Went to Michaels to purchase a canvas. The tag on the shelf has the canvas marked for 64.99 however they rung up for 67.99, the mgr approved that they should be 64.99. But would not let me use my 30% off coupon at the correct price (64.99) and forced me to use it at 67.99. Simple math could’ve been completed to determine the price of the canvas @ 64.99 w/ 30% off. So I had to pay more than regular price just to use a coupon! This store needs to make sure their pricing is correct and everyone knows and understands simple math!

Michaels is my favorite craft store, they always have what I need and more. Staff at this location was super helpful today. Store was well organized too.

Associate refused me at door saying they were closed when they were open for another 15 minutes. I said I needed one item really quick and she yelled “we’re closed!”

Great place to go for quality craft supplies.Mostly for sketchers, painters, and jewelry makers.

Ok but sometimes the store is hot for no reason at all. One day I searched for a worker to help me find something for 20 minutes -- one worker directed me to the wrong isle and then ran off -- I never found what I needed but checkout is fine.

The boutique frame shop was closed in Fridays so I went by Michaels not really thinking I would use them for my family heirlooms. Long story short, I had one of the best customer experiences ever at any retailer. The entire framing staff was super friendly and Pam was so knowledgeable and I felt confident she would do the job right. I am amazed at the results. Its perfect and Im a picky person. Way beyond my expectations.

My daughter completed her 1st project! I love the fact that the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Specifically a young lady named Stephanie helped us find everything we needed to complete this project.

Generally have what you are looking for. Aisles are tight.

Small store, but they have just about everything. They have a nice selection of art supplies, floral, and yarn. The store is in a good location and is pretty clean.

At Michaels, I was able to find a much better supply of quality, professional watercolour tube paint, at better prices than its competitor! They also carry the pro. acrylic tube paint I use!

After having been to Michaels once you know where everything is on your next trip. Seasonal is always displayed in same area most seasonal starts at a sale price, most always coupons for 1 reg priced item, another includes some sale items, always framed items. Selection Is good, store in constant state of change to stay ahead of seasonal needs but many basic items in same area.good shopping experience, checkout slow most of the time. $-$$$ ($$$$ rating)

I found the largest verity of beads, stone for jewelry in this location without shopping onlune. Over the years its never failed me for any project I take onFraming work was very good. Ive done many reupolster projects from headboard, chairs, paintings, kids school, you name it.

Nice store with great staff, but doesnt really have a great selection. They always seem to have the exact same products and they never keep their microns in stock.

They got all the craft you could ever need, and craft you dont even want. Big craft, small craft; craft everywhere! Their employees are full of craft and very helpful. When you need to craft, this is the craftiest place in town 😉

Love it the staff here is cheaper than other places and they are very kind to you. One time I was at another store and it had something for $25 and it was $17 marked down to $10.20 at Michael

They had some great deals going on and got Christmas decorations 50% off. I can find things I cant find at other craft stores (such as basswood for carving). The main downside is that, like walmart, they are bad about opening more lanes at the checkout.

Poor customer service. No fabric selection. Its mainly a crafting store with limited home decor.

All I truly wanted was to find some charcoal fixative spray. The store is quite large, so I asked the employee where I could find the fixative. After repeating the question several times, a long pause, and a judgmental look that felt like she thought I was completely stupid, she simply replied, Um, you could just use unscented hairspray, in this rude tone. I didnt have any hairspray and I was in a rush to go and didnt want to make another trip to a store. So I just said thank you and walked away to find another employee who could tell me where the charcoal fixative was. I asked another woman who seemed to have no idea what it was, asking in her microphone where was the fixative. She then told me to use hairspray. At this point I was just frustrated, so I told her that I had no hairspray, implying that I just wanted to find some charcoal spray. She looked at me like I was strange and just said, Then go to Walgreens... I just wanted some charcoal fixative. Is that so hard? You would expect that it wouldnt be that hard to find some, its like not being able to find milk at Kroger. Needless to say, Im done with this store.
