Lots of items to chose from fresh 🍓 fruits and vegetables that look appealing when you 1st walk in. Lots of parking. The lot seemed to be maintained as far as cleanliness. Greeted properly at the entrance. clean. Large space to shop in not crowded to the point you have to say excuse me constantly. I enjoyed the atmosphere there werent any loud people shouting Walmart on old National Hwy was nice to shop there

A lot of the workers are not morning friendly. When address with good morning you just get a stare its like why are you talking to me. But there are a few that was so pleasant and enjoy there job and gave a warm welcome. They didnt know if I was a GM or not.

This place always has delicious food. Its east African comfort food. Gives me a very warm feeling inside. The potatoe sauce is banging...

Sorry but a 3 star is good here....but I gave a 5 cause the employees cant control the clientele. The store was good but parking lot was trashed...all kinds of wrappers, empty boxes, face masks chicken bones, half eaten food...like a herd of animals moved through. I drive a truck cross country...saw the same thing in Detroit and Baltimore. No respect zero from the neighborhood.Heathens ruin it for the rest of us.

Good size store. Several check outs were actually open. They need to open the other entrance. We know better now and its highly inconvenient.

We are more than 15 months into the COVID pandemic and you would think that Old National Wal-mart’s management team would have figured out a solution to opening both entrances by now. So has no member of management thought to consider the older individuals whom are solely picking up prescriptions from the pharmacy...? This Old National Wal-mart location is the epitome of how not to treat your customers. Until we demand better in our community, we will continue to receive subpar treatment.

My visit was good. Actually I forgot what time it was and I had to get the insulin for my dog, the Pharmacy was closed, but a nice young man was helping 2 more people and when he finished with them he came to me and I explained I had to get the insulin for my dog. This young man was willing to help me. His name is Anthony and I am so glad that I met him. I will always go by and say hello every time Im in the store now.Walmart is lucky that Anthony works for them.

Great store some items were missing from the shelves, but with the pandemic on going its to be understood. Line was a bit long but also that is to be expected of a Walmart type of business.

You dont have registers open and only self check out??? I dont shop here to work!!! Your company is the absolute worst ever. You stopped hiring cashiers to run the registers only to have them stocking shelves so youll save money. Cashier position pays way less than stock person position so you hire under the title of Cashier then when they start the job you work them as stock persons at the pay rate and job title of a Cashier. This particular Wal-Mart is BEYOND HORRIBLE. I took my car for an oil change because I was headed back to Tennessee. It took them forever to get my car back to me. I paid for the oil change only to discover tonight they NEVER CHANGED MY OIL!!!! These crooks took my money for a service they never performed. My oil engine light came on tonight telling me I needed an oil change and when I checked my oil gauge, it showed me at 5 percent!! I will be calling the WalMart on Old National Highway tomorrow.Wal-Mart this is unacceptable and a disgrace!

Ive used to live going to this Wal-Mart, however the workers are always upset, nor do they speak and are very rude and yet this company wants you to continue to spend your hard earned money at this place. Publix is the way to go. Pepe speak if you need help youre actually helped. At Wal-Mart they have attitudes and dont know where nothing is located. We didnt tell you to choose this field of work.

I visited the Walmart in Union City, GA and I was impressed with how clean it was. However they didnt have what I were looking for but I did appreciate the cleanness of the store.

I went in for an oil change, but there was no synthetic oil for my car to get it done. No big deal.While there, I picked up a few things I needed. It was well-stocked, sufficiently staffed (from my perspective) and clean.I did check out in the TLE checkout because my car was parked back there. From entering and upon leaving, my experience was pleasant and without a major issue. I may not have gotten exactly what I came for, but I did get things I needed.

A short, underprepared staff seems depressed to be there and that’s no shock because it’s Walmart. Carts in parking spaces, not enough open lines, lots of long faces. Mediocre stocking and options for school supplies, but the selections are very fine in every other area. Main issue is lack of staff.

Walmart can be the one stop shopping experience. It has basically everything you need and a few things you forgot to add to you list. However, it rarely has people to help you find what you need.Walmart on Cleveland Avenue, Atl. wasnt super crowded. I really didnt see anyone but customers in the aisles. I must note last fall (2020), a manager/supervisor opened the garden section that was closed with no access. She was awesome in helping me find a plant & planter while helping others via her radio.A rare gem indeed...surprisingly she was in Walmart...her light continues to shine and raised the bar for everyone else.Marilyn Neal

This place is okay IF YOU GO IN THE MORNING WHEN THEY FIRST OPEN. If not, well then good luck. The area is obviously questionable if you know the area you know what I mean. So you take your chances. They have cleaned up the store and it looks better. But still unprofessional. I believe their pick up department is the best feature. Be prepared to wait in long lines and maneuver around lots of crowds and people if you go mid morning or later. I try to go right when they open around 7-8am. But the only issue with going this early is most departments arent open (like pharmacy, optical, etc). But you take your chances. The parking is a mess too. Only one entrance remains open (COVID-19 change). You have to wait a while in pharmacy they are pretty slow but they are all nice staff. So again, you take your chances. Also just know if you go early to avoid the crowd you cannot avoid having to shop your way around the workers that restock at this time. And they always restock in the morning when its less crowded. Just go prepared and you should have an enjoyable shopping experience, if what you are looking for is even in stock!!! no the downfall they rarely have things in stock. Especially online! Do not recommend ordering online. I only gave 2 stars because I have been going here for over a decade and have seen the ups and downs. And I know the area of course. Good luck!

