This was my first time visiting. The store was neat and clean. The employees were well dressed. I recieved an hello from only one employee. We ordered a meal to go also and felt rushed. The prices are reasonable and the store is overall stocked properly. Will visit again but the customer service is a key factor to me hopefully next visit will be better

Nice grocery that is clean, well stocked and smells nice. Love how clean and fresh the produce area is. Very nice floral department. A little overpriced compared to other stores.

I have been shopping Market Street since it came to Colleyville in 2003. Years ago I would have rated Market Street 5 stars. Over the years they have lost their customer friendliness. I still shop there once a week because of some of the good foods they offer. Its kind of sad walking into the place knowing what a great place it once was in its earlier days. I just cant rate it 5 stars anymore because I know what it once was. They spent a fortune remodelling when the key was being customer oriented. Yet, out of convenience and some things I like to buy there, I still shop at Market Street and will give it at least 3 stars.

That used to be my favorite place, specially because of the bakery that used to be awesome. Today, however, I bought a fruit tart and couple of cranberry orange muffins (my family favorites) and we could not eat them. The tart had almost no filling and the crust was raw. The muffins were tasting old. That was very frustrating.

Starbucks employer Emily was not friendly or professional at all. She had an attitude in her voice right from the start and seemed like she didn’t want to help us. Other employers all over the store are great, it’s a shame how 1 person could change my opinion on the place. She needs to be taught how to treat customers with respect.

I have been shopping here for years, I absolutely love this store. It is the only place I buy meat & produce. Everyone is always so nice. A while back I noticed a new sign behind each register urging them to overfill the bags and they are doing just that, the last few weeks I have shopped here they have literally filled my bags so full you cant hold the handles. Last week I had to stop the sacker and tell him not to fill the bags so full as it makes them hard to carry. His reply was dont worry sir, I am going to carry them out and put them in your car for you. I told him I understood but would he be coming to my house to carry them into my kitchen as well, he replied no so I told him to please not fill them so full. I havent heard anything about a plastic bag shortage.

What a great store my family loves going when we can even though its not very close.

Love having a reason to stop at their kitchen during lunch, especially for the Tomato Bisque Soup.

I love this market. Its kinda like Central Market in Southlake. I could spend a Saturday afternoon there. Lol

Customer service is still in style here. Cashiers and sackers take care of you. They ask a question I havent heard in a long time. Paper or plastic? But if you want to do self service you can do that too.

My family shops at the Colleyville location. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Regularly running into friends and neighbors is a norm here. It’s a special place, not your normal grocery store.

I was just in here and was rudely confronted by a Market Street employee who proceeded to instruct me on how to place my food in the container at the salad/food bar due to sanitization purposes. No friendly greeting, no professionalism, and no respect towards me whatsoever. I had trouble even understanding what she was talking about because she was so intent on telling me what to do. This employee has represented Market Street in a very negative and unprofessional way. I immediately left the store without buying anything, and will likely not be returning.

Market Street is our favorite local grocery store, by far!!! The employees are all so friendly and sweet, the selection is awesome and the store is always so clean & organized! We love it!

Unless you need your supermarket to be absolutely upscale (i.e. Uptown Dallas Central Market), then this location should be perfect for you. From the beautiful displays of meats, cheeses, wines, as well as fruits/veggies, to the cool little built-in cafe, this store has everything you could need in an environment that feels more like a fun outing than an errand. The staff is always friendly, and the complimentary cart unload in your car is a great touch.

Excellent place to shop. Same employees. Today after the snowmaggedon of 2021, they had plenty of stocked shelves. But hurry, it may be gone by the time you get here.

Food ideas you never dreamed of and delicious.

We ordered the turkey breast holiday meal for Thanksgiving from your catering department, and we were not disappointed! Everything tasted superb, and the price was certainly fair for such high quality food. Were very glad we celebrated Thanksgiving this way. We will no doubt do this again!

Dissapointed... drove 23 miles to buy a cake but the ones they had on display had the strawberries bad... there were only 2 cakes and both like that.

Loads of fresh meat and seafood, and great selection of ready-made meals and side dishes.

Went in to get my daughters birthday cake. It was not that crowded but took forever to get waited on. Finally a nice young gentleman came up to the counter and helped me. The artistry of the cake was lacking it just simply looked messy. But my daughter had her heart set on that particular cake. I dabble in baking and think nextime Ill just make my own unicorn cake.

Cashiers and sacker are very rude.The 2 deli clerks were the only good thing to say about the experience.

Ok. They have the best French bread, fresh every day. Anything else is priced. I just buy bread here.

We went for lunch. They have $5 sushi on Fridays if youre into discount sushi. I got the chicken salad sandwich because Im a motorcycle guy in a moped gang. Its not bad if you can get through construction. Why is 26 under constant road construction?

