I dont normally write reviews but I just cant keep my tongue firmly bitten anymore.Ive yet to go to this location and have a great experience. I went back in March of 14 only to find that the store was closed all week for spring break. No announcement on website or phone, just closed. I have to drive about 40 min to get to the store so yeah, its more inconvenient than just coming back later or in this case a week later. I needed a part sometime around April/May and again, store was closed for a week for employee training with just a sign on the door. Does EVERYONE have to go at the same time? Cant you just send one and have them come back to train everyone else? No, lets just close up the entire shop. The last visit was after buying a faulty quad helicopter and I checked the website for store hours.... I had just the 40 min I needed to get there before they closed for the evening except when I did get there I found the door locked. Called to hear a recording announcing new summer hours and that they closed an hour earlier on Saturday. Just poorly managed store. The manager/franchise owner is neurotic heck, I would even say he is OCD... Not very customer friendly if you all me. Ive been in other HTUSA stores and never had so many issues. Theyve always been way over priced and I dont mind paying that for local service and convenience but with this place Ill go back to ordering stuff online.

The owner helped me and was very knowledgeable about the quads and helped me find the perfect item for my need. Great store.

I recommend it 100%. They have a huge variety of products, stuff that isnt really found elsewhere.
