Stopped in to purchase a vehicle, and my sister and I were met with Salesmen ignoring our browsing. We walked in the vicinity of a Salesman outdoors, he ignored us, stared at us and ate an apple in front of us. No one attempted to help us despite seeing several walking around in labeled work attire. I guess my next car won’t be a 2021 Grand Cherokee after all, especially not from there.If you’re a man, you might have better luck. Who knows.

Update: 2nd visit looking for another SUVWe are in the market for a Cherokee L, they have one in stock but not the color we want. We went in there to check it out 15 minutes before they close to make sure we like the new body style. Frank and Meredith were extremely, friendly and accommodating. We knew we were coming in late and just wanted to quickly look inside. Without flinching, they put a plate on one of them and let us take it for a quick ride. They did this knowing I would not be buying the ones they had in stock. It is experiences like thus that keep me going back to to Triano when it is time to purchase a new car or truck. We will definitely be back when they have the color we are looking for to try to hammer out a deal. This dealership is a rare breed in todays auto industry We bought my Warlock there, we will moat likely be buying a Cherokee L next week there and if the cards fall right we will be buying a Wrangler there soon too.

Overall satisfied but for the $32,500 I just paid Troiano, the 30 minute detail job they did was unacceptable. I had much higher standards and that thing should have been spotless!

I have just about to close a deal with another dealership when I talked to Nick on the phone about a Wrangler they took as a transfer from another dealer that I had looked at and was interested in. It was already sold but he said they have connections with many dealers and could get me what I wanted. I went down, work with Phil Mathews (Sales Rep) to find a couple of options that fit my needs; Phil was very helpful and knowledgable. The Sales Manager Frank Portonova was beyond helpful, extremely easy going, not pushy and genuinely showed passion and desire to win my business. Frank and Jym were able to get a great price on the exact vehicle I was looking for. They did the dealer transfer the next day and I took delivery the day after that. Jym was great at explaining the financing and I could tell he did a lot of leg work to get me the best deal possible. Papers were signed, Phil helped me set up everything in the jeep and off I was. If you take away the socializing with them (cause they are a fun dealership) I wouldve been in and out in 30 minutes. Highly recommend them!

This was an eye opening experience for me. For the last 20 or so years I’ve gone to large dealerships. So after going to 3 large dealers and being switched to a vehicle I wasn’t looking for I went online and found this small dealership with exactly what I was looking for. I got there at 10:07 am looked at the truck I saw online figuring which one were they going to try to sell me. This wasn’t the case. Asked me about my trade told them I needed to get full blue book value. Frank came back and asked if I wanted new plates since my registration was expiring in 3 months. I thought wow where is the bait and switch? Where was the we can’t give you what your truck is worth? No B.s. at all. I was shocked to say the least. Dave my salesperson was bringing the new truck to be serviced I went into the finance guy ( sorry can’t remember his name) he got me a significant saving on my prior preapproved rate. I think that is why I can’t remember his name he had everything ready. Finished with him in 20 minutes because we had to wait for insurance card to be faxed. Otherwise would have taken 10minutes.I believe my days at the huge dealerships are over. No bait and switch no bogus made up must haves on the vehicle. Just asked me what “ I” wanted and that’s what I got. True professionals.. A class act. And I have purchased over 30 vehicles in my life and there always seems to be a scam.. The dealership sent out a contest mailer that made it seem you won a nice prize by matching three symbols in a pull tab. The contest was simply meant to get you in the door and you had to complete a survey where they take all of your info and your actual chances of winning were roughly 6/30,000 once you completed the survey. Every mailer had the winning tab in the same place. Scummy tactics by a scummy dealership.

Frank and the guys were super accommodating and made the process of transferring from one vehicle to another trading in a vehicle removing adding plates everything just went really smoothly and I couldn’t be happier thanks guys

Ive had the worst experience with the service department. Shortly after I purchased my 2013 dart, in may of 2019, I had a headlight replaced that failed in June of 2019. The service dept.had my vehicle for a few days. Low and behold the same headlight went out again. This isnt a cheap part.was quoted by other repair shops estimated 300 dollars. Took it out to service dept.troiano..they refuse to take care of it. They quoted a estimate of 1,190 $ for parts. 976 $ for labor !! I asked service manager, this headlight you replaced approximately 1 month I purchased the car, lasted a little over the 06/21/2019 when repaired. Reported way before, had to wait well over two weeks to get part in..am I to expect this is going to be a recurring issue? My answer was..hopefully not for you.but we will not repair this for you.your responsibly to pay that outrages price !! Who else thinks thats fair ???

