I went Sunday and the cashier who helped me was funny and nice! Her customer service was incredible! In all honesty it surprised me especially bc of the area. But by far it was some of the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time!

I am giving this Walgreens store 3 stars because some of the employees are very unprofessional. One of the employees was walking around spraying some kind of disinfectant in the air with a store full of customers. What if a customer was allergic to whatever she was spraying in the store? She was also very loud. However, the pharmacy department is very professional. I would give them 5 stars.

Big and spacious. The pharmacy dept was really easy to work with. I had my Pfizer vaccination here.

I am in complete shock, I checked the price of an item online for about water bottle and it said $7.99, I saw that it was in stock at my local Walgreens, so I decided to get it from the store. When I got to the store, the price of that same item was $15.99. I said surely this is a mistake, I speak to a manager and showed her the price online and asked why is it doubled in store and she said that is how it is. Why is this ok in only poorer urban areas ? WALGREENS PLEASE DO BETTER

I have never experienced such rudness from an employee of any place. I come up to the register at the same time as the employee was walking away and she said I will be with you in a moment and just kept walking. The manager was right there and seen the entire thing. I sat my stuff down and walked away. I will not be returning to this Walgreens again

I absolutley love shopping at this Walgreens. The cashiers are always friendly and professional both in the front of the store and in the pharmacy. The store is very clean, well lit, and always organized. Its a pleasure having quality service right here in our afro-centric community! Mega Kudos to Walgreens Old National/Flat Shoals. My first bad experience at this Walgreens. I was very shock especially for it to be early in the morning. Low or no stock of items. Long wait time in line to check outThe cashiers moving slow and was not friendly and had nasty attitudes. No greeting or apology for the wait time. Even the assistant manager had rude nasty attitude and no apology for wait time and didnt even ask did we find everything. They work like they didnt want to be there. They need more customer service training.

Waited for 30 minutes behind 3 cars in line. Parked went outside and continued to wait another 20 minutes. Went back out to tue car and nothing had moved. When I asked staff was unapologetic asked just blankly said were doing COVID19 testing. Basically their only solution is to be understaffed offer no explanation beforehand and shrug it off. This pharmacy always has some poor excuse for horrible service and no concept of how to create lines. One line for COVID19 testing and one for pharmacy pick up would have solved the problem but they could care less.

If you find yourself here in College Park definitely check out this Walgreens! They are well stocked, well lit, pretty clean, have good prices, and friendly cashiers/employees. They chatted with me a bit about my shirt and I really appreciate the connection they initiated. This place was more than just hi/bye/pay/have a good day, it was a genuine reminder of what it means to be human. 5 stars

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. The customer service was decent but the pharmacy was beyond rude and refused to help me when I asked her which sinus medication would be best to give me 2 year old daughter (yes it was 15min before they closed but all I wanted was a recommendation from someone in the medical field, I even told her very nicely that my child is sick and that I would make my purchase in the front of the store but she rudely refused to help me.) I thought everyone in the medical community had to take a oath to help those in need, I guess I was wrong. Someone needs to go back to Med school because she obviously missed the whole part about putting people first.

I came here for a passport photo for my 8 month old daughter and am soooo glad I did. The staff was so welcoming, nice, and went above and beyond their duties to help get a suitable photo. Kristin was excellent and made sure to tell me what could and could not be in the picture and gave me tips about best colors to wear. She was very patient when snapping photos. Tasha even found my babys favorite cartoon using an app on her phone and played it near the camera so the baby would look towards the camera. They were GREAT. It was the best experience, especially when compared with the lackluster, unknowleadgeable person doing the same job at the Hwy 85 location. Its hard to find good customer service so this experience totally made my day!

Tonight I received the worst customer service EVER the pharmacy tech “Monique” was very unprofessional she yelled out my personal prescriptions as she filled them.. I was so embarrassed and felt like I was taken as a joke further action will be taken because she broke confidentially when she did that.. I hope no one else has to encounter this kinda treatment.
