I love this shop so much! This is owned by a God-fearing couple who do not back down with their beliefs. As a private company, they have every right to share their beliefs and opinions, as do every American citizen. I have loved every pair of earrings and t-shirts I have bought here. Especially “Jesus 2020” and the amazing Kayleigh quote “FACTS.” God has His hand over this shop and it shows. They have amazing deals and never hesitate to help a customer in need!

I placed an order with them and ended up loving the items I received! So they had a sale going on and asked if they could hold a few items for me or ship them to me, as I lived an hour away, she told me no and I said okay that’s fine. I had just placed an order a week prior and was asking SIMPLE questions if they had any discount codes or whatnot or offered free shipping since I just placed an order, again all she could of said was no.. instead I get no we do not offer free shipping on FREE PAIR earrings.. my customers order $300 a week from me.. okay great no problem! No I’m not cheap but I do like to ask about deals especially if I don’t know much about your company! I just had questions because some businesses let you do pickup, they will ship, they offer free shipping! A lot of companies do! So I placed an order and she refunded me and blocked me on all social media.. wow what kind of business owner are you! She could of let me order what I wanted since most of them were gifts for neighbors. I do not recommend buying from her. She has horrible customer service.

I use to be a HUGE Trend Shop Supporter. I thought they had the best earring deals and it was a really cute shop but stopped when I noticed not only the lack of diversity in her posts, but she blocks folks who dont agree with her Complicit and Ignorant views. I was never rude, just said I didnt agree. Shop elsewhere where you can at least be accepted even if you dont think or agree with the shop.

This is an awesome shop with great customer service! I love their products and the values that they share on their page. Stylish & trendy products along with quick delivery. They go out of their way to make sure that customers are happy. I get asked about the jewelry that I wear from their shop all of the time. Highly recommend this place!!

I placed an order late at night via web and didn’t mark in store pick up. I called early the next day to ask if I could pick up and they could not find my order. Thinking it was morning time and they just hadn’t seen it yet I called later in the afternoon and they still couldn’t find my order. The next business day that they were open I decided to go there in person to see if I could pick up. The young girl helping said she didn’t know about my order. I asked if she could go check and she rolled her eyes and left. Another young girl came out in the mean time and asked if she could help me. I said that I thought hopefully the other girl was looking for my order but I wasn’t sure. This girl said “oh, that’s the owners daughter.” Then she looked up my order, went to the back and retrieved it with no problems in just a few minutes. I like their product but I’d rather go somewhere else that appreciates or at least acts as if they appreciate my business.

Love visiting Trend Shop - they always have new merchandise and I always find just the perfect gifts.

I have been a fan of Trend Shop for a long time! However I have been so appalled by the owners actions and words over the past few months that I will never buy another product from her. The comments she has made on herfacebook are incredibly shocking and she is completely ignorant to what is going on in the world at the moment.

Great customer service, a quality product for a reasonable price! My wife must have about 2 dozen of TS hand crafted earrings, necklaces, etc.

Trend shop has some great pieces! The one horrible horrible part of the shop is the owner. Sadly she has not learned the power of social media and that personally offending and attacking customers who do not believe in her views will not help he struggling business. I would have never normally posted something but the level and degree at which she is attacking people and publicizing these comments is appalling. I was planning on order a few pairs of earrings early and quite literally could not bring myself to even associate with the name.

Wish I could give less than 1 star.Ordered earrings and received a text, with their hours of business on a Sunday. When I drove over there on Monday to pick up my order they were closed. Emailed the owner letting her know that I wasted gas and time driving over there and that they should modify their text message to indicate any holidays they were observing.Only to have her cancel my order and badger me on email calling me mean. If that is what The Trend Shop considers Customer Service, when I was trying to help them, then I will gladly take my business elsewhere and will NOT be recommending this shop to anyone who inquires about my leather earrings.
