Id like for the management team to explain to me why they think its okay to leave 30 minutes early when the Click-It department is short staffed leaving an hourly employee solo to shop and make phone calls apologizing for being unable to fulfill an order ordered 4+ hours prior while Im in my car 5 minutes away, having wrangled my two toddlers into the car to pick up my order and 15 minutes into my pickup window. Is it because its Friday night? Oh, thats right, coronavirus, thats the excuse for everything these days. Get your act together Kroger Longmire.

I do have to say Kroger does have a pretty good produce section inorganic or organic foods but most of all the bakery people that work in the bakery at Krogers because it feels like they care and then sometimes it feels like they had a bad day but either way the bakery is awesome at Krogers.,, along with the deli and dont forget about the flower shop that girl that works there shell hook you up I dont remember her name but she was awesome. 😉

Kroger has become a hassle, and this location is the worst. Never a good, efficient experience at this store. The company orders contact-free check out and virtual card use but requires a hard copy EBT card and refused to take electronic card with photo ID. I was not allowed to pick up order after driving 7 miles 1-way. Walmart has a better user-friendlier online ordering system and friendlier , better-traoned pick up staff. I will take my $800 per month business to Walmart. Id give 0 stars if it were an option.

Limit on bread two and they have water. Good to see these items my first time buying them in about a week. Still no tissue but Im still looking.

Very friendly Kroger. Good service. My only critique is that many times there is a lot of litter in the parking lot and in the shopping carts. Also, many of the staff are very kind and attentive.

If I could leave 0 stars i would. After having an issue with the online pickup order then at store getting that order had another issue. I called store to talk to manager got some guy that just keep going ya and ok like was not paying attention at all. So did something about that then got a attitude from him and kept doing the same ya and ok. Well never shop here again.

The curbside service is excellent. I can go online the night before and get an early morning spot- without the $4.95 that HEB charges. Plus Sharon makes an on the spot sweep to check if any substitutions have been restocked- on 3 recent visits I went and had a couple of sorry we dont have this messages but she was able to find them when I arrived. I use both HEB and Kroger and while HEB has more variety, Krogers curbside is better.

This Kroger has some limits on products probably to cater to the demographic

We have tried ordering our groceries here 2 or 3 times and each time they have been put of something that we asked for, and they tried to substitute something completely random. So, we will not order groceries here again.

Good choices, good take-out deli for me as a single, super cut fruits, good advice from produce mgr., lots of good store brands, some prices higher than Dollar Stores etc. but prefer all-in-one-place access, quantities on items that sell out quickly need to be increased; glad to have a new store that fits us ; now I dont need to go to Rock Prairie for specialty items! Thank you!

Our favorite grocery store! We love everything about Kroger Longmire!! :) Friendly, helpful employees, stocked shelves, great prices, starbucks inside, convenience etc. We shop here everyday multiple times a day (for years now) and have never experienced any of what the negative review says about expired products.

The store shorted us over $100 worth of groceries. I called and the woman I dealt with was abrupt and not helpful. She wanted us to pick up our groceries and it is over 25 miles away. Then she said it would be 7-10 business days to get a refund. The order was placed on August 25, today is Sept. 11. I still have not gotten a refund. They didnt even apply for it! I would never go to this store again!

Thank you for allowing others to come at 6:00 a.m. to get groceries unlike Walmart does not let you only seniors us essentials work early in the morning too

Our favorite place to buy groceries. Organic produce is great and they have always the fruit we love. Friendly staff, they seems to be happy working there. I have been buying here for about 6 years and I dont see that the workers rotate too much. I see the appreciation from the administration to their senior workers. I like that

Giving it a 1 star bc it wouldnt let me leave 0. Waited 50 minutes for the online pickup. Absolutely ridiculous. I could have gone in and been done in half of the time. Ill never shop here again! Thank you for wasting my time.

Kid named Carson bagged our groceries and was incredibly rude. He thinks hes something better than customers. Attitude like he shouldnt be there. I agree, he shouldnt be there.

Today we used the curbside delivery. The person who answered the phone when we arrived was very rude, and acted like we were bothering her by following their procedure for pick up. Then when they brought out the order they didn’t even mention they were unable to deliver everything we asked for. At least HEB gives you a heads up on this. Just another example of how HEB is superior as a grocery store, and another reason I rarely shop with Kroger.

I have been to this store plenty time since theyve opened. It is a nice & clean store however, filled to brim in every area. Too many different varieties to choose from, assistance from any employees walking around to help guide shoppers with questions is scarce. Prices area little higher, check out is a wait most of the times and their ads are.confusing too. And the traffic is just batsh*t crazy. Location kinda sucks too.

