Wonderful place to shop. I have found many things that have brought back warm family memories. There is a nice verity of beers and wines to accommodate all price points. Friendly and helpful employees will answer any questions you may have. Definitely a great place for any German treat.

Having been born and spent the majority of my childhood in various bases in Germany, I feel like Germany is my second home. Being able to shop or order online from German Deli is awesome! They have many products that I used to purchase in Germany. Their shipping is great as well! They take great pride in their products/store, no matter how you decided to purchase. I LOVE this place!

I lived in Germany in the early 70s. I got to enjoy the many sights, sounds and tastes of the country. I am so glad that I have the German Deli to keep my memories of Germany alive. We shop there often. Its truly a treasure to have everything German available at this shop. Nothing less than 5 stars from this customer!

Well stocked with many of our favorite foods from Germany. Awesome store and staff. We have ordered from the online store but in person was better. The staff was so personable and helpful, made the trip (5 hour drive and an overnight stay) well worth the effort.

This deli is a wonderful discovery for those seeking European imports. The vast majority is prepackaged types of food (the better to ship overseas), but they do have a fridge/freezer section with German meats, cheeses, and baked goods. They also have a fair wine selection, some beer and cider, some non-food European-style kitchen wares, some soaps and other bathroom items, and German-themed decorations.A great deal of the labels are solely in German. If you dont read it fluently, you may either purchase items that will be a surprise (my preferred technique), have a translation app open on your phone as you browse, or bring along a friend to translate for you.Staff are helpful and always willing to tell you about the various items. Be prepared to occasionally encounter a language barrier, however. Checkout lines have always been nonexistent whenever I visit.Admittedly our favorite section of this store is the candy section, which is large and usually well-stocked. European laws ban the use of all artificial food dyes and flavorings and the majority of preservatives, and the resulting difference in taste between European and American candies are noticeable.At the register they have always dropped in small packages of Haribo gummy bears with purchases, a nice bonus.

Very unique selection all authentic and imported. Super nice staff and very helpful. Prices are not bad at all either. Really a great gem.

Gerrit Goodwin was excellent and gave me great ideas on how to present my authentic German burger to give it the demographic style it deserves. Also he sold me on some of the German foods and condiments on creating the best possible burger a restaurant could give.

So sad they are closing.I met my wife when I was stationed in Germany. Many years later we find ourselves in Texas. My wife was very excited when we found this place. For 12 years we came here (first in Southlake). We loved it! They are very Military friendly and have a huge map of germany on their wall where you could mark your duty station or residence in Germany. Military members from around the world would send them letters and pictures they would post on their wall. They had a pretty big inventory of genuine German goods, food, sundries, etc. There price was very reasonable considering what it must have cost them to get it here. Bottom line, we are very sad to see them close and they will be missed.

I love their selection of unique and not easy to find elsewhere German food. Theyve got standard grocery food items, a quality candy selection with a lot of Haribo options, and a great beer and wine selection. During the holiday season theres always a great selection of Christmas themed goodies that remind me of my childhood. And they have bakers ammonia (if its not sold out) which is a huge plus since it can be so hard to find. The next closest German grocery store that I know of is in Dallas so its nice to have such a well stocked place close by. Also, they put small bags of mini Haribo bears in their check out bag which is fantastic.

I enjoy going to this business as it reminds me of my times in Germany, my family, and the fun we had. Like a stroll down memory lane!

Great selection of imported German products. From beer and wine to cookies and chocolate to brand name packaged sauces and baking mixes. Wurst and frozen German baked bread too.

Great place to get your edible European, mostly German, goodies and some non-edibles also. A little expensive but worth it, if you miss those delectable treats! Unfortunately, they seem to have a supply issue on several items that I always want to pick up.

Cant say enough good things about this place. The selection of items is astounding and one of the only places around to find certain things in dfw. Amazing beer selection and astounding amount of chocolates and other food items.

The staff are very helpful. They have many flavors of Rittersport..joghurt..my favorite, which I cant find anywhere else. They have a very nice selection of wursts. I found some of my favorite condiments from when I lived in Germany..pomme frites sauce and curry ketchup..they have some things you just cant find anywhere else..they also have online ordering. Nice folks here.

Prices for the most part are ok. What will get you is the shipping cost. Simply not worth paying almost $ 20.00 for a few pounds of coffee via ups ground. Out of principle I will not purchase here again. Charge actual shipping and packaging cost !! Going to Amazon for my German food needs. To bad, I try to support smaller and local companies. Greed comes before the fall.

I ordered from their online store before and all my items arrived as expected. Today I had the chance to go to the physical store and was amazed at all the selection. If you like German products, this is your store. The staff is also very friendly, but not over done or fake.

Been going here for years to get a taste if home. They have all the German foods that youd find in Lidl or Edeka. A bit expensive, but worth it.

They have brotchen. Frozen straight from Germany. Takes minutes to thaw. Very fresh taste. Just like Germany.

After having lived 4 years in Bremerhaven, a year near Frankfurt, and 3 years in Bayern (Vilseck, Bavaria), it was SO nice to find this gem of a store in north Texas. My son also enjoys going to the German Deli so he can look at the enormous selection of sweets.

Never visited the store yet. I live in Indiana and really miss my favorite german foods. Will look over this wonderful store and get a shopping list ready to order on the internet as soon as possible !!!!!. Who knows, I may be soon a regular . Customer via internet.

I have yet to visit the b&m store, but their online store is wonderful. their prices are excellent. shipping was superfast (i ordered ground shipping). my first order was german flour (no comperable american vers to make real brotchen). each bag of flour was packaged in its own ziploc bag to keep it fresh and dry and so as to not end up opening the box in a puff of flour. they had a coupon, instructions, and a nice german deli logo cover. my hubby loves german haribo gummi bears (different flavors than US version) which 4 mini packs were added as a prize to my order.its the little things that make ordering online from german deli so pleasing. thanks so much for the quality n promptness!! great customer service.
