Their website says they take ANYTHING of value, I took a brand new unopened still in box rollator walker and /hey refused to give me just a loan on it, maybe they should change the wording to ALMOST ANYTHING because ANYTHING is a absolute LIE!!!! I will never go here again or send friends or family to them!

This is the beat place around bryan college station to get a gun great service and if they dont have what you want they can get it I just picked up my kel-tec p50 the newest 57x28 on the market and got it cheaper by far than on gunbroker or anywhere I saw them and they also have all kinds other cool stuff I will definitely come here before I go anywhere else.

The main manager lady is extremely rude and like to take advantage of people who need money examples I want 150 for something see said she will give me 125 I ask for 135 she says no next day she put the stuff I told he for a total of 280 don’t go here people they will take advantage of you!!!

Good firearm selection and pricing. Ive been in two times so far. First time I just looked at their inventory. Every firearm I inspected (4-5) was well maintained and in good to great condition. Worked with Connor today on an 870 Super Mag purchase (sorry if I misspelled his name). The owner, (Donna I think?) , does a really good job of updating their facebook page with available firearms. I was in and out in about 20 minutes with my LTC. Staff was diligent about background information and ensuring LTC info was correct and up to date. Definitely coming back to this location.

The folks Ive encountered here have always been super helpful. If they dont know the answer right off the bat, theyre quick to find someone who does! The selection in there is crazy impressive, too so if youre ever shopping around, CSP should be on the list. Youll be surprised at what youll find and how easy it is to work with them!

I honestly don’t know how this store sells anything, they don’t know how to negotiate by themselves, every time you try to negotiate with them they have to go ask the owner Donna, and she only discounts 10 dollars less plus tax if you bring back cash which makes no sense why would you bring back cash just to get coins back, I would much rather go to the store next door to them at least they know how to negotiate and hold a conversation with their customers. And you get cash refunds there.

This place is a JOKE! Crazy overpriced, selling used beat up handguns for slightly under retail. The older hispanic lady (I guess the manager) with glasses is very rude to customers and does not care at all if you buy or leave. I wish I could give 0 stars tbh.

Ive been a loyal customer for the past 3 years that I have been living in College station (Im a student). They have a great selection of everything, but the firearms are my favorite. Their prices on firearms are better than most websites! On top of that the employees always make me feel welcomed and treat me like a friend. I would give this pawn shop more stars if I could.

They have way more stuff to look at vs Cash America, and its not a pushy place so you dont feel like people are breathing down your neck trying to get a sale. Worth checking out. Maybe a 5th star next time I shop there. Great 1st impression.

Great customer service, I came in to buy a weapon and totally screwed up the paper work due to some vision issues suffered from serving in the army. The young lady who was tending to me not only showed patience but came and guided me the second time around. Not knowing I was a veteran or anything. So if they read this and know who Im talking about I want to thank you again, that meant alot and will definitely be back.

The lady at the desk is smug and thinks she is better than everyone else is. It’s hard to upset me but her arrogance did it. If that weren’t bad enough they have no idea what they are talking about. The first time I went they didn’t want to buy my gold bullion because they said they thought it was fake so I took it to a purveyor of precious metals who found it to be pristine and of the highest purity bouillon available on the market (99.9999%). Really a shady place. I’d use the Cash America pawn shop in the same strip center as this one unless you enjoy being talked down to and losing money(they undervalue everything to a level that’s pretty much unethical).

Donna and staff are great. Been a loyal patron for around five years and will continue to be.

She sold be a defective torch, then had the nerve to “ do me a favor “ and give me store credit for the item but wouldn’t pay for the filled tanks that i had bought for it but she would keep them tho. check your items right there in there to avoid being taken advantage off

When i’m in a Fix for some Cash because end of the month Bills, etc. they have always given me the BEST Loan offers on Guns and stuff compared to any other place in the area.And since I’ve kept in good standing paying off my loans in the Past, they even helped me out with a little extra loan on the same item I pawned for less before, always looking out for their good customers in a hard time!!!What Pawn shop cares about its customers like that around here or anywhere for that matter, most only care about making Money.Yeah, I see some people complaining the stuff for sell is a little high, but they got to make some profit off the things that are Pawned after giving the best prices to the people selling those items.