Really glad the store is near my house. They carry beyond meat chicken strips which are my absolute favorite. Its the only place near my house that I can get it that I know of so thats very nice.

This is a pretty good place to shop. I coupon and they will redeem anything that hasnt expired. Everyone is really nice. The only problem I have is that if you go on a weekday between 4 and 6pm there are never enough checkers, be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes in line.

This store is fairly easy to get around in, even on busy days. The cashiers are friendly and helpful. And so are the other employees. This store is farther away from my home, but worth the drive. I do miss the store that was on Texas Avenue, though.

Not too fancy, but a good range of products, including their own organic Simple Truth brand. Customer support is excellent, such that if you buy s store brand item and dont like it, they will replace it with a national name brand!There is a bakery, a sushi section, the usual produce, a natural foods section with bulk items, meat, dairy, fish, greeting cards, a Starbucks, a pharmacy, beer and a good wine department.They have a loyalty program for some special pricing and also to reach up points for discounts at their gasoline island.

Horrible meat market, several times recieved rotting steaks, shrimp, and burger meat. Expired yogurts and eggs on display also. Health department contacted several times.

Great selection of regulated and organic products. Prices are very good if you have a Kroger account, and the app for coupons and sales matching. This location has always provided me with prompt, and friendly customer service.

Self check out was a little slow but I was able to find what I needed.

Legitimately decided to lock up the entrance with the shopping carts, then informed customers that they were more than welcome to go into the parking lot to collect a cart. They were completely out of water, and when a fellow customer asked an employee if she knew when more might be coming it, she informed him that she had no idea and would not make any effort to find any further information, or direct him to someone that might be more helpful. Also watched employees laugh at customers trying to access the locked area where shopping carts are kept. Overall a giant fail.

Their app is a great way to help find items and coupons to save time and money.

Sushi guy is cool, and Id highly recommend going to him as hes the coolest sushi dude in town.However, they dont have Kraft White Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese which was is an extreme bummer.

The HEBs are always crowded with college students and everything is picked over, but Kroger is a calm environment with lots of options. If you have a Kroger card, you can save lots of money on some great deals. Staff is friendly and the store is always really clean!

Always my favorite grocery store brand in the states I used to live and am living. This store is the same: reasonable price, good quality and friendly staff. For this store, I love its recent promotion campaign which is very competitive with HEB.One more reason is the kind environment in this store from staff to customer. One week ago, I checked out at self service line and went out with leaving some stuff behind. The staff there brought them to my car when I was even unaware of that. And today I droppped my card outside my car. After shopping, I found out that a kind person just picked it up and put on my car window. Many thanks to that unknown good person.Highly recommend this store for anyone.

I love this supermarket. It has almost things I need for cooking, baking, or else. the price is OK, you better register for a Kroger plus card to get things with good price. staffs are also nice. plus it has a Starbucks stand inside.

We love this kroger. The best place to shop for groceries in South college station. They have good clearance deals if you check back often you can get great deals. The store is really clean and the staff were always kind to us and very helpful. You can also get digital coupons to use in the store for even better deals. Their pharmacy was well staffed and very helpful to us. Cant reccomend this place enough!

They had vaseline lotion on sale and there is a coupon out that makes it free. They decided to cut off the sale price and leave it at the original price. Seems like they dislike people that use coupons. When I asked the stocker about it, she seemed clueless. The ladies that work in the day time are usually mean. They act like the store belongs to them. This location use to be coupon friendly but not any more.

March 4th, 2019 the store was as cold as being outside in 36 degree weather and no explanation from the manager. I had to run in and out as fast as I could and wear my jacket and gloves the whole time. Dont understand why they cant be more considerate of their customers.

HEB is just better. Better prices, better quality, better selection. I can understand shopping here for convenience but that would be the only reason.

We are unable to complete your transaction please use another form of payment.The employees at this store are awesome but I sometimes find myself cursing at the self checkout machine when I see this message. Sometimes the machine will not accept my credit card and i will have to use a different register or credit card. This is extremely frustrating since my credit card is not at fault and usually when it happens all of the other registers are occupied. I wish that the registers could be programmed to disable a different message. After all it is not my that the register is defective. Funny how the next register never has any difficulty accepting my card. Fix this problem and then maybe I will give Kroger a five star rating. Thanks

I’ve always loved Kroger especially their clearance section and sushi, however this location does not always have fully stocked shelves nor do they keep prices on certain items for instance, I visited the seafood department today and certain items did not have a price on them so I was unaware of the price.