Great store....fish rotated every Tuesday so adjust your schedule. Great community store they give high schoolers an chance to work during holidays....I like that...good job Market Street investing in the community.

Great variety and presentation of quality vegetables, seafood, meats, frozen selections and many others in a colorful and well-flowing layout. Prices are reasonable for this high end grocery.

I absolutely love this Market Street since the location is great in Colleyville. We go here to pick up easy food to heat up at home. On this occasion we picked up sushi made fresh in store as well as cake. Their strawberry cake is light along with the pinkish frosting. It makes a great picnic cake. Too bad I didnt take a photo of the cake but its a pink cake with pink frosting and rainbow sprinkles on top. I did take a photo of these cowboy boot cookies. They always have something different here. You can also sign up for their rewards program

Great place with high quality products. However, you need to be diligent about enforcing the mask mandate. Your employees were wearing them, but I saw one customer walking around Starbucks without one and your staff said and did nothing because they were buddies with him. This is not acceptable. Things like this may not seem like a big deal to those employees but it is this kind of negligence that is making this pandemic drag on. Please have a talk with them. Thank you.

You will mostly find what you need here, at somewhat higher, but not exorbitant prices. The upstairs gift shop is always worth a visit.

I always have the best experience whenever I stop in to grab some lunch and/or some groceries.

The management of Colleyville Market Street needs to be aware of an outstanding employee who works in the Starbucks tirelessly. Christy is the employee who serves coffee and pastry with a smile and remembers what you previously ordered. There is a Starbucks across the street but myself and several other customers appreciate the customer service Christy provides and go out of our way (not using a drive through) just for her customer service. Thanks Christy!

Staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of dairy and gluten free foods that are hard to find. If they are out of something find a manager and they will order it for you and let you know when it comes in.

Went to the deli department today and got the best customer service Ive had in a long time. Gina was outstanding and very informative. She knew her stuff. I dont normally leave reviews for grocery stores but after the experience I had, I felt like I had no choice. Thanks to Gina i will only go to this deli.

I delivered for Market Street through Skipcart. They gave me the wrong order but I figured it out before leaving the store and gave the order to the right delivery person.

Before venturing to Market Street in Colleyville, I decided to call to see if they were enforcing mask for their employees as well as their customers. The person I spoke with affirmed that everyone was wearing masks. Walking up to the stores entrance I noticed a sign that masks were important and that everyone should wear them. Upon entering the store, everyone I saw had masks on and that made me happy. However, venturing further in the store I noticed at least 4 ladies not wearing masks. I complained to some managers and explained that I didnt want surprises on encountering people not wearing masks and that I called ahead for that reason. They apologized and said they arent enforcing customers to wear them, only employees. I wont be shopping there anymore.

I love my weekly trips to Market Street, EVERYTHING is so fresh there!! Produce, mest, seafood, even the yogart is rotated & re-stocked from the back, while you pick out your creamy favorite!! But when you go to to check out, the staff here is so courtesy and friendly with BIG TEXAS SMILES! 😊☺

Grocery delivery and curbside pickup are great! I’ve done both. When groceries are delivered they come right to the door (no meeting outside or issues finding my place) and will offer to carry inside if you’d like. Employees each time I have made purchases at the store are always very attentive, cheerful and professional as well. Juan delivered my groceries today and was wonderful! Will be using this service a lot!

I have had the absolute worst experience with the floral department here. I set up a consultation last Friday to discuss wedding flowers with the manager. The manager didnt even bother to show up for the appointment or write it on her calendar. The next day I got a call to reschedule the appointment with someone else. So I drove 30+ minutes to the store again for a consultation. When I sat down for my meeting she told me right away they would not be able to source the flowers I wanted for my wedding. A simple phone call with that information would have saved me two trips to the store. I would not recommend for wedding flowers.

Everything you could want food wise

I love the sushi most of all, deli, salad bar, fresh made food delicious and not like fast food. Sorta pricey. They have a vast variety of everything. Hair, skin, body, dog and cat foods and everything they need.... Products are regular stuff youre looking for plus things you havent seen. Staff is ALWAYS nice, no matter what their position is.

I retired to this area from Long Island - Metro NYC for a more gentle pace of life and a longer golf season because my son has a home in Colleyville. This Grocery Store is closer to what is found on the North Shore of Long Island than most others I have tried. Clean, well organized and stocked, with well mannered employees and a limited albeit decent selection of Seafood. This was a good find for adjustment from Culture Shock.

