Went in to get a pair of glasses fixed. It was busy but every staff person was helpful and patient with me and the other customers. My glasses were fixed quickly and cleaned. Ill definitely go back again.

Went in yesterday and the lady helped me in a timely, professional manner. Also made useful suggestions and even knew what caller I was.

This place is so unorganized, unprofessional, and rude. Glasses are not late due to the Pandemic. It is due to their lackadaisical attitude & acknowledgement. Just shut this one down. Go anywhere else but here

Made an appointment on sept 24. The doctor was friendly. We picked out glasses and were told it would take 2 weeks. I called after 4 weeks and with an attitude was told that there was an delay.It will be 10 weeks tomorrow & when I called again I was told to call back tomorrow because she can’t see order status information. When I asked if she could check if the glasses were there for pick up she just repeated herself and disconnected the line. I will never ever do business with them again. Horrible customer service!!

Dr. Brown may be pregnant, but she is ALWAYS available, with a smile and is thorough in her work. She has taken care of both me and my 5 year old and has done an excellent job. Danitra and the other staff there are very personable and dont rush through the services they are providing. After all, they are in the business of taking care of our sight! People will always try to take out their outside influenced frustrations on others. You just cant please everyone.

I would love to give 5 stars because the receptionist I thought was rude initially. Dr.Partee was exceptional though very engaging and made the appointment go smoothly. This is my first time going to this location and would be back due to how smooth things went with Dr.Partee.

Currently at Walmart vision center & have been standing here for 10 minutes and no one’s even said I’ll be right with you, welcome, or nothing!As I was writing this review an assistant walked into the center and assisted me. For that I give the review 2stars. In the future they could at least acknowledge customers as opposed to having them stand for 10 to 20 minutes without saying someone will be with you.

Optometrist on site, M. Batchelor, was extremely impatient!! I value good customer service as I am spending my time & money. Low energy at this location. Advice: Adjust tone when speaking with customers during exam. Speak clearly. Value your customers.

I came in to a walk in appt.. I was told the doc would start at 1130am she wasn’t there yet & then later realized she started at 12:30pm bc she was there and pregnant I guess .. Anyway I got my visit rolling when I was asked what brand I used I let her know acuvue oasis then later found out they don’t have acuve oasis in which she gave me a trial pair called acuvue vita which are ok not my favorite. But she claimed that was a brand similar to my brand & She then let me kno she would order my brand ..while referring I try this daily brand . this was 2 weeks ago I called in today which marks a month because no one called me to pick them up to find out she ordered a totally different brand from what I requested not even the brand I’m trialing. Smh highly upset bc what am I going to do now !!! She ordered me a daily brand notice I’m saying brand bc she’s failed to tell me what brand that’s worth 85 dollars when I’m use to paying 58 for one box bc both of my eyes have the same vision. WONT EVER GO BACK !!! How you order something completely different from what I use ?? I already had to settle bc u didn’t have my brand smh 🤦🏽‍♀️

They get the job done but they move incessantly too slow and disorganized. You go through hell to schedule an appointment and then when you get there they still treat you like youre a walk-in. The receptionists always has attitudes and moves slow you have to excess extreme patience. The actual doctor is nice and always uber friendly and a lot of times apologizes for the long drawn out process.

The male optician I interacted with was kind, professional and gave thoughtful and knowledgeable suggestions. Glad I came here for my nephews glasses.

There office lacks customer service and is not operated by the doctor listed. Went in for a contact lense exam and was charged 128.00 and received a trial pair of contact lenses which was too strong. Young new optometrist told me to try them and come back in for a follow up. I didnt come back in on the specific day, week, month and now she wants to charge me again for something I never received from the beginning. What happened to getting what you pay for. However the doctor listed Dr. Andre Lenoir I have never seen in the office and the young lady there is really clueless, she needs to be monitored by a real certified OD. She just kept sending the young receptionist at the desk to tell me something she could have said to me, especially since she was late coming into work in the beginning. Appointment was for 10 am and i arrived at 9:46 and at 10:06 the receptionist informed us she was late. I have been going to Walmart optical for almost 7 years and this is my first and last time ever using my hard earned money in Wally World know as WalMart. I just moved here to Georgia recently and I can say this is one Welcome to the neighborhood I will never forget. That Walmart Optical deseves a 1 on a scale of 1 to 100. Plus false doctors used deserved to be looked into.

Horrible customer service, extremely slow, and bad attitudes (the lady assisting me rolled her eyes upon a request from me). Doesnt make sense to have an attitude towards customers while youre doing your job. Dissatisfied customer.

These are the rudest receptionists. They come in and see customers and walk right pass, no hello may i help you or anything. Horrible!
