Be careful about this place. Ask how much you would be charged before you do anything. I printed a couple of pages for $5 instead of the 20c i would spend at a FedEx printing facility. I asked the lady why was I charged that much, she said that the use of the computer costs $3.5. I spent less than one minute using that computer to print. This is a rip off. I also recommend NOT to use their computer because they can steal your private information including your social and they dont have have a software that deletes your information right when you sign out. This is a liability issue and they could be sued for it. There is a USPS around the corner and a Fedex printing facility within minutes of driving.

I don’t understand the low rating that some people have given of the staff at Parcel Plus in Colesville. I have been going to this business for many years now, and I have only encountered polite, helpful & excellent service. I’ve never had a problem at all. I go to this establishment for faxing, notary services, sending packages, and I have even bought one or two lovely shawls. I have nothing but the highest regard for Mrs. Ramchandani and her staff. This is a 5 star business as far as I am concerned.

Kamal always gives incredible service to our family, for many years now, and today she saved me nearly $200 on a charitable donation package by reboxing it completely and talking me through pricing options. Always the most personable, effective and compassionately priced shipping company in town. 100% trustworthy. Small-town care in the big city.

This store lost two packages worth $800. Owner says nothing can be done. Staff was very rude, as other have commented. Dont take your packages here.

Overprized shipping and the old woman (who i think is the owner) at the counter, added wrong pricing on items shipped, i should have read reviews before setting foot at this place. my inner voice told me to walk out. Lesson learned. Not going to this place anymore...Edit: she ended up lying about she correcting the value of items i sent overseas for an emergency after I told her to correct it. she quadrupled the real price of the package i sent and the person receiving this package paid a lot of money when it arrives to the other countrys customs. Do not trust this woman is an older looking woman from India.

The shop itself is small but inviting, lot of cute stationary and motivational décor that my mom instantly fell in love with when she accompanied me to drop off some very important documents meant to go abroad. She didnt give up when her system didnt allow her to create an international return label (we later found out it had to be manual). She went above and beyond contacting FedEx management to ensure the instructions were met and that we left having our issue resolved. We left super relieved and with a few gifts in tow, despite that not being the reason we came (it was our first time there!). Definitely would recommend, and all I can say is, keep the same energy and youll be served just as amazingly as we were :)

Just got duped for 20$ extra charges to ship a envelope by DHL.I originally went there to get a document notarized. Lady at friend desk asked me if it was my first time there and also said they do shipping at same rates as normal DHL. She gave me a quote for 96$ for international shipping which is just $77 even they pick the package from your home.I asked her why your shipping price is so high she said DHL/FedEx recently raised their rates (which is a lie) I just checked with them.Dont get duped like me and only ship from authentic DHL and FedEx locations.

One star only because the zero star option does not exist. The female staff was very rude and unprofessional. She took my package, charged and arm and a leg and the package tracking kept saying that a label was made but never showing ever that it was picked up. The package got lost. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. It is a horrible place to put your trust in to deliver your packages.

This is not the place for drop-off because you cannot get any receipt for your item. If they lost it, it is you fault. Additionally, the lady is so mean, rude, and unprofessional. Terrible experience ever!! DO NOT GO THERE.

I needed to ship a large, valuable package to Hungary, and Kamal at Parcel Plus went above and beyond to make sure it was packed safely and securely, and shipped properly. I had investigated several other places that had no idea how to ship a work of art, and she did, and explained it all thoroughly and intelligently, and really came through. Highly recommended!

Place opens at 9am owner did not get there until 9:12am but it wasnt her fault she was waiting on people and they were running late. I got there 10 minutes before 9am. This was my first time ever shipping something and it went well. She gave me packaging and label. She got me the lowest shipping price. Label was accurate. My package should be shipped out today August 17 and I have a tracking number for FedEx which is the company I used. I feel that since I got there early everything went slow and smooth. No rushing or mistakes.

I drop(ped) off FedEx/UPS packages here regularly. On last visit, I dropped off a prepaid USPS package along with a FedEx package. Woman at counter gets all huffy and says shell take it this time, but next time go to the post office. Not sure what it matters to her, I dropped off a FedEx package as well, so I was a paying customer. Next time I will go to the Post Office, and take my FedEx/UPS package somewhere else...

I left two packages there to be shipped out. I provided printed labels with addresses and yet neither got to their destination and one is totally lost. First they charge a serious premium to package. I dont have a problem with that. There is usually only one person in the store so if a few are waiting things get very backed up. I dont have a problem with that. I run small businesses and I dont mind minor inconveniences. But when they take your package and label they put it to the side. They say they will package it later. I leave trusting it will be done. Well, one label they created ended up typed up wrong. One number was wrong on the zip code and it went to the wrong city and state. When I questioned the older woman who serviced me about it she tried to say she didnt know how it could happen. Well I do! YOU typed it in wrong! She tried to blame me until I showed her the PRINTED label I gave her to use for the address. Then she claimed she showed me the address she typed in before I left. Indeed the erroneous address was on the receipt but at no point did she say here check this for accuracy. I should have checked but unfortunately I went to her knowing I would pay a premium because I was in a rush and I did not double check the address on the receipt. Still my package was sent to the wrong place, the address inputted did not match the address i gave her and now the package it lost in the abyss that is the USPS. After paying a premium I thought I should get a refund. She instead gave me the number to the post office it was wrongly sent to. That did absolutely nothing. She was completely unapologetic and never ever offered a refund. My second package was worse. According to UPS records it never left the store. She conveniently blamed it on the UPS drivers. An easy target but unlikely. I think she was overworked and screwed up. She probably put a different label on the box and sent it off somewhere else. Again she refused a refund and so now I am out the cost of the merchandise, I dont have the merchandise and she wouldnt even refund the 30 bucks I spent. This is what you call totally f****ed by Parcel Plus. Not a good thing and quite frankly I wont be going back there. And if I were you I would stay away as well. There are better more secure and customer friendly options.