I’ve lived in Colleyville for 15 years, been coming to the market street for almost ten years. I usually wouldn’t use the express lane, but I had 11 items, and no one was there, so I took advantage of that. The man checking out and leaving had a cart full of things!Immediately as I get in line, an employee on the other side made smirk comment that “10 items or less,” the cashier was okay with it. Another lady came and told him to tell us that it’s ten items or less. I told him it’s 11 items. He hesitated but caved into the manager who told him. The guy in front of him even gave him the wide eye and gave a nod of disapproval towards the lady who was the “manager”If there were a line, I wouldn’t come there in the first place. But come on, man. You want me to walk to the other side of the store after I already put my eggs, milk, and potatoes on the counter?I don’t argue, but I grabbed my stuff, put it in my cart, and went to the other side, which also has a line for ten items or less. Guess what? They didn’t mind and instead called me over there.I forgot to mention. The man in front of me was an American, and he had a cart full of items. I felt a hint of racism for the skin of my color. I could’ve easily said that it’s 11 items, or I’ll do two transactions since my grannie was with me. However, I’m not there to argue, as I said. I just wanted to get across a message to the people at the market street that:I would advise market street to teach their employees on diversity and inclusion as in my eyes; it was disregarded today by the employees and the manager in the food checkout area.

My favorite Colleyville grocery store. Produce and meats are always fresh, and I love the dine-in and take-out food area! Coffee bar and plenty of seating upstairs to eat in or for a gathering with friends.

Great selection of quality produces! I had the best shopping experience at this place. The prices are fair and its location is accessible. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed and upset at Market Street in Colleyville!! Today I went for breakfast and noticed a large group of men sitting by the door and not practising social distance nor wearing masks I noticed more customers come in most not wearing masks. I complained to the manager and as I worked my way to the front I over heard the store manager telling another customer he didnt have to wear a mask. Im highly disappointed because I see these employees in here every day with masks on but they are not doing anything to protect the employees or other customers. Its ridiculou!!

I stopped at Market Street today. Never have been in there before WOW! The food selection was superb! From the bakery to the food aisles I was very please with the variety. In addition, the customer service was out of this world. They even took my groceries to the car unloaded and took the cart back. I cannot even remember when the last time someone took groceries to my car for me. They made me feel like a king and I will definitely be back to buy more groceries there at Market Street. Keep up the excellent work !!!

Well organized store with an alluring display! Very clean and aisles are well labeled and uncluttered. High quality deli products with a little something for everyone.

Ordered a cake for my sons birthday and brought in a custom printable topper sheets for them to apply. When I picked up the cake it looked more like something my 12 year old would have made, the cake itself was completely uneven. It was a beautiful cake other than that. My son loved the cake but a little more detail to making the cake even would be nice. All the cakes that they had displayed were nice and even, why couldnt the one I ordered for a special occasion look like the ones in the case?

Grocery store owned by United grocery stores out of Lubbock, TX. They carry prime beef and fresh seafood. Great selection of fresh produce as well. Awesome selection of cheeses, breads and cured meats. In house kitchen serving hot soups, sandwiches and other deli sides. Best off all, their prices are much lower than you would expect for an upscale store. Friendly helpful staff to boot. Highly recommend.

Most all their food is very tasty!! Lots of variety of ready made food to! They have reasonable pricing & a nice eating area upstairs & downstairs. The gift shop is pretty amazing too! And... all this in a very nice grocery store too! (Peets coffee in there also)

This is my favorite, favorite store. It has outstanding produce above all else, and excellence in every other area from meat to dairy to packaged goods to health and beauty products, and pharmacy. Its clean, fresh and just a great place to shop. The dish/decor store upstairs is fantastic for gifts (for yourself and others!), and they constantly change out the goods so you cant miss a trip up there!I love that I can buy my regular groceries plus gourmet. The staff is also great - friendly, efficient ... and they insist on carrying out your groceries (with no tipping allowed), which is a huge plus for me.I wont shop anywhere else!

I love this grocery store, better priced than Central Market. I went specifically for Stags Leap Sauvignon Blanc, which Total Wines doesnt have. Found it and it was on sale $10 off per bottle.

Large, slightly upscale grocery store but with all the regular stuff too. Produce could be fresher. Service is always great. Favorite supermarket to go to with kids since they unload the cart themselves for checkout and automatically give you free carryout service.

Picked up tamales and chips for daughter in law and thought Id do the same for myself. Tamales were good but the chips were STALE. Not one crunchy chip and I brought these to Kansas!

I go there for lunch about once a week.I like their pizza lunch special.2 slices and a drink for under $5.They have about four places you can sit and eat, including outside if the weather is nice.They have lots of food choices from hot comfort foods to sandwiches, salads, and pizza.There is also a coffee bar with pastries.So, lots to choose from.

Always a great experience! The staff and managment are outstanding every time Ive been there for years! The customer service sets the bar for all other companies to try to emulate! The food and selections are awesome! I just miss the Prime Rib Portabella soup.😋
