Contractor scheduled appointment to visit and provide an estimate on my fence project. He showed up a few minutes early which was great. He said he would provide an estimate within 24 hours via email. I never received an estimate. I contacted the contractor - left a message - no call back. I contacted the contractor again and reached him - he said he sent the email but would resend when he returned to the office. I got his email address and sent an email to him to ensure he had my correct address. Never received the estimate nor any phone call. Its been about a week so I went with another company.

If you plan on using this contractor get ready for phone calls not being returned, text messages being ignored, promises not being kept and just horrible service. We paid him a deposit in early October, he paid for his city contractors permit in December. It took me several months to get the HOA approval. I left him a message on 4/1/2013 that we had everything and were ready to start. He promised he would. In late May we disputed our credit card payment since he had been putting us off for over 6 weeks, then the abusive and threatening text messages started from him. Now I have learned that reputable contractors dont require payments until the work starts or most at the completion of the work. I should have done more research and at the very least looked at the Better Business Bureau.
