I had an air leak that was determined to be from a cut in my tire. The tire could not be repaired. A new tire was quickly installed on my van. I was very pleased with the staffs helpful attitudes, quick service and tire pricing.

They did an oil change, the drain plug was stripped out they changed it out. The workers were very nice, reasonably priced, and inside the waiting area was quite clean.

Got the work done that was needed. First quote I got for an alignment was 150. We go in, realize my car is missing the bars to adjust the Cambridge angles. So we leave and come back when we could afford it, or so we thought. Put back the amount I was needing and took her in. Then they added more work without calling me and it jacked the price up. I looked at them and told them what I was quoted, so they adjusted it. Still came to 50$ more than we had expected and had to borrow money to even be able to get our vehicle back. Then when I went to take off, my cars radio was all reset. My car had a funny smell. I was on my way to work so I wasnt paying all that much attention , however I get home and there was a bag full of McDonalds in my passenger floorboards that wasnt there when I dropped off my car in the morning. Very disappointed.

Dale Davis - your invoice on the 2009 Pontiac Torrent was for replacing the front pads and turning the rotors, replacing the rear pads, and replacing the rear rotors. The labor was 3.2 hours for the brake job. You also had all four tires rotated. We use local businesses for our parts and supplies and strive to keep our customers happy. Its not uncommon for a customer to request an estimate before the work begins, which would have provided the costs of all parts and labor before the job began, and those prices do not fluctuate from customer to customer. The invoice provided upon completion has a break down of costs for all parts and labor. We are sorry you had an unpleasant experience.Thank you to all of our returning customers! Our van died well into the evening on the side of Hwy 169 southbound, just north of Coffeyville. My wife and daughter were driving back to Tulsa from Kansas City. Not knowing any local auto service businesses, we took the recommendation of the guys that towed our vehicle. We were very happy that we did so. We have had to stop for service on a road trip before, and as you would expect, it is expensive. But, Coffeyville Tire & Auto is a solid business and reflects well on the town of Coffeyville. They diagnosed the problem correctly and got us up and running the next day. Their prices were very reasonable, particularly given that we were from out-of-town. I would gladly recommend them to anyone that needs auto service in the Coffeyville and surrounding area. Wed even consider using them for our other vehicles and they are 90 minutes from our home.

$509.79 brake job!!! My first mistake was sending my wife. The 2nd was choosing this place. 1.5 hours labor cost $245. I will NEVER recommend or return to coffeyville tire & auto.
