Had a broken bracket on a mower deck. I wasnt sure there was enough meat left on it to weld it back on. They welded it back on with reinforcing gussets, making it much stronger than the original. The work was done promptly and beyond expectations. Thanks guys.

Had loader bucket installed on tractor . Control hose have came off ever year or less then 100 hours. They said thats normal to have to tighten hose every year! I They offer two week warranty . Will definitely go to a different kabota dealer.

Bought a bx2380 from them. Very happy with it and overall experience. One thing I’ve never experienced, is having the tech go over the machine with you vs a salesman. Was nice to have mechanical questions answered that salesman can’t. Don’t remember your name, you had a Blonde ponytail. Guy knew his stuff.

Im not sure which of your locations has been helping my father out, but I wanted to take a minute to tell you how appreciative we are for all your assistance with his tractor purchase and follow-up support after the sale. He has raved about the buying process and the gentleman that delivers the equipment out and goes over all the functions and such. Hes bought some implements after the fact and the experience has been just as great. If he had a computer, I know he would leave this review himself. With a sincere apology and an offer to correct the initial fail, Ryan provided me with all the info I requested and assured me this mishap would not repeat. Terrible customer service, I asked a simple question about my purchase to be answered with a sarcastic response. They gave me the wrong part, even when I brought my saw to them. Then they would not even admit that, and never apologized. I would never recommend them.

I do not have much good to say about these guys, I usually do not review unless I have had BAD experience. I purchased a new lawn mower from these guys in fall of 2016. Right off the showroom floor it was hard starting. I took it back to them a couple weeks after this and told them it started hard, they said it had bad fuel in it. (mind you I did not fill it up since they did off the showroom floor) so they charged me to fix it. I then went to pick it up and when I dropped it off I requested it be kept inside. And if not to call me so I can come get it. I came to pick it up and it was drenched, sat outside in the down pouring rain. I called up to schedule service again and as soon as I mentioned rough running they said yep this isnt covered under warranty before even attempting to diagnose it. I told them I would come get it and take it to another contractor of mine, I was then hung up on. They have lost my personal business as well as my companies business

Paul, and the staff at Seyberts are awesome. They made my buying experience friendly, and professional. Paul took the time to go through the different options available, and to answer all of my questions. When the items were delivered the driver spent time going over the units with me, and I felt comfortable with the tractor, and mower when he left. I would recommend these guys for parts, service, and new or used purchases. Ive been buying parts here for over 15 years. I bought my first B7500 here over 15 years ago. They are the best dealer in the area. Thats why I drove from Schoolcraft to Coldwater for my 2nd purchase from them. I highly recommend them.
