I went in here 3 weeks ago looking for Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey. Even though I walked past 3 employees, no one was interested in helping me. Should I have asked for help or should I have expected a higher level of customer service considering its such a small store and lots of employees? I ended up going to a competitor that helped me within a minute of walking into their business and bought it there.

Absolutely love this place! What a hidden gem great prices and a very knowledgeable staff. My favorite liquor store, they dont mark up or hide their allocations. Samples galore!

Its a smaller store so selection isnt as great but what is there are good choices. I found all I needed and actually appreciated that i didnt have to wander through long aisles and a few thousand square feet of space. I liked that I could easily find what i wanted and checkout quickly. The staff was very warm and friendly. The young lady behind the counter even offered to carry my bag. That was so thoughtful for this old man who has limited mobility. I highly recommend Fossil Creek Liquor.

Fossil Creek in Colleyville is back. New ownership has taken over and shelves are now full again! Sam the manager is excellent! Hes very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! New staff is great. Good people good selection.

Love the staff, cleanliness, and inventory. Ever since new ownership took over the place stays stocked! This is definitely my go to liquor store.

I have gone there since they opened, but no more. The staff is rude and told me to go to Goody Goody. I cant believe what has happened there There was Man named Patrick who always took care of me. I looked forward to coming every pay day and buy a case. It was like I had a friend there. He helped me discover champagne, wines, coupons to visit distillery s, and more. I guess they dont want my money. The kids they have hired in his place care about their phones not customers. A skinny red haired boy with 2 earrings. Told me not to come back and to enjoy Goody Goody. 2 times they did not have the whiskey and vodka that I like and would not give The 10 % discount I always received for buying a case. Its a little farther but the help at Goody Goody is much nicer and helpful cheaper as well. Too bad. I wonder if the manager cares that customers are being run off? I only spend a few hundred a month, but it wont be there.

I have to say that this is the best liquor store I have been to. Always helpful! Always knowledgable and always ready with a helpful smile and attitude!! I litterally drive out of my way to come here knowing other liquor stores are closer. I just dont get the same level of service at those other stores like I get at Fossil Creek Liquors. Their prices are always competitive, but their service is what shines above the rest!! Next time you need beer or liquor, stop on in. They are ready and waiting with a smile and helpful hand!!

The staff here are ALWAYS so helpful and personable!! Great variety of IPAs, liquors and they even stock ginger beer (diet and regular) for those of us who enjoy Moscow Mules! In fact, in my search for some Moscow Mule mugs for purchase, one staff member reached under the counter and handed me the last copper mug he had from a recent promotion. I was thrilled!!!! He didnt have to offer that, but his extra offering and continued excellent customer service has gotten my loyalty to this business.

Good spot, Sam and Bryce are very knowledgeable and treat their customers well. I always love stopping in there, they have good peeps, and a great whiskey selection.

If I could give them less than one star I would. They are 45% higher than other liquor stores and wont price match. My recommendation, buy elsewhere.

I was so excited when they opened. They were close and convenient but things have changed!! 3 out of the last 4 times Ive been they are out of Titos Vodka. They always give the same excuse that the truck is coming tomorrow. This time the shelves looked so bare for everything. I had to check to see if the store was closing? I wont waste my gas to drive here anymore because they dont have anything to sell! So sad. They could have been profitable.

This place cannot manage to keep anything in stock. Over half the time I have gone here they are out of the most basic products (Makers Mark, Crown, Grey Goose), and every time they say its because those are popular items or they have been extremely busy (even though I never see more than one other person in the store). Heres a thought, if you are constantly running out of stock, keep more stock on hand. Its the closest to my home but Ill be driving the extra mile to avoid this place from now on.

I cant believe theres a liquor store within 10 minutes of where I live on the edge of Keller and North Richland Hills. the staff was friendly. there was a lady there sampling, I think some tequila, I had one person ahead of me and they basically really ignored me so I shopped and found a great deal on some Skyy Vodka. $10 off the regular price and overall very satisfied. I gave a 4 instead of a 5 because the lady sampling the tequila did not make time to give me a sample. I love samples especially at Costco, those are the best!

Funny how they offer a discount when you pay with debit or cash. Price the discount out in any other liquor store and you will realize that the discount you get is sometimes more than retail cost at MOST stores. Plus my discount card I signed up with with have nevered work thru my phone number and its always and excuse about the hurricane that hit Houston years ago.There is one young lady who I have seen at several stores. She is literally someone who I would avoid at all cost. Short brunette and some kind of floating manager. She is so unprofessional that she openly talks badly about customers in front of other customers including the whole store. Seen it, heard it, and Ill never step foot back in a other Fossil Creek because of it. She also smokes next to the front door instead of going 50 yards away. I dont want to smell her disgusting habit.I will also include that every other employee I have ever met at any Fossil Creek have all been very professional and amazingly nice. For those employees who Ive met and are amazing, Ill make this a 2 star review.Let me repeat that I sincerely love the customer service from all the employees except this 20 year old looking girl who thinks trash talking random customers is okay. And the pricing needs to just be a good price no matter what. Nobody needs to give you an email, phone number, pay with debit or credit card, to still pay higher than other retail liquor store pricing. Its not even a discount....its still above retail!! Lol!

The manager named Christy was not helpful at all in refunding a charge to a debit card for an item that was never purchased. She did minimal effort to try to help resolve this issue and directed us file a claim with the bank instead.

Employees were not very friendly to us and seemed to intentionally take their time during the transaction. Not a single smile or greeting. Asked to check IDs (perfectly understandable) but then took longer than TSA does at the airport, all while looking at us with doubt! Only reason it gets two stars is from the good selection of liquor, other than that it seems like an unfriendly place.
