I spoke to Paul about using this company’s Customs Brokerage services for importing some products, I told him that I was just starting my business and that I’ve never imported anything before so I needed as much information as possible and how much his services would cost. He asked me to send him an email with full details so I did... well, I never heard back from him. Maybe a small business that is just starting out is not important to them.
