I had a terrific experience at Lia INFINITI. Everyone was warm & welcoming, and the entire car buying experience (which included a trade in) was transparent and simple. Dawn was an honest & helpful salesperson. Gary and Mark were both terrific as well. While I hope to drive my new QX50 for many years, when it’s time for a new one, I’ll make the drive to buy here again. I cannot recommend them enough!

The credit card payment screen was glitchy...I had to swipe my card numerous times to work. I tried 2 different credit cards so it wasnt my card.The keys were fine but the buy 2 get 1 free only worked for the same key...

Sales, Service, Parts, Communications, Interactions, Attention to Details, Honesty Straightforwardness, Luxury Accommodations, and Swiftness of Operations, this place did not fall short. If you are considering the purchase of one of their epic luxury vehicles, I highly recommend you take action, go there and see for yourself the authenticity of my review. Im confident that you will not be disappointed. Not only has this been my experience, but also the experience of other individuals who took my word, went to the dealership and found out for themselves. Even if you think you may not qualify, still go. They have long standing relationships with financial institutions that may be able to afford you the opportunity to purchase without stretching your financial circumstances beyond your limits. The best thing about going here to get stuff done is their warrenty and loaner car, now that they dont give out loaner cars to cars getting work done there is no real reason to go here. Everything I had done here had to be brought back to be done twice, break rotors and pads, hydraulic steering pump, TPMS issue. If any work on your car is done by a third party, they will automatically blame the third party and not look for any other causes.

I set up an appointment for airbag recall on my 03 Infiniti earlier in the month. My Grandparents purchased the car from this location in 2002 and I got lucky to take it under my wing a year ago. I asked for a loaner car because I’m not in the Latham/Albany area. I requested to drop the car after work prior to the day of repair. Upon arrival I’m met with a gentleman who was confused to why I needed a loaner and proceeded to go into the office next to his. He proceeds to ask me my age, then after asking if I’m the owner of the car. He told me I looked young and it was 21+ for loaner cars. I offered my ID to ensure I was 29. Not sure why I was asked if I owned the car. All of which were confirmed when I called and e-mails to verify my request. After evaluating the situation more he tells me they didn’t have one of the parts in. I drove 90 minutes from my job to have unprofessional service to add 3 hours worth of money into my babysitters pocket to do it all over again at a later date when the part arrives. A simple call or e-mail was simply needed on Infiniti’s end. Very unprofessional from a high end establishment.

I called and left several message and waited 3 weeks for a call back from the service dept. I finally got an appointment on 9/14. Was told a part needed to be ordered for my vehicle. It’ll be in within a week. They’ll call me to bring my car in to replace the part (which btw they messed up to begin with and failed to tell me). It’s more than 7 weeks now...still waiting for Service to call me.Received a call from a new member in the sales department..wanted to know how things were going with the vehicle, etc. I expressed my concern about not hearing back from the Service dept. Our service manager was Matt. We initially wanted an oil change and inspection to make sure everything on my new QX80 was functioning at top performance. However, Matt took an exceptional amount of time communicating and explaining several things that he recommended should be done. Bottom-line when I asked where I go to pay the bill he said there wasnt any bill, that Lia wants to ensure their customers the highest quality service after the sale and this was part of their thank you for our business. Frankly, in all my years of dealing with car dealerships this was absolutely the first time the service department actually lived up to what they told me prior to buying a car. Matt asked us if we wanted the car washed and we told him that we did and after about thrity minutes he returned and told us our car was ready. I wanted to tip the guy that washed the car and Matt told us that he had already left for the day and that he washed it himself. Unreal! So I tipped Matt. Matt should be rewarded in some way by Lia for his outstanding service. I will never buy another car from anybody other than Lia!

The cars are beautiful with a whole bunch of awesome features, but there’s always an issue with these cars. I have a leased vehicle with them and I only put 19,000 miles on it since I’ve had it for the 3 years. Always an issue with the tires, always an issue with the sensor, always an issue with the coolant. When you go there for an appointment, they tend to overbook, so you’re waiting extremely long for something that shouldn’t take over an hour. They lack in customer service, if you aren’t in contact with the sales department everyone seems miserable. When I checked out for my service, there were things listed as “other” and I asked what that meant and she stated that she doesn’t know... Staff (especially those who are helping people check out) should be knowable about accounting’s language and be able to explain stuff like that to customers. There needs to be an all day training for time management and customer satisfaction for all staff.

