Jordan was very helpful when making my order over the phone (out of state) & was super friendly when I came to pick it up the day before GameDay. Blake (assist manager) was very helpful, too. We asked him to take our picture in front of Kyle Field, info about parking, as well as steakhouse suggestions. He was happy to oblige on all requests (and even with a smile). That means a Lot to 1st time visiting folks. He even taught us about Gig Em & other traditions. They did live up to their title of the Friendliest Fans in the NCAA!

The staff was very help for the questions asked. The store was clean and organized even with as busy as the day was. A little pricey for my taste but very nice appeal. I am still amazed at how strong college town are for their team as seen in the photos.

I ordered 13 paperweights as gifts for graduating students, and the staff at Aggieland Outfitters were super helpful throughout the entire process. Bryan did a great job in helping us choose what options we liked and made sure we had a quick turnaround time. They even put them in giftbags for us when we went to pick them up! Super appreciative for how easy they made the entire process and look forward to ordering from them again!

I would give 10 stars if I could! Aggieland Outfitters is owned and operated by Aggies and they always have unique gifts and the best apparel! I stopped in today to make two auction baskets for a school function and they took care of everything for me! They hand selected each item and put it together all in store for me on tax free weekend! They were just amazing and so helpful. I wouldn’t buy A&M merchandise from anywhere else!

This location is so close to my house and always has the latest Aggie must-haves. On the agenda when guests come visit or an event sneaks up on me and I need something cute.

Called needing help with placing a customizable gift order. I had the best customer service ever. If memory serves me correctly one of the asst managers Blake wanted to make sure my order was correct, we were able to FaceTime and I was shown exactly what the product looked like in the store. I placed my order for ring pillows for our future aggies from the class of ‘40 and ‘43. Can’t say enough about the service. Absolutely top notch but what else would you expect from an Aggie!

I called in to check on something and they were very helpful. When I came in to actually buy something, they were just as nice! The prices here are... fair? Considering theyre selling certified stuff, its pretty much expected. Other than that, the selection is quite good! Definitely check this place out if youre looking for anything last-minute near campus.

My favorite Aggie store in town. From my first visit to the most recent they are defiantly costumer orientated Aggieland outfitters has the best service that is truly a southern hospitality treat. They have the best selection in Aggie items from newborns to men, women as well as home decor. I originally came to purchase a t-shirt for my grandmother I walked out with gifts for everyone in my family not to mention they also gift wrapped all the gifts. I highly recommend to everyone to stop by and take a look, you are going to find what you are looking for and most likely more!

This store has great clothing and amazing customer service! On one of the shirts I bought from them the decal started peeling off after I washed it, but they were quick to send me a new shirt and answered any questions I had kindly and quickly! Will definitely shop here again!

While I still believe that charging $65 for a polo shirt is crazy, I have worn the black A&M polo that I bought there 2 years ago to professional conferences, football games, and and student events. It has been through the wash dozens of times and it has held together nearly perfectly. I would recommend any of their aggie gear, just be prepared to drop some cash.

You get all Aggie Texas A and M clothes here. I could return and exchange my t shirt for a lower size with no trouble so people working over there are also friendly esp the one who is from Reno ,Nevada and she loves Indian food how cute is that

Im not an Aggie fan and it is Pricey.But many different designs showing love for Aggies instead of JUST changing fonts, find that so annoying at other places when sis brings me to Aggie stores.Jewelry and misc. Other things here impressed me a lot so even if I am not a hard fan Id buy from here even some Aggie merchandise. Expect to be impressed when coming here.

The older of the two Aggieland Outfitters locations. Lots of selection of Aggie attire and miscellaneous gifts and gear. Prices are better than the MSC Bookstore (on campus), but not as cheap as some of the other locations. Quality is pretty good though, so it makes up for the prices.

B.L.U.F: Super friendly staff, super high prices.I couldnt ask for nicer people to work there. Even when things are busy during parents weekend, NSCs, or move in week, they are always willing to go out of their way to make you feel like an honored guest in Aggieland. The only issue is that I guess this service comes at a price.Everything in there is 10x more expensive than it needs to be. Youll pay an arm and a leg to get something that you could probably find elsewhere for cheaper, but because its licensed ATM brand gear from the Universitys product licensing, it is super pricey. They do have neat gift ideas, but honestly they are marketing to a very wealthy crowd.

I had purchased a pitcher from them for my Fightin Texas Aggie Ring Dunk on Thursday 11/16. After pouring two beers into the pitcher Friday night, it just shattered. Just. Shattered.After crying over spilt beer, I called Aggieland Outfitters Saturday morning explaining the situation, seeing if I could get an exchange. Omar, the worker on the phone, checked with the manager. Without hesitation, they affirmed that I could bring in my broken dreams (represented by the pitcher) with the receipt, and they could make a swap. This isnt in their return policy, but they did it anyways. 5/7 customer service. Or 10/10 for the wise people who arent on the internet all the time instead of studying.Now to prepare for my death tonight as I dunk in Guinness Stout.

PLENTY of selection for the eager Aggies fan. Definitely not just a shirts n hats shop, they had silverware, purses and bags, ponchos, memorabilia and much more. The employees were exceedingly friendly (as are most of the folks in those area), and the prices were so-so. Im not an Aggies fan, just the opposite, but I have to give credit where credit is due.
