While visiting Coldwater Michigan my husband needed a plastic tube for his Inogen. We are customers of Airway oxygen in Northern Michigan and went to the one here in town. They would NOT sell us one without a prescription and would NOT let my 83 year old husband with breathing issues go in the door closest to where we parked.Lincare meet us at the door and gave us the tubing my husband needed!!!!Great customer service and a heart!!!