BUYER BEWARE – LIA AUTOMOTIVEApril 2020, we purchased a 2011 FX35 from Lia Infiniti, Latham, NY 12047 an authorized dealership for $17,339.00.During the course of several conversations, email and text exchanges, it was represented to us that the vehicle was in good condition with no problems. In fact, our sales representative told us this car will sell fast as its in perfect condition!Because of the Worldwide Pandemic, we were unable to take in for an immediate inspection upon arrival, although trusted that since this car was coming from an authorized Infiniti dealership, it would be in workable condition. As you can see from the screen shots, we put very few additional miles on the car, because of the shut down; and despite the label for an oil change (see screenshot) took the vehicle to our local AAA certified automotive repair shop for its first oil change, even before due. Much to our surprise, the repair shop advised, we cannot and will not work on this vehicle as the undercarriage is completely destroyed by rust.Everything from the front of the vehicle to the rear is completely covered in rust. Moreover, the rust is so bad that it has already started eating away at the undercarriage into the floorboard of the car. The repair shop said that to repair just the rusted out exhaust pipes would likely cost well over $7,000-8,000 as the entire system from the manifold to the muffler would need to be replaced. Almost all of the bolts are frozen and cant even be unscrewed.Moreover, the vehicle requires the following work as well:· Replace Engine Mounts· Power Steering Fluid Leak-Replace steering rack· Exhaust Pipes Rusted· Rear Shocks Worn OutIn addition to the sale price on the car, we paid $1000 to transport the vehicle, and $1500 in taxes and registration of the vehicle.When approaching the General Manager Jeremy Rolfe with regards to this issue, he responded:I have attached for your review a copy of the NYS Limited Warranty . Also included is a copy of the car fax showing that the vehicle was a one owner , no accident vehicle which had all its maintenance done in a timely manner.Also I reviewed the photos provided . I do notice surface rust on untreated metals which is consistent and reasonable for a 10 year old vehicle.You have had the vehicle for more than 3 months and have made no attempt to call the dealership with any concerns in condition and or drivability. The prior customer had no history of concerns with any of the concerns you noted and my technicians made no note of it in their used car evaluation. We believe we delivered a vehicle in good working condition and adhered to all NYS guidelines.One can certainly recognize our dismay in learning that a reputable company like Lia Automotive Groups standard is willing to defraud the public and sell a car with $10,000 + damage, along with your pride in your “multi point inspection” - that your service staff was unable to notate any of the corrosion, anywhere! More importantly, zero concern by this negligence, the risk they put a mother and her children out on the roads.To document an outright lie, that this car was in “good working condition”, is downright fraud.Never mind, the financial burden with one dismissive email. BUYER BEWARE – LIA AUTOMOTIVEApril 2020, we purchased a 2011 FX35 from Lia Infiniti, Latham, NY 12047 an authorized dealership for $17,339.00.During the course of several conversations, email and text exchanges, it was represented to us that the vehicle was in good condition with no problems. In fact, our sales representative told us this car will sell fast as its in perfect condition!Because of the Worldwide Pandemic, we were unable to take in for an immediate inspection upon arrival, although trusted that since this car was coming from an authorized Infiniti dealership, it would be in workable condition. As you can see from the screen shots, we put very few additional miles on the car, because of the shut down; and despite the label for an oil change (see screenshot) took the vehicle to our local AAA certified automotive repair shop for its first oil change, even before due. On 7/8/20 I came into Lia Infiniti for my final oil change as my 3 yr lease is coming to an end.My motor was making a funny noise. I thought it was my A/C compressor. I was immediately meant by service supervisor Lisa Dugan. She said that it was my Engine Fan Assembly. She of course was right. Lisa has been so nice to me every time I have come in. She always got me signed in right away or if a loaner was needed she had It all set up. The whole Service Dept At Lia Infiniti have been great. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a Infiniti to go to Lia Infiniti of Latham. I am sure you will love your vehicle and know that when you bring your car in for service that Lisa Dugan will be there and she will take care of you as she did for me

She made me feel very comfortable and that I could trust her and that she was providing me with the best deal for the money that I wanted to spend. Ms. Owens was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. She kept me well informed about the negotiating purchase price and what to expect when I came in to finalize the deal. Once the deal was finalized Ms. Owens took the time to show me how the various components worked in the vehicle. I had a great experience at Lia Infiniti purchasing a 2016 Q50. Bill kept me updated and stayed on top of things. All of the other managers and staff were professional and polite. All of my questions were answered promptly and my options were presented clearly. They had a great in stock selection to choose from including used options. The location is great, Lisa in service is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, the drive-in garage is nice, and that is coming from someone who has generally driven Toyotas for over 20 years. Do your research and youll have a VERY smooth experience at Lia Infiniti!

I was looking at different car models... BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, Audi, Jaguar. Dawn Owens showed me the Infiniti Q70. Wow! The Q70 is beautiful. The base model comes with 330 Horsepower, beautiful lines and accents, luxurious interior. There is a comparable car with each make, but Infiniti seemed to edge them out by being less expensive and more stylish. I was upgrading so price was a factor. Dawn and the management team found a way to make it happen. I was treated great, the managers were friendly and they made sure I knew about all of the features. I found it to be an affordable upgrade.
