I appreciate the honesty of Bens Beeline. Right in the middle of the street, our car stalled again a few days after it had undergone electrical repairs at the shop. Not only did Bens Beeline tow the car back to their shop for free, they also did not charge for the electrical fix the second time around, because they discovered a minor oversight on their part during the first fix. (A new fuse with an amperage too low had been used.)

I have gone to Beeline twice now, and both times were a great experience. They made sure I was aware of all pricing before preforming any work and got it all done very fast. If I ever need anymore repairs I will 100% bring it back here.

I appreciate the experience that leads to quick accurate diagnosis of issues. My daughters AC system turned out to be a fuse and they found what was causing it to blow and took care of it for $65. Another car I took there thinking it would need a transmission, they immediately spotted a motor mount causing the clunking and were able to get it back on road for very reasonable cost. Other friends of mine have had great experiences and always take their vehicles to Beeline. Thanks guys.

At this point we arent taking our cars anywhere else. We are impressed with the people working at Beeline. We recommend Beeline without any hesitation. Great people and honest prices. They always call to ask if they should go ahead with the repairs given what they found, and even though they are busy they seem to get the cars repaired with a quick turn around.

I called for quotes all over town. Some didnt call me back. One called me back and beeline never even got off the phone with me when I asked for the quote. I was quoted 200$. I was given an appointment for 8am syaing that id be the first one of the day. I arrived early and the doors were already open for me although their opening time is 8am as well. Greeted by Jody right through the door. He was happy and had a great personality. He kept me smiling the whole time. Props for Jody! I gave him info he set me up and I sat down to wait. And wait I did. 15 mins after I arrive another woman walks in for an oil change. Now I know oil changes are quicker normally but if you kneew you were waiting on a delivery of oil filters then why would you choose to do her work first. An hour later and her cars still not changed and mines still in the parking lot. An hour after that her cars been done for thirty minutes and mines still in the parking lot. At 10:15am they finally pull my car in and get to work. The work is done in 45 minutes. So I waited 3 hours for 45 minutes of work. After all was said and done Im still extremely satisfied. The work was done and done correctly. The staff was funny and friendly, keeping me entertained. And the price was the best in town. So dont trust how long they say its gonna take but definately worth your business if you want it done right.

Beeline did the work on my 1998 Pontiac Montana minivan. Just recently it was running really rough, I thought it might be the spark plugs but wasnt sure what it was. Took it into Beeline, expecting to pay several hundred dollars in repairs and hoping they could fix it. after half a day they called me back saying they had indeed found the problem and fixed it and the bill came out to $89 total, I was like WOW, thats amazing and Im thrilled they were able to solve it so quickly. Turns out simple vacuum leak. Now time to take my Volkswagon TDI in and see if they can find out what is wrong with the acceleration. Not getting full acceleration. Thanks Beeline, You guys are Amazing.

I had a problem with my clutch. Not only did they misdiagnose the problem, they tore apart my entire drive train installed a crack in my chassi, and failed to put fluid back in my transfer case. I was charged $1500 for them to tear my truck apart and put it back together. I still had the same problem with my truck after I got it back. I ended up taking it to Walla Walla Transmission Specs on rose. They actually fixed the problem which turned out to be a busted clutch pedal assembly.I hear college students complain all the time about taking their car to beeline. If you can, go somewhere else.
