Bloedorn has good people who are always helpful. Lots of selection and willing to help with even my small projects.

We built our own house so I was in here often. The staff were always helpful and was always willing to special order anything I wanted. I still prefer to go here when ever I need lumber. They really are great to work with.

Needed 1 piece of pressure treated 2 x 8 x10. They were out but she said we have some left over 12 lengths I can go look at since its whats left of all the picked over pieces (meaning not any good straight pieces left). I found one that would work so she cut me a deal on it👍

I live in an apartment, I also dont have any tools.so I needed to make a stand for my computer monitors and they helped me cut up some wood, thanks. Friendly people.

Bought some lumber at Bloedorn yesterday and then waited in the yard for 10 minutes while several guys stood around by the fork lift. They watched me look on my own for the materials but I couldnt find them. When I returned to the front counter for help the assistant manager told me that it was my responsibility to go find an employee and interrupt what they were doing because they had tunnel vision while doing their jobs. He even said watch, Ill show you how it is done. I thought their job was assisting customers. This has been a recurring experience in the 4 years I have lived here. I will be driving to Bloedorn in Powell from now on. There I am told what bay to pull into and an employee is waiting to load my truck.

Very disappointed. I walked in and stayed for about 15 minutes and no one approached me to ask for help I even said hi to a clerk and they said hi and walk away very disappointed they will never receive my business again.
