I enjoy going there, theyve always been helpful to me. Ive been a Sears fan for years. The employees have always been good to me with plenty of tools. They have a lot of appliances which we own several.

Have been pleased with several items purchased here. This trip it was the Kenmore vacuum cleaner that was one of the highest rated canister vacuum cleaners, according to Consumer Reports. Very helpful and friendly staff too. The big box Sears stores may be vanishing but these Sears Home stores seem to be flourishing.

Super nice owner. Helped me out find a washer and helped me load it up in my car. I was able to get rid of a two week headache. I’ve been without a washer for two weeks. Thank you!

Worst experience weve had with a local business. Bought a washing machine from them a little less than five years ago. Had a problem with it this week. Scheduled a maintenance call and made arrangements to stay at home from work to meet technician. Technician didnt show up, didnt call. I called the store to find out what happened and spoke with the owner. He said hed investigate and get back with me. Didnt hear from him. Gave them one last shot to make things right the next day. A technician came, looked at the machine, said the motor was shot--again, after less that five years--and that it would cost $400+ to repair. Since that was almost the price of a new machine my wife called Sears to see what they would do to make this right toward either the repair or the purchase of a new machine. The woman my wife spoke with didnt offer to do anything and was rude to my wife in the process. Eventually my wife told her we wouldnt be bringing our business back if thats how they treat their customers, and the woman responded with a sarcastic reply along the lines of were okay with that. All we wanted when we first made our purchase is the same thing anyone wants from a local business and fellow member of the community--a quality product, good customer service, and understanding when the product fails to meet expectations. Or when things dont go well and someone on your team makes mistakes--as in not showing up for appointments or returning calls--at least a mild apology or owning up to the mistake. Sears Collierville failed on all these fronts. By far this was the worst customer experience weve had with any business in the Memphis area. If you do business with Sears Collierville, be aware that this is how you may be treated if you have any customer service issues. My advice is to go somewhere else.

Highly recommend this place for your next major appliance purchase. They price matched other big box stores and even helped us load up the washer and dryer and saw it was deleivered to the house. The employees there were very knowledgeable and helpful in making our decision.

A have had good service every time I have gone but once. I go there frequently. Things I want that they do not carry due to the stores size, they offer to order for me. I like the Craftsman brand.

Just found the store - still able to buy Sears Products in Memphis. Locally Owned - go buy something

This local store is the main reason I still shop in sears. Alway get prompt friendly service there.

Service was horrible and the employees ignored us (and we were the only customers in the store). one employee was on his cell phone ordering a pizza and the other was too busy folding pieces of paper instead of showing us garage door openers. obviously they dont work on commission.