I had been searching for months for a new vehicle and came across one online that I wanted to test drive. Due to quite a few bad experiences, I was trying to avoid actual dealerships and was hoping to go with an online “dealership” like Carvana, so I was hesitant. But, I loved the look of the car so I called Troiano to make sure the vehicle was still available, and it was, then promptly scheduled an appointment with Phil for that afternoon.I arrived and was greeted by Phil. He showed me the features of the car and then let me take the vehicle by myself (COVID) to test drive. I fell in love. This was MY car! I went back, sat down with Phil and started filing out the paperwork. Because I owed too much on my vehicle compared to what it was worth I wasn’t so sure I’d get my dream car. That’s where Jym, the finance guy, became my new hero. He did everything in his power to help me. Within 48-72 hours of test driving the vehicle, I was able to pick it up. Jym was amazing, helping me overcome hurdle after hurdle as best as he could. He also had me do the majority of the paperwork from home so it only took about 10-15 minutes of actual signing in his office the day I went to pick it up.This was, by far, the easiest, least amount of pressure, transactions I’ve ever had at a dealership and quickly restored my faith in brick and mortar car dealers. Thank you Phil and Jym, from the bottom of my heart! I’ve never been so happy with a car purchase! You have gained a life-long customer!

Buyer Beware!!! Ask to test drive a used vehicle 50 miles before you purchase so you can see if the check engine light comes on. OR you can get a big surprise when you get the vehicle home the same day you buy it and the light come on when you pull into your street and the best they want to do is pay HALF of the repair cost. We are choosing to pay the full repair cost somewhere else , NO THANKS! I wouldnt believe for a minute that they didnt know about the check engine light in the first place and would just have it reset.

My friend and I (we are both 22 years old) went into the show room to ask about the price on a certain car and the sales person told me the price but seemed annoyed like we were wasting his time. To be fair the car was out of my price range and I told him that but I also expressed to him that my current car was very old and that I will be looking for a new car very soon. He made no effort to work with me to find a car that I could afford and didnt even bother to tell me his name or give me his business card. It is too bad because my parents have bought a few cars here in the past and I was considering buying my first car here. However, I will no longer be looking for a car from here now. If you are looking for a car hopefully you will have luck at this dealership but if you are some kid you might want to look elsewhere.Finally, it could have just been that specific sales person. Based on past dealings my parents have had, I believe the sales persons name is Dave. There was an older gentleman whos name I am unsure of that seemed more eager to help. However, I think I will still take my business to another dealership.

Great, I was in and out with my new suv pretty painless

First off I would like to say that this is not the entire dealership. This concerns the entire service department though. My insurance recommend their services for my cars very minor body work. After 2 weeks I received my car back. Everything was fine then I noticed my entire passenger headlight was out and full of moisture. They also did not replace a broken part that was the main reason I even went to them. The entire electrical system is now very messy and only partially working. I will absolutely never even think about recommending this place for anything. Go buy a Jeep somewhere else. I will be telling my insurance to remove them from their list of repair shops. They do absolutely shotty work and just expect you to not care. Please do not give this place your business.

I would stay far away from this dealership and recommend it no one. This dealership put profit over the safety and satisfaction of me and my family, and DO NOT INSPECT THEIR CARS. When we reported 2 problems 6 days after buying our vehicle that made our vehicle unsafe, (transmission problems and heavy vibrating while braking) they refused to fix the problem at first and told us nothing we can do It took us 3 WEEKS to finally reach an agreement. They asked us multiple times for money to cover the repairs even though it is the dealerships legal obligation to make the car safe. In my opinion they tried to take advantage of us multiple times and when it was all said and done they only fixed 1 problem, returned our car with an empty gas tank and filthy floor mats. Ill be taking this car elsewhere for the repairs because this dealership is not worth the time and frustration.

My daughter and I had a great buying experience at Troiano Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge . We got a great deal on a 2017 Hyundai Elantra. A very high quality dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle. They are a real class act.

While the price of the car was a great deal all other aspects of buying the car was horrendous. From trying to get the paperwork done, having issues with the car, and to the simple tasks of getting the license plates. My temporary tag expired and I still didn’t have the tags. Without the persistence of myself and my husband nothing would have gotten done. When questioned why things were an issue a simple response of, great question! I have no idea was given. Multiple times and statements were made that fell through and overall caused myself and my husband stress and time away from our jobs fixing issues. Never will I buy a car from here again!

I stopped in briefly 15 mins prior to closing to take a quick look at a durango. They were completely no pressure and assisted us in taking a quick look. Handed me bussiness card and offered to take my contact info but didnt pressure for it. Highly suggest the short drive to Colchester to support this family owned bussiness.

Contacted the dealership multiple times about a truck since they are appointment only, asking for pictures since they had none posted on their website an they where more concerned with setting up an appointment for me instead of sending me pictures when I live almost 2hrs away. THANKS DAVID G!!
