The service is always great. It was a little busy there today but still got service right away

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Bought a nice pair of shoes. Upon wearing a day had an issue. I brought them back, the Manager took them back, fitted me personally and set me up with a better fit.Let me know that if there was a comfort issue there are options to adjust that too.Buy Local!

Gentleman who was there was helpful, relaxed, and I never felt pressured to buy the shoes I tried on. I didnt make a purchase, but the experience made me want to come back in the future. I am saving up for Ugg boots ;-)

I used to always buy my shoes here but the very nice gentleman who was so helpful seems to have left and the woman who is still there is not the least interested in customers. She ignored me for several minutes when I first entered the store since she was chatting with a friend and was quite reluctant to show me any other boots beyond 2 pairs- telling me that no other boots were wide enough or had a lower shank. She made no effort to be sure I was happy with my purchase or assist me in trying on. I should have just bought the boots I purchased online instead of trying to support a local business.

The staff are very helpful/knowledgeable and they have a great selection of shoes that are good for your feet. I like to send my patients with foot problems to them for footwear, inserts and compression socks.

I never feel at ease and the staff dont go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I felt like my presence was a nuisance. I always feel like they want me to hurry up, make my purchase, and leave. When I returned, to use a gift card I was given for Christmas, I was charged twice for something I only bought one of ... I dislike my experience here SO much that Ill eat the $6 loss rather than step foot in the store again. Its rather unfortunate because some of my best memories, with my mother, are from going to Danform as a kid to buy new shoes for school.

Very bad experience! Would not credit the $30 that we had put down on a order we placed because we were to late coming back, come to find out they were calling the wrong number but it was still our fault. Try to shop local and this is what you get. I am out 30 bucks.

I bought from this place for a few years for myself and my kids, and was generally satisfied with their service. Even recommended a few patients come here. Then I purchased shoes that were slightly bad fitting (a half size too small, despite being fitted by one of their employees) and didnt realize it until the next weekend when I wore them outside. When I came to return them (return policy states they can be returned within 10 days), they refused to refund them even for store credit as I had worn them outside one day. Considering I had given them a lot of business over the years, I was pretty disappointed they couldnt let me swap for a half size up. Wont be coming here again, and will advise my friends and family who I advertised the store to to stop coming as well.

This is by far the BEST place to buy shoes or boots. The staff are friendly, helpful, and really know characteristics of the brands they carry. I can always count on them to make sure I walk out happy and with the best product for me. You wont be disappointed!!

Always had great service. Very thoughtful to find the right shoe and fit. Bought a pair of sandles and after 2 months they showed a lot of wear. They gave me a new pair with no questions asked. Have bought all my shoes and sandles here for years.

Im an amputee, BioMedics sent me here to get fitted after they made my prosthetic. Im missing my right great toe and the ball of my right foot. I wear a carbon fiber insert and an orthotic in that shoe.I was lead to believe the ppl in this store would really understand fitting me. That was wrong. They sold me three different sized shoes all of which were $85- 120. and none of them correct. Danform might be ok if you just have ordinary feet, but do not go there if you need fitting, supported walking, driving living with a different type of foot.After my othotic maker complained about my bad fit, Danform said I could come back and get a proper pair of shoes and a refund. I went back, they all claimed(the staff) not to know any thing about my complaint. They wasted my time and let me leave unsatisfied. I wonder if any of them really care how difficult walking in Ill fitted shoes is?Ill not use them again. Sorely disappointed in Danform.
