Very disappointed with the service from Virtual Citadel. They were supposed to host and support (5) Panda Miners, but they did not configure them correctly and left default passwords in place on Ethos which is never a good security practice. In addition, they failed to provide VPN access in a timely manner for peer review. Also, my equipment was damaged and stopped working while under their custody. To add insult to injury, they still expect to be paid for hosting even though the systems have been down for months and have failed to produce as contracted! They are all about collecting money, but have failed miserably as a service provider. The staff did not bother to learn Ethos. They only know how to turn a system off and and on. When running a facility of this sort, one would expect a far more robust operational support capability. As such, I am pulling my equipment and the equipment of all of my clients and am relocating them to Mars Mining in Oregon, where the leadership is fanatical about client support. Virtual Citadel was given more than a fair chance and they failed miserably. Very disappointing experience.

This is one of the best DCs im the Atlanta area. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The prices are extremely competitive.