This walmart is a mess, the outside of the store always have trash all over, a d the inside is no better. The machine to refill water jugs is always down. Ive tried several times to go to the deli area, and it does not matter what time of day, the one or two loan workers behind their will always say it is close... however the hours on the website said 8am-9pm. The prices are way higher than other Walmarts in the area and this store is always out of stock for many things.

Every Walmart you go to lines are too slow and long as all get out wont even open up another cash register if anything somebodys going on break and then you got only two cash register open its crazy

A lot of shelves are empty. I would say its because the pandemic just ended, but the better quality better located Walmarts in other parts of Atlanta have the shelves stocked up Everytime I go. No lines here (because they have both self checkouts open unlike the Walmart in union city) at 7pm so thats a good time to go if you need to grab a few items.

This is obviously the worst Walmart management team in the history of Walmart...I requested help at the ammo cage an Ive been waiting for 30min+ Ive called while here an still no help. Ive talked to several employees an they all say that th we manager dont know where the key is or the person with it is located.. I went to this store looking for attachments for my Dremel since Harbor Freight didnt carry that particular brand but Walmart was sold out of the one I was looking for BUT they DO carry the brand if youre looking for one. I ordered a lunch plate from the deli but the side options were terrible! They had some weird corn concoction, watery Mac & cheese and dried out mashed potatoes and gloppy gravy. Thats it! Walmart, you can do better than that!

Not very clean but my cashier was friendly and very helpful. On another note passed by 2 ladies restocking the Valentines day isle and pretty sure I heard her curse because people were talking from the shelves to include myself while she was stocking. Our timeliness is not based on her restocking. She should have just acknowledged us buying items, and helped us get out of her way cordially.

Since pandemic Walmart has gotten away with having very few cashiers. This location in College Park is heavily populated weekly and the checkout lines are very few. It seems the dependence on self check out has become the norm for Walmart. It is my personal opinion if I am scanning $200 worth of stuff myself I am considered an employee at this point . There are no short lines to go through if you just want a gallon of milk youre going to be there for at least an hour. Walmart needs to get it together and open up all those cashier lines that they have and used to utilize back in the day. There is no excuse for lines to be all the way back and roping around from self check out due to their not being sufficient cashiers Originally self checkout was created to make it a faster experience OK Walmart youre setting the bar very low and just like anybody else you can be canceled as well My a lot of people myself included choose to go to smaller stores that are now offering a variety of things just like you Dollar General being one of them

I really dont wish to give a low rating to this Walmart. I was around as a customer when it had its Grand Opening years ago. I was quite pleased to have the option of Old Natl rather than drive to Hwy. 138 or 85 Riverdale stores. The visits were pleasant for the most part. However, these days, this store is easily my least favorite Walmart. I only go due to convenience. This time around there were a few registers open, as opposed to my last 3 visits. Each of those 3 only had ONE with a cashier. The other option was self service whether late at night or early morning. The single line was unacceptably ridiculous. This store does not keep well stocked shelves either. Perhaps, the customer purchase is extremely strong and demanding? I might find an item online that shows its available at the Old Natl location and when I get there, its not, nor does the staff (if you find one), seem to know much regarding my inquiry. I would like for this location to show improvement. There must be a better way to serve.

Super center doesnt begin to describe the size of this place. They offer .more of everything in this walmart then at the typical walmart..staff really isnt engaged..very crowded.

It was the worst experience ever. I lived less than 2mins from Old National Hwy store. I will never ever shop there again. Some of their employees needs training so out of order and disrespectful to customers. I know thats not their store policy. If I was a secret shopper at that store. Their rating would be FAILED. I rather go a little further for great customer services like Fayetteville, Riverdale, and Union City stores. I will call corporate office tomorrow. This is the second time.

This is theee ABSOLUTE WORST wal-mart i ever been in, the customer service is filthy, they never answer your questions or offer help, id rather shop at TARGET at least they treat they customers better, I WAS ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR IN ELECTRONICS DEP, and no one cared. Lots of inventory, associates friendly and knowledgeable, associates actively stocking shelves. In and out swiftly. Using the Wal-Mart app makes finding things easier. Great experience. Plenty of parking.
