Usually do an okay job. They are not mechanics so always double check theyre work. Called scheduled appointment. He said he verified all 4 where there. Got there and they only had 3 tires in my size. Definitely not well run. But they are the cheapest.

After a blowout on a cross country road trip they got us back on the road fast. They went the extra mile on a busy Saturday afternoon.

Do not take your vehicle here for an oil change. They rounded off the drain plug and used a blue silicone and made a mess on my oil pan. When I confronted them they told me to take it to a mechanic to fix it. Garbage customer service.

Purchased tires and had them installed on 1/18/20. The next day, 1/19/20 I noticed that 1 hubcap had not been reinstalled. When I went back to the store and notified them of their error, no apology or admission of their error. After the reps exhausted their search for the missing hub cap, which they could not find, a Supervisor entered the room and said that I would have to purchase the hubcap ($110) and bring the receipt in for a refund. Again, no apology or empathy of any sort. I was not expecting much when I decided to purchase tires here...its Walmart after all but this is so out of line and completely unacceptable.Buyer beware, you have been warned.

Returning to Pueblo Co from Yellowstone, had a flat tire. These folks were the only folks in Cody to have our tire size. Extremely friendly and helpful they had us back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Very satisfied.

Avoid this shop. If you can’t, be prepared to wait twice as long as they quote you. Be sure to confirm they actually did what they promised to do. And be prepared to lend them your tools to do it.We got a flat tire and rolled into Cody on our spare after the better-reviewed businesses had closed on a Saturday evening. We asked the Walmart crew to give us two new tires. We also specifically asked them to reinstall our spare tire in our van’s undercarriage. We were told this would be no problem and would be done in an hour our less.Fifteen minutes after the estimated time expired, we asked what was going on. A second guy went out to assist the first. Half an hour after the estimated time expired, we were told the job was done. We paid and returned to our vehicle. At that point, we discovered that the spare tire was not reinstalled as promised but was instead sitting on top of our youngest child’s carseat. If our vehicle hadn’t been packed completely full with camping supplies, we might have just rolled our eyes, thrown the spare in the back, and moved on. However, we had absolutely no space for the spare inside the vehicle (and my youngest child needed to sit in the carseat), so we insisted that they reinstall the spare as promised. At this point, both workers confessed that they didn’t know how. This seemed to demonstrate significant inexperience because we drive one of the most popular minivans in the U.S.After we showed them how to reinstall the spare, we watched as they spent the next 15 minutes trying out multiple tools. They then told us that they didn’t have the right tool and couldn’t complete the job unless we had one that we could lend to them.We really didn’t want to unpack our camping gear in order to fish the tool out of the van, so we talked to a manager. He said that he was confident that the shop had at one time possessed the appropriate tool but believed the guys had lost it. So we unpacked and repacked our camping gear in order to lend our tool to them. All told, we spent over two hours at this shop (twice as long as we were told it would take). As we left, the manager shoved a gift card in my husband’s hand. It turned out to rebate less than 10% of our bill –– a poor substitute for competent service.

I like going into walmarts TLE. I have been going there for years and most of the guys have been there the whole time. They have a good crew that has changed the oil in our trucks and put tires on them. I would recommend them.

I am British and travelling in my Motorhome around the USA.Its a Mercedes Sprinter from Europe. I had a Tyre issue which involved a little wheel-juggling to remedy so I called into Walmart at Cody to see if they could assist. I was made aware on arrival that the tyre shop was booked for anotge 5 working days but Zak there managed to squeeze me in as it was a safety issue and we were going to continue our journey. The staff were friendly, efficient and most helpful and the price was fantastically reasonable. Thanks Zak and John there. Job well done and a credit to Walmart on what was obviously a normal but busy day.

If no star was an option. Glad there open on a sunday but been waiting 3 hrs on a flat repair. Probably watched them down a 6 pack mountain dew and have accomplished nothing but walk around. A crew of very incompetant employees.
