Almost all of the self checkout machines didnt work. I even seen a couple of dudes walk out with 8 gallon jugs of water because there was no clerk to help them out when the final working self checkout machine decided to stop working. You would think the clerk would be behind the counter to help customers but nope they where hiding in the corner playing on their phone

The service here is horrible. The pharmacy does not take care of the customers, they do not work to help the customer or resolve any issue that the customer may have.

Customer service at this location is extremely bad. I repeatedly visited this store, specially retail department employees are always on the phone. Off course not all of them but the person who was on duty at 07/27/21 morning shift. This particular employee is always on the phone.

Good store, friendly staff, but one time I had to send money back home using moneygram and they wouldnt accept my debit card, so I had to run to the ATM to pick up the cash and then run back to send it. Moreover, the fee was $20 for the service. I was shocked. However, all other times I had a really good experience.

The store wasnt open, even though there was an employee inside and all the lights were on. Its even stated that its open 24 hours and there wasnt even a notice on the door. The guy was up front playing on his cellphone wearing a hoodie. Ignoring everyone who came to the door. So I paid for parking for nothing and had to drive all the way across town at 3AM. I called and sat on hold for about 5 minutes, until he decided to answer and said that the system is down apparently...

I cant speak for the pharmacy but the front store is the best! Everyone is nice but my favorites are the pretty Hispanic girl and the scrawny white guy. They are very friendly and never fail to make me laugh! They really know how to make someone feel welcome. A++++++ !

I’ve almost always had great interactions with the pharmacy. And the staff if pretty nice. My big complaint is how unsanitary the milk fridge looks. Looks like there is s lot of mold, and sometimes it will drop onto the tops of the milk jugs. Last time I went there just got milk and I turned around and walked out.

Liers, open 24 hours a day doesnt mean 24 hours a day. Sorry were closed until 6 am because Im the only person here, well if I give you my card can you go and ring up poison ivy medicine, um no. Sales clerk from 11-7 is wonderful and very helpful I think his name is Jermaine. His manager was very friendly as well I think her name was Alessia or something like that great job.

This CVS pharmacy is the BEST PHARMACY that I have ever dealt with. I take a lot of medications, so I am no stranger to pharmacies. The main pharmacists at this location, Marshall and Jennifer, are wonderful. Angela and Brian were also great before they left. The pharmacists (and other staff) all know me by name, which is astounding (my actual name is Brian H). They are always prompt and professional... and they know what medications I take without having to look them up. What makes this more impressive is that my meds arent unusual, and they change every now and then. If you live in or near College Park, this is the best pharmacy to go to. Bar none. I am frankly shocked by the bad reviews. Ive never had a bad experience in the many years that I have been going to this location. I practically consider Marshall and Jennifer pals by now. They deserve some positive recognition.

A bunch of crooks! 2 days in a row they havent honored advertised sales. They need to do a better job with advertising their restrictions and programming their systems to recognize the sales. The service was just awful too! I use the self-check out because Im in a hurry. The sale didnt come up so I hit request assistance. I stood their for 5 minutes before I just said screw it and left.

Very very very bad customer service. I never used Money Order and hope to ask for help there. However, their staff let me use the Money Gram machine to process the money. I repeatedly told them I need Money Order but two of their staffs just insisted on letting me use the Money Gram machine until their manager realizes the mistake. And after a long phone call (approximately 1 hour) with the Money Gram office (wasting too much of my time), they ended up telling me that we are not allowed to give you the refund due to the limited amount of refund this store is given to customers per day. They then asked me to go to another CVS to get the refund and refused to give me any further help. I finally had to take Uber by myself to another place to get my refund. I thought they should go to another CVS to get my refund and dont let me move around between different stores, which not only cost my money but also my valuable time!!!!! I mean, it is your fault but why let me alone to undertake all the extra fee that caused!!!!!

FRAUDULENT PRICING. This store routinely has inflated prices at the register above the marked price on the shelf. Worse than that, the staff will often refuse to honor the shelf price even when you bring this to their attention! Ive heard various excuses for this nonsense, such as we cant control the prices in the system, they come from corporate, and it takes a while for the system to catch up with the marked sale prices.

A good pharmacy staffed by nice people. People tend to be stressed out when they visit pharmacists, and pharmacies often have many bad reviews. People think the pharmacists rude. After 30 years of diabetes, Ive dealt with some rude pharmacists. THESE pharmacists and their assistants are great.

Pharmacists always so helpful and nice. Not sure why others had issues but a smile and greeting always goes a long way.

Pharmacy is always messing things up. I got someone elses perscription once, returned it but still was a nuisance. Workers arent helpful, if something goes wrong at the self-checkout be prepared to stare at the workers for awhile waiting for them to help.

I have had it with this pharmacy! They never have my prescriptions ready at the time that they promise. Every time I go to drop off I tell the workers I want my prescription ready ASAP and they tell me itll only take 10 minutes. So I sit around and wait, walk around the store, go back in 15 and its never done. On average, it takes them about 30 minutes. The most recent time in particular it took an hour! I dropped off my prescription at 4:04, they promised me 10 minutes, I come back twice and the prescription didnt get to me until 5:15! Who wants to sit around CVS for that long? The reason why they claim it took so long is because they put it under the wrong name. Also, the lady who was handling it had a smirk on her face the whole time like it was funny that I was getting frustrated, rude! I just dont understand how you have 4 employees working and everything moves in slow motion back there. Also, the pharmacist is always extremely rude. The one Im referring to is African and when you ask her for help with a medication she just cuts you off quickly and doesnt seem to care about your problem. Im definitely going to try going to another CVS next time, possibly the one on Greenbelt Road.

Rude pharmacy. Poor service. Didnt have record of prescription for my son despite my confirmation of doctors office calling in. At their request I had the doctor call in the prescription verbally (again). Pharmacist takes call and immediately puts them on hold as I am standing there and tells office that she has two calls ahead of them. Then, demands to speak to provider saying you called me I didnt call you - when they had just asked me to have my doctor call it in because CVS didnt log record of prescription 5 days earlier. Then pharmacist makes a comment that I dont have time for this and hands to assistant. Very unprofessional manners and interaction. I almost felt I needed to call my doctor and apologize on their behalf.
