I noticed lately my hearing has deteriorated quite a bit from what it was three years ago when I got my hearing aids. I called the Vermont store where they were purchased and set up and appointment to have my hearing aids checked as well as my hearing. Russell Lasdon was the technician who took care of me, his communication skills were excellent he explained the process of checking my hearing aids and the test itself. The procedure took about 45 min, I left a happy camper all problems solved with no hassle and no up sell for new equipment.All my shopping experiences at Costco for the past 25 years have been excellent, any problems were taken care of immediately no questions asked.Why go anywhere else ?

Great service and very informative. Answered all my questions. Let me try out prospective hearing aids with in the store. After purchase they fitted them and answered more questions. Left there feeling very knowledgeable about my new hearing aids.

I have brought my elderly mother for two days to get her hearing aids adjusted, left today after another visit and after a few hours her hearing aids started ringing again. I must say they took her right in to get problems resolved the last two days. When I called back because of the ringing, I was they had a appointment in 5 days. I was told they might have to send out for repairs, that would take one to two weeks. My mother had a different brand other then Costco Brand before and never had issues other routine Cleanings. She has had trouble with these hearing aidsfrom the start. I would never buy Hearing Aids from this company again.

Ive had my hearing aids from Costco hearing Center for 6 years . Have free yearly hearing check and free hearing aid cleaning. Staff is very efficient, friendly and always willing to answer questions and provide whatever service is required. Batteries are much less expensive than at pharmacies.I recommend this service to everyone who mentions needing hearing aids.

I had shopped local hearing aid shops and found the cost to run north of 6k. I was fitted for 2499 and could not be happier. Great selection and great people!
