from Hawaii to transfer to millington Naval base and this is the welcome I get in Collierville Once upon a child!!! If you don’t love your job why come to work!!!!!! Thanks a lot

Fantastic kids clothes, toys and accessories. They even sometimes have super nice strollers and double strollers.

Upsetting that they have there own sale rules, different from other locations. 10/10 will not visit this location again

This store is EXCELLENT! It is well organized and the quality of the clothes is awesome.

Sellers beware..especially if you are selling back items never used but bought from this very store. They probably will refuse it or only offer $0.25 per every $10 you spent on the items if that..doesnt matter if you just want store credit either...still $0.25...how about that gratuity for your patronage.
