Apparently, despite the signs that say masks are required, masks arent required. Per the employees, they dont ask anyone to put on masks. Seems like a bad choice for a health based business giving COVID shots. Plus side is that the staff are extremely friendly.

My experience with the Coldwater, Michigan Walgreens Pharmacy has been horrible the last several times I have gone there. I pick up prescription for 3 elderly people and everytime there is an issue, when trying to resolve the issue, I have been met with a nasty attitude and almost little to no help. Honestly disgusted with the service I have received from them time after time!The photo center has lost 2 rolls of film and even gave us someone elses photos once.You can clearly tell there is no communication within the building. I went to the photo center to pick up a disposable camera that they gave us for losing our photos and the employee informed me that they gave it to the pharmacy since they knew I needed to pick up prescriptions, but when I went back to the pharmacy, they had no idea what I was talking about and acted extremely rude, like I was the one clueless. Now I could understand if the place was packed, long lines, ect. But there was maybe 3 customers in the whole store, and they just came back from their lunch break so come on!

Slower than Meijer pharmacy which I thought was impossible.

This location has to be the worst Walgreens Ive visited to date. They cant even open for business on time. So I went across the street to Rite Aid to shop.The store in this location has been improving since my last review.

Great store and pharmacy. Pharmacy staff is always friendly and helpful with pick-up and questions.Store staff is good as well. Bathrooms have always been clean.Pharmacy drive up window can have a tendency for longer than expected wait times.Lots of parking spaces but navigating the lot can be risky.

Dont go here if you expect to get anything on time. The pharmacist put at least 3 prescriptions on the too soon to fill list by mistake?!?! Now they tell me they cant do anything for at least 2 business days at the end of the day Friday on a holiday weekend. So I guess I have to wait almost a week until Thursday. Thank good its not life or death!!!!! Ill be shopping elsewhere!!

Couldnt be more disappointed. My insurance has never covered a medication that I have taken for over 5 years. Everytime I drop it off I have they automatically run my insurance and dont fill the RX even though I have always paid cash.... The first dozen or so times this happened it got annoying but I figured I might just have to give them a reminder to fill it because I have paid cash for the last 10 years.... The last 4 times I have reminded them they have messed up my actual RX by not giving me the extended release, or shorting my RX by more then 1/2 (good thing I counted before I left the counter), conveniently losing my Good RX coupon that has been stored in the computer for years and charging me double because I always catch the mistakes. Im contacting the DEA due to what my RX is and opening an investigation. BEWARE THEY ARE SUPER PETTY AND HAVE SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!

By far the worst customer service. The man at the drive through was very rude, and unprofessional. Would not recommend. Waited a good half hour before even getting any type of achnowledgement. Will be using Meijer again.

Lady running their money station didnt know they sell money orders or at least according to all online sources they do. Up to 500.00

Website shows 8am open mon-fri...it is 9am open.
