My experience with Brazos Valley Eyecare was very good. The staff was professional and efficient. The office was run in a well-organized way. My exam by Dr. Moulder was thorough. He explained what he was doing and he made sure that all of my questions were answered. I will continue to use Brazos Valley Eyecare, I trust them.

My overall experience was great!! My only complaint is that I feel like the exam cost was not properly explained to me before the exam. However, they were very accommodating in regard to the payment. The staff and doctor were great. Everyone was kind and professional. I will definitely be back!

Everyone was so nice, as usual. Dr. Moulder was awesome with my 11 year old son. He was very patient (as was all the staff!) and explained to him why he needs to start wearing glasses and it was a great experience overall.

I had a wonderful experience with Brazos Valley Eyecare! Everyone was very sweet, kind, and helpful. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a copy of my glasses prescription and my contact prescription - it was the easiest optometrist visit ever. The office was very clean and everything was sanitized before my visit. I would highly recommend it to anyone and I will definitely be back!

Everyone there was friendly and professional. The doctor, Elena, in addition to performing a routine eye exam, addressed my red eye concerns and actually provided useful and practical solutions instead of just telling me to wait it out (thats what I was told by another optometrist at another eye care center).Everyone exceeded my expectations here! Theyre operating safely during the pandemic. There was a huge plexi glass shield between the service desk amd the waiting area. There were bottles of hand sanitizer. There were plexiglass shields between the patient and the doctor during examination and they label the exam rooms that were just used and clean ones. I felt safe overall. I was hesitant before going there.

I have insurance and the front desk tried to over charge me. I wander how many others they have done this too. Will not be back.

I called Brazos Valley Eyecare at 5:45 PM, just 15 minutes before closing. My son had taken out his contacts something went wrong. He said it was like looking through a plastic bag, he was seeing floaters and there was pain. I knew if he went to the hospital they would tell him to go to the eye Dr. in the morning. The office stayed late to taken care of my son. I am so thankful for their fantastic service. - Thank You Brazos Valley Eyecare!!!

Best optometry in bryan/college station! Very friendly and welcoming technicians and doctors. My trip there was very quick and easy. The technician, Austin, was super helpful and easygoing while assisting me with my measurements while I waited for the doctor. Dr. Moulder was fantastic and kind as well when getting my prescription. I recommend this place to my family, friends, and all others!

Decided to get my eyes checked for the first time in years. My experience here was fantastic! Nathaniel was great at explaining every step of the process. Dr. Lischau made me feel very comfortable and made sure i understood everything. Both were very personable! Highly recommend to anyone needing eye care!

They were able to fit me in on short notice. Staff was wonderful. Dr. Simpson is kind, gracious and very professional. It is always a pleasure to see her. Henry who assisted her during my visit was also nice and listened to my concerns and questions. I like how they take the time to talk to me, I have never felt rushed like in other places. After a pretty horrible experience at another eye center, Brazos Valley Eyecare actually made me excited for my soon to be glasses. They made a horrible start for a first timer to a extremely easy and pleasant one! I called around 2:15pm and they were able to do an exam at 4:45pm! The same day! And handed me the prescription as I was leaving. 100% recommend them to anyone and everyone.

My husband and I had insurance issues and the ladies at the front Desk help us out the best they could. Once everything was handled with insurance they remembered us and gave us an appointment asap. Very friendly ladies at front desk and doctors. We got in and out fast. I received my glasses and a pair of contacts that day ( that doesnt mean everyone will). Just excellent service all around.Every question I had the doctors answered. They showed me pictures of my eyes and explained what everything was. Happy client 😊

I scheduled an appointment there by phone, and I asked if they accepted my insurance, and I was told it was. Then when I arrived for the appointment, and I was told, by the way, we dont accept your insurance. When I asked them to explain why they told me otherwise on the phone, they said that it didnt trickle down to them, whatever that means. Long story short, they either1) knowingly lied to me in the hopes that I wouldnt cancel once I was already there for the appointment, or2) didnt check at all in the first place.Either way, this is a poor way to treat a customer. They wasted 30 min of my time. The experience might be better for other customers,and they might actually give good eye exams. I dont know. But I beseech you to go elsewhere, simply because they dont deserve your business.

They didnt get my prescription right. I just got my glasses and they did not improve my vision significantly. I remembered not being able to clearly see the last few lines of the refraction test, but I thought nothing of it as I thought the optometrist knew what he was doing.I asked for a reexamination but my 60-day reexamination period was over. They shouldve gotten it right in the first place. Now Im stuck with bad glasses.They had one job..

Never called their office and not gotten an answer, the doctor goes above and beyond to help you solve your vision problem, and the staff is extremely nice.

I am the administrator at Brazos Valley Eyecare and I wanted to take a moment to address the two gentleman who left one star reviews and spoke so poorly about our clinic. Insurance can be very convoluted and difficult to understand, there are an abundance of options an employer or individual can choose or decline with every insurance company. When a patient calls and asks if we take Blue Cross for example, our answer would be yes and we would ask the caller for some information from their insurance card. We would then contact Blue Cross with said information to verify the exact benefits. Most often the caller is driving or does not have their card handy so we have no way of knowing what their exact individual benefits are and unfortunately on occasion, the individuals plan does not cover the exam, this does not mean we do not take Blue Cross. To my dismay the aforementioned individuals did not have exams and were not able to experience our exceptional patient care which is the reason for my posting this online instead of reaching out to them individually.

Dr. Belinda Dobson is very professional, kind, and listens to her patients needs. My children (ages 14,12, and 9 years old) and I have been to her for a couple of years and always had a great experience. She relates incredibly well to children and provides great in-depth background information to parents. The office staff are also great! Madeline helped me sort through my vision insurance benefits to minimize what we needed to pay out of pocket. Lataviya spent quality time with my daughter helping her to learn how to put contacts in/out of her eyes. Other staff members have been very helpful in replacing glasses that had scratches on them or needed adjustments. Finding an eye doctor that works well for my family is a challenge so Im so grateful for the Eye Care Center!

Was charged up front for wrong contacts before I got to try them on I wasnt offered a refund till the correct ones got here and then they got the fittings wrong again and were trying to make me drive another 2 hour drive for a fitting after explaining to him that I needed the larger rgp contacts lenses like my original ones he finally agreed and asked me to pay $500 on top of what I paid for the wrong contacts which were about $500 as well just for him to order me the new ones and HOPE they are the correct onesI went elsewhere and Will not be returning
