Absolutely the worst truck i have ever rented. I moved from Washington state to Tennessee they knew I was going over huge mountains not to mention the continental divide. They rented me a truck that was not cleaned checked or able to go up a mountain. At first I thought I was doing something wrong but the number of uhaul trucks that passed me quickly proved I wasnt the problem. When i first picked up the truck there was a customer lock on the back. I had to go and get the key the person working there took off the key ring. I thought it was odd that he didnt know why the key was on the ring. But i figured it would be ok. When i got home the truck had a huge stack of moving pads i never asked for up in the attic, and in a pandemic. YUCK. So i called the guy and he said that he would not pick them up. So apparently I am in the business of hauling there products with me. The mirror on the passenger side would not adjust. And blind side mirror was broken. I could not see the lane beside me at all. Luckily I have the best wife in the world driving behind me she had to tell me when I could get over to the right. There was a green leafy substance in the ash tray. Nuts all over the floor board and so on. Had to stop and buy a windshield wiper. It was in 3 pieces. Then they had the nerve to call and ask where there truck was. Had to get 3 or 4 extra hotel rooms. Every penny i spent was a giant waste. I will never ever rent from uhaul again.
