Im writing this review from the parking lot because I had such a good experience. I came in looking for a specific piece of wall art for our office and Min went above and beyond to find it for me. While Min and the team were searching, Kim chatted with me while I browsed other items and was so sweet and charming.I loved seeing their teamwork and pride when they find what I was looking for. The customer service provided to me was truly stellar. Thank you so much, everyone!

Never go to this location during Aggie home game. Way to crowded once you got in. I would say they were definitely over the fire code restrictions. If you had to get something the check out line moved pretty quickly considering the number of people standing in line. My suggestion is to buy on line. They do have the best merchandise by far.

Great store in person, but after multiple calls and different excuses for not shipping my in stock online order after 2.5 weeks, I had to cancel it. Getting Halloween decorations and football game items after the season serves no purpose. I was advised the order was there after week 1, but waiting a store transfer for one item. After another week and a half, I was told another 2 weeks. Over a month to ship in stock product is not acceptable, as it appears they sold the missing item and are restocking. No offer to ship the order incomplete, or a discount for my inconvenience. I will not be ordering from them online in the future as a former student who does not live in BCS. All people I talked to were extremely friendly and trying to help, the problem in this case is poor management. I expect better from my fellow Aggies.

The orders are usually delayed, and the clothes quality is not as fantastic as they claim it to be. You better try you luck elsewhere; I know I would. Id advise them to be real to the customers.

Always an enjoyable experience when I come into the store. Today i tasted for the first time, a mead that was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Typical aggie swag. Typical prices. Organized well. Everything was clean. We went in after graduation in May 2021 and were immediately yelled at to take off our masks. We all declined, having a visibly pregnant relative with us it was a little inappropriate to assume we dont take her health seriously. They have a military discount that the cashier said he applied, after reviewing our receipts on the way home we found that he in fact did not apply the discount. Thank you for serving indeed.

Our daughter received her TAMU acceptance yesterday and as a happy I purchased her an Aggie Shirt from Aggieland Outfitters. I expected it to arrive by mail in a few days. Less than 24 hours later they delivered it to our office wrapped in a beautiful bag. What a special gift for my daughter to find on our doorstep! Thank you Aggieland Outfitters, for exceeding our expectations and going the extra mile to hand deliver the shirt. It meant a lot to us.

This place is a go to spot for anything Aggies. Yes it is pricey but they have just about anything you can think of. The atmosphere here is always very pleasing and orderly. The staff are always helpful and are knowledgeable about the items. Today I was in the store and the lady said they would embroider a Santa hat for me on site if I wanted a name on it. If you can not fi d something to buy here then you can not find anything anywhere.

I had visited for an upcoming ring day that I was very excited to be celebrating with my family. The manager was very rude as soon as I walked in and I needed answers for issues I was experiencing. I needed help on a ring day pitcher and felt rushed to buy a plain pitcher with no writing on it or any personal customization because I felt like such an inconvenience and didn’t want to come back to her unpleasant customer service. This was such an unfriendly environment and something that was supposed to be exciting and memorable but turned out to be completely opposite. I will not be returning and giving my money to this business, AO seems to carry this reputation of having rude employees.

There are mistakes in their sizes and dont fit very well. Making an exchange in size is not easy to accomplish.

Im a long time customer of this brand and so far my experiences were ok except for the last time I had this one branch. The staff was unbelievably sassy to the customers I dont know whats going on in her mind.

My 6 year old nephew visits me frequently and AO is one of his few “must haves” when he’s in town. We love the variety and hospitality!

I have shopped at Aggieland Outfitters multiple times, and have always had a great experience. They have the cutest t-shirts! I also wanted to give a shoutout to Brinley at AO- there was an issue with my Orange Bowl shirt order, and she reached out to me immediately to fix it and make things right! I got a gift cheque from a friend for this brand, so went to their shop to find some outfit. But then only a few items were allowed to use with the gift cheque and their products are so pricey. So I ended up shedding out more money instead of being able to save some.

Their styles are so bland and outdated. They copy other brands style not realizing that those are last seasons style.

Interesting designs and friendly atmosphere. They had food samples out that day and it was very delicious. Perhaps the items are overpriced but the environment makes up for it.

Never disappoints. I am moving away after living in BCS for seven years - they helped me dress myself for every day wear, helped me with the best Fathers Day gifts, I was able to dress the entire family for game days, and I got to know the owners and their family - GREAT place to support and the product is very good. Ive actually purchased a few items from here a few different times.. but I just went in recently and had a manager be incredibly intrusive and rude to me and a few friends I had brought to show around the town because I guess we looked like we might do something wrong? Ive worked retail and I understand having to watch customers, but she literally followed right behind us through the whole store and would not stop staring at us. If you want to purchase any Aggie gear I recommend going to the Aggieland in the mall or in the school.

Got some good stuff. We bought a coffee mug and then after we left for home my wife said we should have brought Two. The mug is the best mug ever. 😁

Definitely the best location of the multiple in town. There are games and other things to do if you are shopping with someone who takes longer than you. Great selection of some of the highest quality Aggie products you can find. The free gift wrapping is top notch too.

$85 for a very simple polo. Yeah, that sounds reasonable.... also, the workers here wont leave you alone! Every 5 seconds I had a different worker approach me saying things like, is everything okay?, Can I take that to the register for you, can I open a fitting room for you, and this was literally every 5 seconds. I just about screamed, let me shop in peace!

The brand does no support plus sizes like me. They dont offer styles that I like in my size only the ones that are the usual t-shirt. Nothing is fashionable.

I was so happy to finally get a chance to visit this location. Even on game day, in a store full of shoppers, the staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed how they carry 3xl in many of their products. I gave the store 4 stars and not 5 due to the cost of some items. While they were amazing, I was unhappy with the cost. Overall though, no issues with the staff, facility or finding my size.

1st time to shop at this location &L❤VED it! All of the associates working there were so nice. Well be back!

I love the products, but every time I go in there I feel like the employees, especially the older ladies are watching me weirdly, like they expect me to steal something. They always follow me around even when I say I dont need help. They need some customer service training or something. Now I always just shop from the website.
