This place is SO CUTE! The aesthetic is awesome, location is great, and food/drinks are delicious. Customer service is top notch. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try!

Today 09-04-21)was my first time here. the atmosphere was nice and this place was really cozy and comfy to sit and have breakfast. the white chocolate mocha was really good and creamy. I will definitely be back to try other things on the menu.

The food is amazing, the tarts are so delicious. Everyone loved the Rose Coffee and Lavender Lattes! Its just too bad the employees at the front are so rude. I ordered for our office and when the person went to pick up our order, the employees seemed like it was such an inconvenience to have a pick up order. Also, they were out of avocado toast at 9 a.m.

Quaint little cafe and bakery.Atmosphere: decor was shabby chic, clean. Really quiet.Food/Coffee: iced mocha was generic, the avocado toast was delicious. Too many menu items in general.Service: quick, seemed sweet, but not as welcoming as we expected them to be since it was our first visit.

It’s a cute spot, but not as welcoming as we had expected.The chai tea latte was subpar - mostly warm milk (no flavor). The omelet wasn’t great. The avocado toast was pretty good. There’s better in this area for the money.

What a sweet, little cafe! Tasty food ranging from smoothies to sandwiches. The almond croissant was made in-house and was divine! The sandwiches were delicious. I highly recommend this place!

Wonderful. Absolutely wonderful. The owner, Jay Kim, and his wife work perfectly together in order to make a lovely cafe. Atmosphere plus delicious tea, coffee, and food all add up and produce the perfect stop for lunch or brunch. This is one cafe I would highly recommend!

Love the European vibe of the Village shops, and this cafe is adorable! The decor is cute and a little quirky - someones a fan of anime, apparently. We ordered macarons, cappuccino and tea. The tea was a simple tea bag and to-go cup - the setting was appropriate for a small pot and one of their nice cups, so we felt welcome to stay and enjoy ourselves. The cappuccino was not great, and again in a to-go cup. In fact, I didnt even finish it. Well stick with the pastries if the is a next time. Lots of potential, but serious room for improvement in the beverages.

The place is cute, service is okay, but the guy who took our order really couldnt understand us and didnt seem to know the menu himself, and the food was just okay.

The shop is so inviting and decorated well. Unfortunately, I instantly felt uncomfortable as I walked inside and saw I was the only customer. I read over the menu. The pastry case was empty, but it still had signs for the items that should have been there. A few slices of cake were in the beverage fridge next to cans of soda. A couple came in and ordered. The person who took their order said he would return in a little bit. He went in the back to prepare the food. I decided to leave. It was a strange experience.

Ive had lunch at Village Cafe & Bakery several times now. I really enjoy the California Club, and my husband always orders one of the paninis. The food has always been very fresh and well made.They serve excellent pastries, and their food is well priced. This restaurant is new, and I hope it will become a fixture in our community because we certainly need something to bring life to the Village.I have two comments of constructive criticism. First, the owner needs to be friendlier to her customers. She is always there when we go in, and in most occasions she has never gone out of her way to greet, thank or interact with the customers. She needs to build a loyal customer base, and customer interaction is an easy way to generate goodwill. Second, the staff needs training on the espresso machine. They are not foaming the cappuccinos properly.Again, I like Village Bakery & Cafe, and hope they are successful! This is the type of independent business we need to help the Village area thrive!

First off, this is such a cute coffee shop and bakery! I went in and loved the setting and ordered a coffee and a muffin— I waited 20 minutes for my muffin and nothing, so I went to the lady at the cashier to ask and she was so accommodating! She felt so bad about making me wait (though I was in no rush) that she ended up giving me a free pastry. I’m giving this 5 stars because she was so sweet and easy to talk to and the food and coffee was delicious! I throughly enjoyed my experience here

Cutest little find while i was in Dallas interviewing! Great for doing work or socializing. Delicious raspberry vanilla latte! they also have WiFI which allows for working there if you need to. Friendly staff and a location set up that makes you feel like youre in Italy :)

Lovely cafe! Jay and his wife are absolutely wonderful, terrific customer service, and everything is so fresh and wonderful tasting! The mocha is to die for, and the macaroons are great, as are the scones and family recipe cake. Decor is sweet and inviting.

I always love finding new coffee shops to visit and this one by far is the cutest. The owner was lovely and fun to talk to and the atmosphere was everything you could ask for in a coffee shop. While I just had a coffee (which tasted amazing), the food looked just as beautiful. Im excited to go back and try more of the drinks and food.

Amazing cafe! I went to this place a few months ago and it was ok, but now that they have had a change in ownership it is great! This place has the best coffee and desserts. I was so impressed by the wonderful customer service and atmosphere. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Super fast, super delicious. Definitely have to visit!

Macaroons are a specialty and slightly larger than other places. Coffee is good. Tried the Specialty Coffee today - its a Thai style drink with sweetened condensed milk. Good iced! Only complaint is the chairs are not comfortable.

Village Cafe is a local owner run business. I arrived with a party of 6, which is a lot for the relatively small space in the bakery. We ordered breakfast sandwiches and received our food faster than I was expecting given the sudden crowd that arrived just as we were ordering. Everything was delicious.

I have called several times with no answer and no option to leave a voicemail. And there email address listed on their website gets bounced back. Is there any way I can get in contact with them?

Village Cafe, with its eclectic and elegant decor, has an intimate and welcoming ambiance. They have mouth-watering desserts like macarons and dacquoise in rich and creative flavors that totally hit the spot. Im addicted to these desserts and drive all the way from Plano to get myself a bunch in different flavors every other week. They also serve a variety of tasty salads and sandwiches. If you havent been here, you should plan to soon!

The food is unimpressive and is something you could make at home. The coffee was underwhelming. We were uncomfortable with the Indian man hovering over his employees. The only redeemable quality about this establishment is its cute location and decor.

First time customer and wouldnt process my card for 4.95 because minimum is 5. Wont ever go back. Disappointing at best including customer service. Was hoping for a local shop like this but doubt it will be around long.

We stopped in for a coffee on our way to Whole Foods. The location and neighborhood have a European look to it although when we were there on a Sunday, it had a bit of ghost town vibe going on. The interior is well decorated but a little small. We approached the counter to order, and it felt as though we had interrupted a conversation between the barista and a friend. I asked if they had pour-over coffee and the barista had no idea what I was asking for. We both ended up having a cappuccino which was served in a to-go cup and nothing like a classic cappuccino experience, although it did taste decent. All-in-all, a very MEH experience. The place has a lot of potential with its location and décor, but they need to up their customer service game.

So, I want to give their coffee 10 stars if I can.In addition, the owner and his wife are very welcoming, kind and they seems really happy to greet every customers.Im sure if you visit here once, you will be the patron like me.
