I wish I could give 0 starts. Says people spend 10 minutes here…I waited for 20 minutes as They don’t understand pickup orders. If I’m placing an order for pickup my order should already be in the order. When I show up. People who ordered at the register AFTER I placed my order get their food first. MAKES NO SENSE AND DEFEATS THE PURPOSE. also your cashier with purple hair needs to go I watched her make at least 3 rude comments during the time I was there to other customers who were just as frustrated waiting 20 minutes for an order that was ordered ahead.

Late night stop, didn’t have what I wanted; however, they made it work and it taste great! Thanx

This Starbucks treats the College Park community with such kindness and patience when many of the customers do not reciprocate. They move fast and make drinks correctly. They are always such a happy team. We love them

I didn’t catch their name, but a certain barista at this starbucks changed my whole day recently. I was having the absolute worst day and picking up a mobile order, and the barista told me they were out of cinnamon raisin bagels and asked me if an everything bagel was fine. Which of course it is, who am I to be picky? I thought nothing of it until they handed me a gift card and said “this should cover the next bagel.” This small gesture really helped me take on a brand new perspective and genuinely brightened my day, so much that I’m still thinking about it. Thank you, kind soul!

Clean your restrooms, make proper accommodations for all that would like to sit inside... you look a little more then silly suggesting, one wear a mask, when you dont even have your restrooms cleaned!!!! CDC suggested cleanliness, not mask enforcement... Dont think that your discriminatory tactics nd un professional behavior of your employees goes unnoticed STARBUCKS!

So grateful this place was open early on game day. There was already a little line and they were low staffed but they worked through it pretty fast. The barista making the coffee was pretty cool too and he did a great job. I was impressed with this place. They needed to mop by the pickup area though.

I hosted a conference and needed 6 Carry out coffee jugs at 7:15am. Everything was ready when I arrived - coffee boxes, sweeteners, napkins, cups... And I was able to purchase 2 bottles of flavored syrup. The manager Rick was incredibly friendly & helpful, both when I called in the order and when picking up. He loaded my car for me. I will definitely order from this store in the future

This is a nice friendly Starbucks that is open, when everything else is closed.

Clean and spacious. Consistent Beverages and food. Plenty of workspace. Just be careful of parking here. Make sure you pay the meter. Enforcement is all over the lot giving tickets.

Good staff. Fast. Well stocked. But I give 2 stars for their salted caramel hot chocolate. Ive been getting it for 2 years now and its lacking flavor. After I went to other Starbucks and got it, and then returned to this one, there is a clear difference. But their other stuff is good.

I love the customer service ar this particular Starbucks. They are always nice to customers. They have a great attitude. It could be crowded at times since it is nearby the University however, they make the line move quickly and that is greatly appreciated . Thanks!

Went here early one Saturday morning. Since I used the app to order I thought it would come in time. I arrived, and there was 30+ people around. Since it’s near a college campus the morning rush was a bit hectic, and when the impatient college students didn’t get their drinks on time they slowed everything down by asking for refunds. Some of them left after ordering without even picking up their food xD. Took a solid 55 minutes for my order to be prepared. I would’ve given it three stars but the barista made my drink really well, so no complaints here :). Overall, just make sure you order VERY early if you go in the morning.

Nice an quiet place to work...But when its 40° out they should learn to accomodate the guest area with more heat.. Very drafty and cold even when the doors were closed .... bring a coat

I love this Starbucks. So many locations in the DMV but this one specifically is the one closest to my home and work place. Shout to David (At least that’s what his apron said.) who remembered my name today. “Anything else for you today? Yammy right?” Made me feel like a person, human. Not just any customer. Just another reason to continue to visit here where they serve great coffee with a smile. ❤️❤️❤️ Thanks guys!

Generally quite satisfied with the service; although, it is sometimes it is pretty loud inside. I was studying here today and there were little flies everywhere- landing on me, the table, my drink, laptop, etc. Also, the bathrooms did not seem like they were thoroughly cleaned recently. Service was fast though!

This Starbucks location gets VERY busy, given that its by a college campus. Still, the service is plenty quick and convenient and the seating options are nice. If you dont mind background noise, its a great place to go study. Ive never had an issue with my coffee here either. Great place!

Super friendly helpful staff and plenty of room

This location is open 24/7 during finals week. Everything is well stocked and they are very quick.However, parking is horrible at this location. The minimum amount I can pay for parking (with my credit card) is one hour! Insane if I want to run in for two seconds to get coffee.

Every thing we ordered was given to us fast and it tasted good.

They barley filled my coffee. Pretty sure they did not get my order right.

Coffee was good but the store wasnt clean. There was trash on the floor and the area where you get straws etc had coffee all over it. There wasnt a dry area for me to put my lid while stirring my coffee.

Really friendly staff and very spacious, but its always more crowded than other Starbucks and can get loud. The seating isnt really ideal either (its usually hard to find an open table). Service is also somewhat slow, but everything is made very well. Lately theres been flies around the place though......Overall its pretty alright, but if you have a choice between this Starbucks or others in the area, go to the other one.

There are so many little flying bugs it becomes difficult to focus on much more than defending yourself from the swarm. Other than that its pretty great.

Huge fan of this Starbucks. Recently remodeled with ergonomic furniture and plenty of outlets for students. Highly recommended this location because of the quick service, cleanliness and comfortable furniture

Overall a nice Starbucks with seating for individuals and groups. I did once experience a mixup where they didnt have my carry out order which was phoned in 24 hours ahead and had to make it for me quickly, but they management made up for their error with a discount without needing to ask. I barely made my event start and was glad I got there early since the line formed as classes let out.

My order is always right, prompt, and delicious! The friendly staff doesnt hurt either. My favorite place to study for hours, or to just grab a quick cup of joe!

Used to be a lot better. Now: meh - the agents are awesome but the decor changed from cozy to cold 60s gymnasium, complete with hard wooden chairs arranged in long rows at boring tables. Not at all cozy or comfortable like other Starbucks.

Have been to this place numerous times. Its very cozy, has many chairs/sofas and even study tables available. The coffee, tea, and bakery selections are great too.

I love coming to this starbucks. Always friendly, quick and correct. Its a very busy location. Often no where to sit.

A little small and can feel crowded if you are trying to get work done. Staff is always friendly and the wait is typically very short!

I love visiting this place alone for reading a book with a coffee or with my friends to just have a good time.

This location caters to the local University of Maryland study crowd. It has large tables, a lot of power plugs, and a Clover machine. It receives only 4-stars because of standard Starbucks coffee and food options, which are consistent and good, but not 5-star great.

Its nice to sit and work here. Friendly hosts and hostesses.

Everyone is soo friendly. Good vibes and a place for everyone. They havent begun to serve liquor yet thats only in D.C. Overall good coffee, and they spell your name right.

The Starbucks Batistas are very friendly, and the place is kept nice and clean with plenty of tables to socialize or do work on. Coffee is good as usual.

They have a problem with gnats. I order using the app. For the 2nd time Ive walked in and I have gnats on my food. They leave the bags open on the counter instead of having it faced down so nothing can get in it. I have never interacted with the staff other than to ask for my food to be made over because of the gnats. I dont plan to go here again.

Basically a satellite location of McKeldin Library (always super crowded with studiers). Staff are all experts at what the do, crafting the most ridiculous drinks for hundreds of yoga pants + hoody girls without batting an eye.

This Starbucks needs to fix their fruit fly problem. Every time I visit I am swarmed by a few flies around my food. They are nearly hidden by the dim lights, but I can still notice them.
