Saved the day! We were en route and broke down on 495. Roadside jumped our generator and we started up. The fit us in same day. Arrived, immediately trouble shot our problems (bad batteries and switch). Got us all new ones installed and we were on our way. Bill, Rob and Heidi are great. Very competent and trust worthy. Bill drove us to lunch while we waited for the parts to arrive. The plugged us up to 50 amp service to keep fridge going. Already scheduled for follow up service with them. They are my go to RV service and repair shop from now on... Glad we broke down and found this hidden jewel of an RV shop... Thanks again guys for saving our trip - and we had a great time!

This place is well stocked and provides superb assistance.

Very friendly staff. Offered propane and other RV needs. Parking is minimum and prices are expected for the area. They are closed on Sunday.

Sells older parts..nothing for newer model RVs

I had an amazing experience. I was looking for bearings for my old boat trailer. I looked EVERYWHERE and spent a lot of money. I walked in to this store and this nice older gentlemen helped me find it in minutes. Now my trailer is fixed and ready to go thanks to Queenstown RV. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Very well stocked. They have a lot of little odds and ends that you just cant find other places. I couldnt find tongue light replacements for my trailer, but I got something that may work to get through inspection.

I’d like to thank Marty and Bill, and especially my installer, for helping me circumvent back ordered parts delaying my trip. Clean, professional install, great service. These guys rock!

Highest price for propane anywhere in the country that Ive seen by far.

I drove from Key West, Florida. My Jayco Northpoint 377 RLBH front hall right jack broke. Amazon couldnt deliver on time while my vacation was two weeks... Mr.Marty, was very resourceful and the 2 front hall jacks delivered the next day by noon. The price was 35.00 difference and awesome sales and parts guy. Great experience

Highly recommend Queenstown RV. They repaired our 5th wheel quickly and efficiently after hitting an overpass. Well worth the 2 hour drive. Having dealt with RV repair shops in the past, we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the repairs even with the truss damage. Good as new. Took it out for a test run weekend after picking it up, cant even tell it was damaged!

Highly knowledgeable staff, well stocked with fair prices. Parking leaves much to be desired - do not try to bring a coach!

Great experience with Queenstown RV, validating earlier posted reviews. Traveling from California we experienced an electrical problem on our RV, and Heidi in the service department arranged an appointment for us without delay despite the rush of service requests right before Memorial Day. Electrical problem was promptly resolved and including an oil change, we were out the door in just a few hours. Accommodating travelers while on the road is much appreciated and indicative that Queenstown RV takes care of their customers.

Outstanding customer service. Gentlemen behind counter refused to handle the broken O ring from my sewer cap I dont know why. He looked through his collection pulled out the largest one and said if this doesnt work youll have to buy a new cap. When I asked how much he said take it and good luck. Worked perfectly and I had been to several places that didnt have that ring. For those who gave a one star because of the persons disposition not everyone is Mary Poppins.

I have used them numerous times for repairs over the last 5 years on two different coaches. They do good work and are true to their word on scheduling. The work has always been done to my satisfaction, in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. If you have a nuisance coach like mine that needs frequent repair, you can count on Heidi and the Queenstown folk to help you out.

It has been my unexpected pleasure to work with your office manager, Heidi Fleischer, both on the phone and in person. She is professional while being upbeat, helpful and direct. Heidi is a great organizer and usually works her magic to fit you in even in a difficult week. Her manner doesnt make you feel like an inposition. My day is better when I see Heidi!

Good people had them work on an older RV fixed the things that I needed fixed except a water leak that I complain about and had to bring back three times before they finally got it charge me two times third time only charged me for one hour other than that good people gets the job done.

Awful is the first word that comes to my mind. The woman that handles scheduling appointments is not very friendly. The man that inspects your vehicle in order to see what has to be fixed, is not very nice either. I will never bring my vehicle to them ever again.

Sold me a lemon RV. No lemon laws in MD for RVs. Spent so much time in repairs the manufacture took over paying my loan payments until I could get it out of their repair shop. It wouldnt run and had to be sold. It was a new Fleetwood. They stopped selling new and used RVs