I love college station pawn. It is the only pawn shop that I will use. Any time I want to sell something I come here. I drive farther to come to this store because I know I will get more then anywhere else in town. I also do my daughters birthday and Christmas shopping here bc they have the best prices in town. I give it a four stars for the employees ONLY, not the business itself. It is ran by a lady that think she owns it but does not. Often comes off rudely, or maybe just controlling at every level? Haven’t figured her out all the way. On top of this, this business claims to be “family” run. Let me tell you from what i have heard, this business does not carry family morals. I give them 4 starts due to the hard working employees they have that 1. don’t receive commission 2. not nearly payed enough to maintain a family. 3. not offered benefits of ANY KIND 4. not even given a proper lunch break or any breaks at that. this is all from ears. From being a long loyal customer and supporting this business, to find out how truly treat their employees/customers is a complete shocker. That being said. you. are. better. off. at cash america. where they don’t take 5 dollars off and call it a deal

Horrible. I went a few months ago to sell my wedding rings set which included a name brand wedding ring. The total paid was close to $9,000. I didnt expect to get close to what was paid but more than what was offered which was $1000 for the set. I left and went back a few months later saying I would go ahead and sell them for that little and they told me they never said that they would buy it for that amount and offered even less. Dont waste your time trying to sell to this subpar wanna be jewelers. Youre better off selling on Facebook..

Bad customer service from Donna. Spoke to Mike about a ring that was stolen from me and sold to College Station Pawn. Mike said the ring was in the shop and that I could call the next day to talk to Donna about buying the ring back. I called the next day a was told by Donna that she would find out more and call me back. Two hours later I called back and was told that my ring has been scrapped. College Station Pawn bought a 1500$ ring for only 30$ from a kid, how could they not know it was stolen? They knew they got a good deal and didnt want to help me get my heirloom back.

Bought a shotgun recently, love the gun but we agreed on a price and I was charged differently. It was a small amount so I didnt notice it till I got home, just seemed shady to me.

The OWNER is rude. Charges almost new prices for used things and doesnt like to pay fair prices for things people bring in(so theres a lot of crap). Ive gone many times over the years and have always had the same problems. I will not be returning. Completely unsatisfied.

Everytime I need something I go to CollegeStation Pawn first. They always have what Im looking for. The staff there always has a friendly smile and are ready to help you with what ever you need. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I give them 2 thumbs up!!

I also tried to take my iPad mini to them(a newer model). They offered me $50, which I thought seemed very low. I went down to another pawn shop and they told me they were willing to offer me $400 and change for it. It seems to me that college station pawn is flawed in their system.

For starters if you do not understand how a resale business works stop reading this review. When it comes to guns, the resale on guns for a business is great! They rarely lose their value. Have a look around at USED glocks. They are practically the same price as NEW ones! At College Station Pawn their NEW & USED firearms beat Champion Firearms, Academy, Gander mountain and even online prices ( after calculating shipping plus handling and tax and transfer fee from an FFL they are still cheaper). If I am incorrect prove it, I think they will negotiate a price for you. excellent pawnshop highly recommend it

I have been in and around College Station for years, I have watched pawn shops come and go, seen changes in management and not always for the good, but one thing that is for sure is College Station Pawn, I have been dealing with them for years and still to this day I would refer them over any other Pawn Shop around and believe me, I have been to them all!! Their manager, Donna, has always assisted me with any questions that I had and helped me in any way possible, not to mention their friendly staff that are glad to accommodate you as soon as you walk in the door, unlike most of the pawn shops that I have been in before, so to see a bad review on these guys is insane, believe me, College Station Pawn, thats the place to find what you are looking for👍

They have alright deals if you are buying from them, but they just want to give you bad deals when it comes to selling your items here. I dont reccommend as far as selling to them. I tried to sell my iPad mini 1st generation and they treated me like I was incompetent about resale price. They wanted to give me $25 for it. I was like hell naw and sold it on ebay instead for $110. Beware of selling items to them. You wont get what you want or what you need. They arent fair about the price they will pay for good items.

I gave it one star cause that’s as low as I can rate it. The place reeked of weed and when I said something to one of the workers about it laughed and said “my bad haha” and on top of that prices were horrible!