Self checkout is a bit slow. I had to wait for the guy to put in a pin or something so I could pay. Its not rocket science, especially when you hit finish and pay. Thats why I usually shop at HEB. No hassles with anything.

I m in there all the time and its clean you can find what you are looking for easy and the staff great

Friendly employees, tight parking have to be really careful.For some reason, blackbirds congregate in trees in the parking lot.If you park by them for shade, it can get messy fast!

I have never had issues with this Kroger other than the occasional out of stock item(s) or unfriendly checker. But today made me not want to give them my business ever again. For starters, I was checking out my groceries and a lady got in line behind me and the older man checking me out says frustratingly, Are you kidding me?! then proceeds to tell the bagger to go close his lane. I understand everyone has bad days, maybe he was just eager to get off work. Too bad the utter disrespect for customers didnt end there. The bagger, who wasnt doing his job well in the first place, ended up walking away and being replaced with a manager. I was glad, thinking that this lady would be friendly and bag my things correctly. Nope. She begins bagging my things up by throwing everything in the bag then literally tossing it into my cart. I watched her throw my eggs into the basket. It was clear that these three employees were freaking out about something because they were extremely inattentive and in a rush. Then to top it all off, as Im leaving the check out aisle I encountered a cashier who was clearly getting off for a break or something. She barely glanced at me before walking out of her register kiosk right in front of me, completely cutting me off. Clearly she felt she was more important than the customer in this situation. I have never written a bad review in my life, but all of these instances combined really bothered me. I will not be giving Kroger any more of my money.

My Kroger has great weekend specials, but you have to get there early.

Krogers house brand products are very good quality and considerably less than the name brands on same shelf. A very nice place to shop when I have visited in the early afternoons on weekdays.

Wide selection of products, employees are hit or miss on being friendly, produce is okay but the prices are slightly higher. Good location easy to get to.

Like other stores it is harder to find what you want quickly. All that does is make you part of the pack. No better, no worse.

We use to shop here every week for our family grocery shopping needs but we found that Kroger frequently tends to replace national name brand items with their own. We always found ourself going to HEB for the products Kroger pulled from their shelve to replace it with their own name brand product or did away with it entirely. We realize and understand that most grocery store chains do this but we found that Kroger name brand didnt meet our families taste or desire. This store is okay for a quick pick up item like milk or bread on your way home but not for every week grocery shopping. HEB gained our weekly grocery shopping business and their produce and meat selections are far better than Krogers! Also HEBs brand name items are much much better than Krogers.

The experience is always nice if you possess an krogers card! If not then you spending way too much!

The 3 men in the pharmacy tonight were extremely rude about (gasp) customers waiting. They complained that it was 5:30 and they close at 6:00 and everyone showed up at the same time. They also complained about people calling and said they could just stay on hold. They’re job is with dealing with the public! If they don’t like it, they need to find a new profession

Oh my god, why does your see food section smell so bad? It all started a year ago and I though - oh well maybe power outage. But no, the smell is persistent. You got to change something or will loose everybodys business.

This pharmacy has honestly been a godsend to me for YEARS. First of all they have the lowest rates I’ve found in town (for my insurance at least). They have always been the NICEST every single time I’ve dealt with them and so patient when I’ve had questions or needed something last minute because I didn’t plan ahead. And tonight was when I finally decided I really need to write a review because somehow they have a 2 point something rating and that makes absolutely no sense to me.So when the new year started, I had to switch pharmacies because my insurance doesn’t allow me to go through Walgreens anymore. So I chose to fill my prescription with heb. I used to go to Kroger and that wouldve logically made the most sense, but I thought I’d try something different. So I request a prescription transfer and expect it to take a couple days max because that’s usually how it is. It takes a whole week to finally transfer and then it takes another week for them to fill it. By now I’m four days behind on taking my medication and it’s making me physically sick. I got a notification that my script was ready and I went up there tonight to give them my insurance and pay for the meds. Long story short he refuses to fill it because he thinks my insurance is not valid and that the information is wrong. He told me I should try to fill it with someone else.I go home. Call Kroger. They take my information, call and transfer the script from heb, call me back and take my insurance info and filled the prescription all in 30 minutes. And as I said...SO NICE. I kept apologizing because I know it’s hard to do all of that on such short notice but they did it all and didn’t make me feel like I was being a huge hassle (which I definitely was being a huge hassle). I could’ve hugged the guy by the time I picked it up and he just told me whenever i need my other medications that they’d gladly fill them too.Bottom line. Don’t use the H-E-B pharmacy if you can avoid it. And go to Kroger! They always go above and beyond I love them.

Everything was fine. The card reader kept malfunctioning for several clients, and the cashier was not helpful about it, and a little rude when asked for help.
