Clean store with lower traffic. Samsung phones in stock. Charged my phone to insure port completed. Explained features and product levels efficiently and quickly. RK was really nice and helpful. 10/10 will be the store I go to as Verizon convert. I purchased a new phone, ported a number and was set up in less than an hour.

This location is open an hour beyond the other locations in my area. Thanks for the extra quality service. I had a previous s10 and it stopped working. With patient care a center part of my life I had to have a working phone. I left with most apps transferred and other important information. Thanks for the quality service I received.

Friendly, very knowledgeable, competent customer service. I havent switched carriers in a really long time. This was a pleasant experience. The promotion Verizon was running was nice, too.

Mayra was amazing!!! I came in as a Verizon customer who wanted to add my sister, a Sprint/T-mobile customer, to my account and Mayra made the process so easy! Not only was I was adding my sister to my account, I was also upgrading my line and did a transfer of service for my sister. We both walked out of there with new working phones and as Verizon customers. A+ customer service!

Thanh gave great service and was very personable. Got a new phone activated and set up in a timely fashion. Awesome stuff.

Mayra was an excellent customer service rep. She was knowledgeable and professional. She looked for discounts tbat I was qualified by loyalty or status of my account. She explained why I was qualified as well as why I didnt qualify for various extras. I will go back to the College Park store.

I came in to get the new iPhone and everyone was set on helping me make that happen. I have been a Verizon customer for a long time so I also needed to upgrade my plan. I left with a new phone and plan 🙂

This location claims to open at 10am. When we arrived, there wasnt anyone on-site. 30 mins, still no one at the location. The worst ever period. Also there was 8 of us waiting for the store to open. One of the women waiting needed help with her phone so that her husband would be able to contact her, he has stage 4 cancer. The womans phone was locked and is unable to to unlock.

This Verizon store had the best customer service representatives. They are tentative and they will find you the best deals for the latest and greatest phones, and plans. Raghu helped me and he was the best. He was very patient and explained the whole process of me switching to Verizon. Best Verizon!!!!! All the staff is great and helpful. Madher did an excellent job replacing my phone. He even stayed late to let the old phone finish transferring data.

My cell phone unexpectedly begin to die out on me. I read the views of this location and decided to give them try. They were everything as stated in all the 5 star reviews. They helped me with getting a cell phone equivalent to my old cell phone but with updated functionalities. They provided great customer service and had me back in business within a hour. The best part was Raghu gave me tips on backing up my passwords as well as transferring apps, pics and stored notes which was heaven sent. I wish I could take this customer service experience and bottle it up and sale to other businesses. This is a dying skill set. However, Raghu still is continuing the tradition of great customer service.

Hands down the best experience Ive ever had at a Verizon store. I got a new phone in about 20 mins and a few days later was able to come back and return my old phone for a bill credit promotion. Madhur is an absolutely awesome associate! Ill be going back any time I need anything Verizon wise while Im in College Park.

I was immediately greeted when I entered the door. I waited a little bit while the two associates were assisting others. I came in to purchase a new phone and get a new phone line. The associate gave me all the information and breakdown of pricing. Answered all my questions and took control of starting my account and new phone as well as closing my previous account with AT&T. We had some issues with AT&T as well as verifying my ID but the associate I was working with took control of the situation and fixed everything. He was very helpful and knew exactly what to do. So far so good and satisfied with the Verizon. Thank you!

Only one person at custumer service. Poor products availability. Poor custumer service. Not even hand sanitizer. I was trying to switch companies and he explained everything in 30 sec rushing in a piece of paper that I did not feel like doing it. Not even tried to sell anything.

Bought first iPhones ever today. Mike at the College Park store was very helpful for my husband and me. And he was very patient with us.

Dont go to this authorized dealer. Their Customer service isnt stellar. When I moved from a my carrier to Verizon, the transition wasnt smooth. On-boarding information was piece-mealed, I had to make several visits back to the store because they werent staffed appropriately to handle incoming calls and customers in the store. The store is only good for its location. If theres another Verizon store nearby, go to that one.

Ed Kent at the VERIZON STORE in College Park is The Master of Customer Service. Thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, clear and concise and above all timely with a demeanor of efficiency which is extremely rare these days. Ed went out of his way to rapidly transfer my landline account to a cell phone portal and upgrade my WIFI capability with a more powerful modem. He carefully explained each step of installation and helped to set up the entire screen with additional apps as well. Overall - I cannot recommend Ed and the VERIZON STORE in College Park HIGHLY ENOUGH - a Wonderful Customer Experience.

Ed the assistant manager is amazing! If I could give 10 stars I would! He was super helpful and a great sales person. I came in with a problem, he went above and beyond to help me. Although this is not my neighborhood store, I will be sure to drop in here to for all of my future needs.

Had great service from this location when going to purchase an iPhone. My previous phone had stopped working and I needed a new one for work. Even in the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic, RK was working at the time! He wore his mask and offered gloves when helping serve my mother and I. He helped me purchase the phone, navigate the verizon contractual information, and even helped me understand how to transfer files between my Pixel 2 and the iPhone. Shoutout again to RK!

Stopped in at College Park Verizon store with my IPhone down to 14 percent! Needed to make several arrangements before leaving DC area. Phone would not charge. I was rather upset. David and Jay proceeded to dig an obscene amount of impacted lint out of the charging port...returning to the task to make sure there was a clean connection. Voila! connection made!! Problem solved. Disaster averted. I couldnt be more grateful. Im never going anywhere else when my charging port is clogged. Give those guys a raise.
